The ladies here are so friendly, especially Leah and Alexis. The clothes are gorgeous and fit those of us with some extra. I was not even going co aider trying on a gorgeous dress that I was drooling over and the girls insisted that I at least try it on. I did and much to my surprise, it fit and did a great job of showing my own girls! Hahahaa! My daughter got the child's version of my dress to match and we were so happy. I loved this place. We went in to browse for my wife, a dress. I loved the lady who helped me, possibly the owner. She could be the owner, great sales support and insights to the products. We left with 2 dresses, a little girl dress that I love for my granddaughter, a purse, some local jewelry.... And despite it being a boutique for ladies I was really taken care of and enjoyed the experience and all we picked up. The purse rocked. That was my idea. Pineapples Boutique offers so many varieties as far as prints and styles. These clothes are ideal for any occasion. In this situation I decided to purchase clothes for my family of 6. They had so many options for my family and we left so happy and grateful. Visited the store on 11/19/21 and when I came in I was greeted by Izumi and Leah. They were so friendly and so helpful. Leah helped me do a sizing for my other half (we were comparing husbands lol). My other half and her husband are pretty much the same built so she helped me choose the right sizing. My other half was at work so she made the process even more better. I felt comfortable trying on my long dress with them in the store because they made me feel so beautiful in it. Came back the next day 11/20/21 and bought our children the rest of the same print and style for them. Leah remembered me and I felt so grateful and so happy that she was there. Don't be in a hurry going through the shops in the area - enjoy the west and all that it has to offer - including this cute boutique! This boutique has a location as well in Haliewa, however this is my favorite one being that parking was easy and the boutique itself is not cramped and hot like the Haliewa location. Pineapples Boutique carries jewelry, clothing, bags, knick-knacks and home decor. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. I had been eyeing a particular earring for a while now and when i decided today to return and purchase it - it wasn't being displayed anymore. After inquiring about it, the salesperson brought out what i wanted (further proof that this pair of earrings was KISMET!!). The clothing was a bit pricey for my taste of island wear however, if it were my style of clothing I probably wouldn't flinch at the prices. Nonetheless, quite pretty and comfy. The clothing line reminds me of Tommy Bahama wear for women. I don't think I'd be making any out of the way trips to this store -but if I am in the neighborhood it would most likely be a stop I'd make. read more

This jewel of a boutique is now open in Ko'olina as soon as I drive out of the Aulani Resort, its just a right turn and another right turn away! The employees here are so friendly and helpful! Sharon was awesome helping me with finding my daughter's cute heart slippers. There were matching adult ones too! I had to get one! The ornaments for Christmas are the cutest! There were santa claus' star fish that were so so adorable! Hand crafted goods are my weakness! I ultimately love the boutique that is in North Shore. I always find the cutest dresses on sale in the North Shore boutique. I checked in on Yelp one day when I visited, and got a cool pretty pair of earrings for free! Yelp is so ultimately cool when it comes to shopping deals! I will definitely shop at both locations in the near future! read more

Such a cute boutique! After browsing the store for a while I landed on their slippers or "flip flops" that were on sale. I found a cute pair with bows on the straps and heh are super comfy! The woman working that day was very friendly and helpful, welcoming everyone to the store and walking around to tell people one on one what sales there were for the Memorial Day Weekend. I am so happy I found this place. I was on the hunt for something blue and aloha print-ish for my daughter and I to wear at grandmothers funeral. I first went to the location across the street and the salesperson, male (wish I got his name) was so fun and accommodating. He suggested I check across the street as they have more selection. I was immediately greeted by a very nice, professional, genuine lady. Throughout the entire time I was there she made sure I was finding what I needed. I was over the top pleased with the selections. Cute things in the window to draw you into the store, but once inside, the salesperson is very matter of fact that there are only a specific number of each size and once sold out, probably won't get it back again. And their other stores don't carry the same inventory...Too bad because they lost a large sale! Ever wonder where those immaculately dressed vacationers get their elegant island dresses or well-fitting, attractive, aloha shirts? I think here. This is exactly the kind of store most guys (me included) avoid: beautifully presented women's clothes, intermixed with tasteful displays of jewelry and equally decorative saleswomen. Thing was, I was searching for a well-made, tasteful, modern aloha shirt, and I noticed they carried Tori Richards. So in I went. Turns out, my anxiousness was unnecessary. The staff was friendly and helpful and I ended up getting a nicely patterned cotton lawn short sleeve shirt from decent selection of Tori Richard shirts. The price was actually lower than what my brief Internet search had turned up, so there isn't much, if any markup. Some later browsing also revealed a small, but nice collection of children's clothes, toys, and interesting knick knacks (in addition to all the nice dresses and jewelry). First time here at pineapple makawao. Loved everything about it. From the sales associate.... pretty sure her name was Lana (I didn't know how to pronounce her full name) lol, to the jewelry and the clothing. The store was quite busy at the time I arrived but lana managed to do everything that was needed and more for each and every customer. She was very sweet and helpful explaining about the jewelry and clothing. The dress I wanted was out of stock in the store, but she called the different locations to check and see if there was any available there to get shipped to me. Really disappointed overall. Got weird vibes when I first walked in from the salesperson during my visit in February, and I wish I would've trusted my instincts. While shopping, I asked if the jewelry was locally made in Hawai'i, and she replied that everything in the store was. Of course, when I get home and admire the piece I bought, I look up the designer and it's a brand from California. I know I'm just another tourist but being lied to is pretty low. Went into this little shop yesterday to buy my 2 year old daughter the cutest mermaid diaper bathing suit! The girl who checked me out a White girl I believe her name is Reece was EXTREMELY RUDE. I don't know what makes her think the attitude she gave off was ok! I am not a tourist and I do live here. I gave her my ID and card to purchase the item, when she was through with running my card she threw my ID and card on the counter in front of me instead of handing it to me! Than grabbed a pen which was right in front of me and threw that down on the counter and when the receipt was printed did the same thing with that as well! Like she couldn't be bothered with giving me the time of day! Than had the NERVE to make a comment in front of me to her associate pertaining to me and the item I purchased! When working in customer service wether its retail or food/beverage etc... Regardless of what you think or how you feel you should act you should never let a customer leave your establishment angry or disappointed and I left being both!!! I left this place spending over $50 and if it wasn't for my daughter being absolutely in love with the bathing suit I would not have purchased it. You'd think in a resort area like this staff around the area would be friendlier but I guess not... read more

This place is really cool. They have an assortment of clothing, jewelry and accessories for kids and women. The clothes and jewelry are trendy and reasonably priced. They also have some great gifts if you are looking for souvenirs. The sales people are very friendly and helpful as well. I had a hard time not going back or buying too much.
