It's been 4 years since I've taken a Bikram yoga class and Marquise's class tonight was exactly what I needed. He tailored his dialogue to the level of the students in the class, and offered verbal adjustments as well as suggestions on what students could do outside of class to improve their postures. If you live in the area, you MUST give this studio and specifically Marquise's class a try. Clean, spacious studio, and ample well lit parking. I'll be taking a class again here anytime I'm in the area for work.

This locker room is always CLEAN & stocked w/ useful amenities. (I was alone in photo btw) Also how cute is my matching cheetah outfit? Rawr

Shall I compare thee to a Bikram Yogi's day? Thou art so lovely and warmer temperature Each class a hard workout but also feels like play 26 poses taught unique by each wonderful instructor Everyone is so kind, a welcoming community A hot yoga studio... that is exactly where I want to be. When I walk inside I am transported... Where to? It always changes. Each time is new discovery, subtle awakened awareness, and blooming and radiant growth. Thank you to Bikram Yoga Fullerton for the amazingness that is your beautiful, dreamy, inviting, good vibe space. You are so loved!!! Try this y'all! Your body / mind / soul will thank you. This right here is EVERYTHING. No joke, bags to place your wet yoga clothes is needed and a wonderful courtesy. Yes!

First time today at this studio, but not my first Bikram class; years ago I was very active in my practice (pre-kids!). That pre-kids Me had practiced at various times in about 4 different studios in Northern California. I've decided to come back to strengthen my fitness, and I'm glad I came to BYF (we moved to So Cal 3 years ago). The facility is intimate, beautiful and clean. I appreciated the extra amenities (conditioner, soap, and shampoo in the showers, cotton swabs, blow dryers, etc) and enjoyed the class. I purchased the three week newcomer's package and look forward to further exploring my practice at this location.... Look, a note about carpeting (because I see it mentioned in several reviews): Carpet is mandatory in Bikram classes. There's a point during the end of the standing series where you're standing over the mat with your feet wide for several postures. On a hard floor, (with the sweat everyone's dripping!) that would spell disaster. This isn't a whimful preference or design choice the owner made, it is legit part of the required Bikram criteria. I dont understand one review where the reviewer swears he's taken tons of Bikram classes and then complains about the carpet and recommends going to Purple Yoga down the street---PY isn't Bikram and any actual Bikram classes you take will have carpeting (I am so side-eyeing you reviewer). All Bikram yoga may be hot yoga, but not all hot yoga is Bikram. So there's carpet. Now you know folks and can prepare yourself accordingly.

Just took an intro Pilates class here this morning with Aaliyah and loved it! If you're new to…read morereformer Pilates or want a class that's more focused on form and stretch, this is for you. They do fill up the entire class so the instructor isn't demonstrating how to do the moves, but she does walk around and correct form/help you transition. I appreciated this class was so much more focused on making sure you nail the basics because too many trendy studios try to "push" students do harder moves than their core is ready for. I already weight lift so I like Pilates to help me recover and practice good form (especially because I'm prone to not engage my core enough when I lift!). I'm sure their non beginner class is more challenging, but this was a perfect, restorative Saturday morning work out. I also liked the intro course because there were students from all age groups and no pretentious vibe that I've had at other studios where students judge if you're in aesthetic clothes or not (people ranged from cute fits to comfy gym clothes so you can totally do both here). Looking forward to coming back whenever I need a good recovery stretch and to perfect my core strength!

I like their Reformer classes that uses the machines like Pilates. It is difficult if you haven't…read moredone Pilates but the instructor tells how the correct form. It really engages the whole body and working one muscle group. For Reformer: bring grip socks or else you'll have to buy it from the studio. I also took a yoga class. You can grab 2 yoga mats to make it more cushioned. The class itself was ok, I'm new to yoga so some of the exercises were hard esp holding the position with your abs. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

I've tried bigger chain yoga studios and large classes. I never knew if I was doing anything correct or making progress. Cara gives instant feedback and encouragement throughout her classes and workshops. What I love most about her classes is how she challenges you, but doesn't push you (if that makes sense?) She will challenge you to try new things and connect with your body, but doesn't judge or make you feel bad if your mind/body isn't ready. My other favorite aspect of Cara's classes is the strength she helps you build. There is always a purpose to her flows. This has helped me improve on poses/movements I formally thought impossible. Cara offers regular class, workshops, private trainings, outdoor yoga (summer time) and occasionally partners with local business for fun yoga outings. You should definitely check her out, she is super easy to talk to, and is caring and compassionate towards all who enter her space :)

I am so glad I found Cara Fraser and her great little studio. I do yoga all over but one thing you…read moredon't really get from the big classes is individual attention or a break down of particular poses so I was happy when I found her intimate studio with personal attention. She offers affordable workshops that focus on pose series (we are on arm balancing) and building blocks (hello, do you know how often I wondered if I was actually doing a pose correctly?). Well, she breaks them down to their basics and walks you through them so you feel more confident in doing them. Cara has a casual, relaxed and welcoming vibe. She doesn't take things too seriously and had a great sense of humor. She really knows her stuff and I am learning so much. Check out her workshops, you won't be sorry.
