(more like 4.75) Had a wonderful couples massage here. We were the first ones in and it was very quiet and relaxing until things got busy for them. The rooms do not have doors so that takes away from the relaxation otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. I believe that the owner or manager was my massage therapist and they were very, very good! However, the one thing I didn't appreciate was that they were on their phone twice within the first 30min and then switched me to a different massage therapist Other than that, I'd highly recommend coming here and getting the coconut oil for an additional $5! read more

More like 3.5 stars but that's not an option, so I'd rather round up because the experience was positive! I went to Bilan because I've been dealing with an intense knot in my back - lower shoulder blade area that's hard to reach. I've gone to another masseuse for this and it didn't fully get fixed. I know these things take time of course. Called ahead for a full body 60min massage, the extra $5 for coconut oil is definitely worth it. Anna went to work, asking if I preferred a medium or strong level of pressure. I went with strong. Don't let her small stature fool you, she was indeed super strong and worked out that knot. My only negative is the language barrier, as I thought I was getting a head to toe massage. I instead received just a back massage but it was well worth the cost for the relief I'm now feeling. Legitimate business, I plan to go back for a foot massage in the coming weeks. Thank you Anna! read more

On my birthday, I came here to get a massage that a friend was gifting to me. I asked if they had a bathroom because I had been stuck in traffic and needed pee. The front desk lady said she didn't have a bathroom, so I decided rescheduling would be best. Then this lady suggests that I just pay for myself; what does this have to do with me needing to use the bathroom? I told her it wasn't a money issue and that I just needed to pee. Then she says they have a bathroom. What business doesn't allow a client to use their bathroom? It was raining hard outside too; all I wanted was a massage on my birthday. Hard pass on this place. They shouldn't be denying bathrooms to clients. I'm a brown woman; I surely hope it wasn't race motivated. Either way, don't go here - bathrooms are a bare minimum. read more

I haven't been to a massage place in years because they are so expensive and usually have some sort of aromatherapy smells, which irritate & hurt me since I'm sensitive to smells. This one, does not and is the cheapest I've found. The massage they do is beyond amazing. I get a full hour for only $40. Sometimes the price even changes to $35 (plus tip). And if they are doing the massage too soft or too hard, just tell them and they will change to your needs. The decor is nothing fancy, but to me I like it. I'm not a fan of modern looking spa's. They seem to cold to me. So this one is cozy and fine for me. Also, there's very soft asian music playing, which is quite nice. The staff is GREAT! Very friendly, in a sincere way. Very unprofessional...went for a massage the girl said ok led us to a room, then after we we were on massage bed ready to go she said she can only do a massage for 1 person, she had someone already scheduled.
