Well, I was taken back and given the intake exams/screening and was told the doctor would be with me shortly. Last, pursuing the frames was called back for her screening. Then, when she walks out the Doctor immediately called for Yoshi and she's taken back to complete the full eye exam. I'm left waiting when I could have went back and been finalized before she ever commenced. With that, I won't bother utilizing Shopko again. I usually plan for Labor Day weekend and complete all appointments while visiting family as I'm out of state now. Well, I'll just find someone local for 2026. This was wholly inefficient. And, the kicker: per the staff they didn't usually get people to show up on time let alone early. Well, this was the gold star treatment of just sit and wait versus expeditiously moving things along. 223p Yoshi is out. 226p he brings out Yoshi's script. 234p I'm called. To get the most out of this location... You may do best to book any appointment and arrive late to be seen on time or timely. As my scheduled time has passed and I haven't been called back yet by the actual doctor. The progeny exclaimed: Shopko has never taken an hour and this was more than an hour. The first nice part about this shop is that it is open quite late and getting an appointment was easy with a quick phone call. Second, this shop has very high tech exam machines and I was able to get eye X rays (which has a fee but it's worth it). Before the eye exam, there is a pre-appointment room with 3-4 machines that takes a deeper look into your eyes. Third, the folks in this shop are very professional and nice. My doctor was very knowledgeable and very happy to answer all my questions. Finally, this place situated very nicely with lots of parking and access to other shops/restaurants.
