I've had to call them every time the truck was supposed to have been done and wasn't for some reason or another. Last week it was early this week. Wednesday it was tomorrow. Thursday it was tomorrow by 3. Today I had to call at 2:00 to make sure it was done and was told I could pick it up anytime before 3:00 because they were closing early. When I asked why they never called so I could actually make it there by 3:00 she claimed she had just then been told it was done. I really don't believe her this time. Every time I have called she was just about to call me. She did make arrangements for me to pick up the car on Saturday, but it really is the least they could do at this point. They have had the vehicle for 22 days for a $3,000 repair. In the end they did good work. Worked out the details and met us on Saturday to pick up the truck. Will I go back? I don't know. I am a single mom to two kids and really couldn't go without a car. I was going to keep driving my car due to not having rental coverage on my vehicle. We were quoted a price by Brandon which he stated included tax and mounting....That price suddenly went up $30 upon pick-up and of course, Brandon wasn't around that day to speak with about the price difference. We ended up paying an additional $80 unexpectedly because of their poor communication, badly written estimates, and shady tactics. Even after discussing the issues we had they refused to honor the prices we were given. I will avoid this place in the future and will definitely not be recommending.
