The issue is the plumber said he didn't have the equipment on his truck to do the job. A flush? Really? It's two hoses, a pump and a bucket. He said I would have to reschedule-schedule AND charged me $60 for the service visit. I also asked him about installing some type of recirculating system so the hot water doesn't take so long to get to the bathroom. He said I'd have to install a 2nd set of pipes. He failed to mention that for $600 in parts, you can install one that uses the cold water pipes. I ended up doing both of these jobs myself. Not only did they screw me over on the flush, they lost the added work I might have used them for. I do NOT recommend this company.
