I had to allow my pool table to be placed in the Blue Kangaroo pack out company storage while my floor was replaced. THIS WAS A MAJOR MISTAKE as On Cue Billiards has shown me they have NO INTEGERTIY! They took the table completely apart (there was no need to do this as the table just needed to have the base removed to fit through the door) and BROKE a large piece off the bottom underside and put a small cut into the siderail. The WORST part is they tried to ignore the damage hoping I wouldn't see it as it was underneath and not easily visible. They glued on the broken piece and turned the part upside down so it would be less noticeable instead of replacing the part that THEY BROKE! They would not do the repair to mine or anybody's else's satisfaction. I am accusing this company of dishonesty and inflating a bill by taking the table apart unnecessarily. Note: They brought it back put together except for the base proving it was unnecessary to take it apart to put into storage in the first place. SHAME ON THEM! read more

Called on cue on a Sunday which according to yelp is the only day these guys are off but I said I'll try anyway, sure enough Kevin answered, I asked if he would be able to squeeze me in this week for a pool table move about 2.5 miles he gladly said his guys would take on the job Wednesday. After going back and forth with the seller we decided to go with Thursday at 1. Kevin said no worries he put me in that slot. Thursday couldn't come fast enough, it was Christmas in June for me ;-) Fast forward to Thursday, I get a call from the seller saying the crew is there and they were 15 mins early. I said great I'll be there. I met Ricky and Keegan that were already just about wrapping up with the breakdown of the table and mind you I'm literally a skip and jump from the sellers house. I was floored how quick these guys move. So all is smooth I tell those guys I'll see them in a bit and no more than 20 mins later I get a call from Ricky saying they're already on the way. Lots of 5-star reviews for these guys - and they earn it! I found a very nice Olhausen table that needed a new home as the owner was moving out of state - in 3 days. All the professional table moving services were scheduling 3 days to a week out. Kevin (the owner) was happy to carry on a prolonged exchange with me while I tried to work out the logistics. His crews' schedules were full, but he took care of me himself. Scheduled for 8am at the seller's home, I was running about ten min late. Owner did not seem concerned when I called. Said the movers were not there either. Called Kevin - they were running about 15 min late. That all worked out OK, but a call would have been nice. Kevin and Ricky showed up at the seller's place, carefully disassembled the table and loaded it in their truck in a bit under an hour. Nice. We raced across town (they took the slow way) back to my place. There was another crew with Q and Dior waiting in front of my house. The table arrived a few minutes earlier. The 4 of them unloaded and helped me arrange the table location. Q and Dior finished the install - meticulously. Nico and Quentin called ahead and said they were running early and if they could come sooner - what a pleasant change from most contractors I deal with! I said come on over and they were here 40 minutes before the original schedule. Once in the house, they were careful, efficient and professional.
