I want to start this review by saying James is a wonderful salesman and has been fantastic for for few guns I've bought in the last 10 days. Unfortunately they will most likely be the last guns I purchase here. Yesterday I call about a gun I wanted. Pretty standard stuff. Well a man named Tom answered the phone and I cannot emphasize enough just how disgustingly rude this name was. I genuinely thought there might have been something wrong with him due to how rude he was. It would take me 2 paragraphs to explain every thing he said. So I said ok let me not act up or anything so I ended to phone call on good terms and due to how nice James had been I decided to remain a customer. Well when I walked in the door tom was there to scream in my face that the gun was gone because I didn't come in last night and he said it as though I was the stupidest man on the planet for not coming in. Listen I buy a gun every 5-10 days, and since James has been so nice I decided I'll do most of my gun shopping here which I had been doing. I sadly will never be shopping here again. This isn't some small oh an employee had an attitude no this was rudeness on another level of nasty that I've never experienced. I hope James gets all the praise in the world I genuinely hope he can go work elsewhere so I can still do business with him. But Tom, you sir are a horrible person. I've seen the way you talk to the other staff members and the way you talked to me. You're awful and I hope management can see that and you get removed so I can go back to my favorite pawnshop/gun-store. I walked in with $3,000 cash this morning and walked out upset that I won't see James anymore. Tom good riddance. read more

Best gun buying experience HANDS DOWN! Came here after a friend's recommendation to look on their website for a specific revolver I've been looking for. Yes, they have a website and not only is it easy to navigate, the inventory constantly updated! From ordering to pickup, I had one of the smoothest, most pleasant and hassle-free gun buys ever. I know it might sound like I'm hyping it up, but I've bought plenty of guns throughout my life with and without ccw(usually makes the process more complicated but mr pawn actually makes it less of a pain) and compared to places I've been to before, these folks go above and beyond. Thanks to the Boulder City Mr. Pawn team Hunter, Janice and Tom for a great experience and earning a lifetime patron. Looking forward to my next visit! Yesterday was my first experience ever in using a pawn shop and I was pleasantly surprised. As a person who loves to be organized, I pare down my possessions periodically. After recently reading The Art of Swedish Death Cleaning, I decided to sell off some jewelry that was given to me many years ago, or that I inherited, and had been sitting in our safe for 30+ years. My hesitancy was in feeling that some of these items should be offered back to family members, but then I thought: who actually cares? They're MINE to do with as I wish and will make fine gifts for ladies with small ring sizes. I'd spent the better part of yesterday afternoon looking at Etsy and eBay to see if selling jewelry online would be a good idea and read some articles about pawn shops vs eBay. As a business owner myself, I decided that my time is worth more than whatever more money I MAY - MAY - be able to get from these items. Turns out I was correct Tom, the gentleman who helped me, was careful and precise throughout the process in valuing the 5 or so items I brought in 30 minutes before closing. This made me feel confident that going with eBay would surely have been a frustrating waste of time. I was fine with the total sale price of my pieces and appreciated his thoroughness. They turn the thermostat on 80 in the summer and it warped my guitar necks. I had to intonate the guitars for $100 each. . They do this at night. Should be at least 78 . 80 is too hot. They are individually owned so what is my recorse?? Otherwise they are good but should be 78 degrees come on guys 80 is not acceptable read more

I have been to this shop a few time and bought a few guns. I was looking for an EC9, they didn't have it in stock, they had one brought in from another shop. I went back and bought it. They are very helpful and polite. The few pawn shops I have been to in Henderson doesn't sell guns so this is the only pawn shop I go to. They have a few used, but mostly new guns.
