We were on our way to Pismo for Fourth of July, pulled over half way through our trip and noticed a huge nail in one of our tires. We decided to drive into Lemoore to find a tire shop, everything was a hour and a half, plus wait. My dad told us to go here. We pulled in, before I could get our dog and two children out of the car, the owner already had someone checking out the tire. We waited 20 minutes, if that and paid next to nothing. Five stars does not do these guys justice! The bearings on our tire on our trailer were shot and so we brought it to billingsley. The wheel practically fell off and it turned out that it was more than my bearings that had issues. Tom was the most generous and helpful business owner I have ever come across. I don't even want to mention all the things he did to go above and beyond because I don't want everyone to expect him to do the same for them. But suffice it to say that they fixed my hub and axle, and the price they charged was MORE than fair. read more

My farm crew from Sacramento and I packed our bags one evening and headed towards the World Ag Expo in Tulare, CA. All was well. We had recently gotten 4 "new" tires from a used tires shop so we drove out in confidence. Little did we know, but were soon to realize, the cheap tire shop we went to did not take the time to replace the valve stems on the new tires! So, there we were in Tulare in the darkness with a flat tire because of the old valves blew out. DId this event remind us of why we prefer to do things ourselves? Yes. It did. BUT THEN we drove to Billingsley Tire first thing the very next morning. The manager came out immediately to check on our situation. He immediately inspected the tire with absolute diligence and even taught us a few ways on how to go about stripped holes where the nut lugs screw in to. His team was very willing and quick to help as well. He and his team looked around for some spare nut lugs to give us (since we found some that tire shop guys stripped). It didn't take long at all to fix our tire and have us ready to go. And at the end of it all, they simply just let us go free of charge despite some hassles our repair put them through. I just had a tire replacement due to a puncture on rear tire . The day prior I was taken care of by one of the employees without any issues and everything good so far. I returned today for my new tire and I ask for the tire with the puncture back, the employee got offended and stated I didn't ask for my puncture tire back. He got more offended about it and told me if I didn't want the job done to get someone else. I told him no problem and he just drop the car back to the beginning stage. Luckily the boss came out with an amazing attitude about taking care of business and it's customer. Thanks to the boss and for his employee, if he doesn't like his job, it is time to look for a different avenue. read more

We were driving back home from Hesperia on Highway 5 when our 26 ft. motor home developed a vibration. We spent the night at a rest stop on Highway 5. The next morning I crawled under the motor home and found the problem. It was a bad drive shaft universal joint. I checked my Iphone for repair shops near by. I called a couple of repair shops and the guy at Billingsley tire sounded like a good place to go. It turned out to be a very good choice. I was greeted as the guy that just called and they had me park in the back area to get the job checked over. The mechanic quickly agreed with me on the problem and went to work on the repair. My 4 rear tires were 12 years old and I was planning getting them replaced in the near future. I went inside and asked Tom to give me a quote on the new tires. I wanted the exact Michelin tires to match the one year old tires on the front. Tom gave me a quote that matched the price I paid one year earlier for the front tires. I said ok if he could get them that day. Tom got the tires delivered at 3pm and they were installed by 3:30 pm. I had about a 3 hour wait between getting the drive shaft repaired and getting the tires mounted. I connected my motor home up to their 110 volt outside plug to get my air conditioning working as the temperature was getting very hot in Lemoore. My motor home tripped their circuit breaker in the shop. Instead of telling me to disconnect my motor home they went inside and turned off some of their equipment that was using power on the same circuit. Now I had enough electrical power to run the air conditioner and keep our motor home cool. The end result was a very good experience with honest, and professional people. read more

Wow, where to begin. ... we were traveling from Eugene Oregon to Las Vegas on studded tires, (they are legal in Oregon) we had a blow out in Yreka, stopped and put our ONLY spare tire on. . Proceeded to travel... and at 1:30 AM.... some where in GOD'S COUNTRY. .... (about 50 miles from Coalinga Cali) we had another blow out. ... with NO SPARE TIRE to put on).. long story short. .. after waiting until 4:30 am for a Tow ruck to get us there. .. we arrive at Billingsley Tires...... we sit in our car until they opened at 7:00 am, 2 days before Christmas in this little tiny town, Pat made us feel just like we had lived there our whole lives.... he put 3 brand new tires on tires for us, but the best part. . He saved us over $100.00!!! I will forever be grateful for that. ... after all... it's Christmas time! I can only hope and pray...that I would never have to come to Coalinga again. ....BUT. ..IF I DO. ..I WILL FOREVER DO MY BUSINESS WITH BILLINGSLEY TIRES!!!!!!!! I wish there were six stars! I went in with new TPMS sensors today, expecting to pay a small fortune to get them all replaced since I had bought the four online. The technician (grandson of the guy that started the business) told me, "I wouldn't fix it, if its not broke, lets figure out which one(s) are causing you trouble." He detected the bad sensor, replaced it and I was on my way for a fraction of what I was expecting! EVERYONE there was amazing, respectful, helpful and beyond what is expected. Sat outside waiting for someone to assist me and NO ONE CAME.....It looked as if they were working on their friend's cars as there were all standing around just looking. I came in due to sensor on my car, telling me the air was low. I didn't have to wait, he looked at my car right away. Needless to say there was nothing wrong with the tires. He corrected what was wrong with the sensor, free of charge. I can't comment on an actual car repair, but 5 stars for the customer service! read more

The tire that I needed was in stock and they gave me an awesome deal on it is well. I need to replace all 4 tires soon, but the back right 1 was flat when I went to go to work this morning so it needed replaced first. They noticed that the front left tire looks really bad but I am leaving on a deployment in about a month so there was no need to replace it just yet, I'm just going to wait until I get off of cruise. They not only changed my tire but they swapped it with the front bad one just to make sure that I was safe for the next month (front wheel drive car) which was really sweet. They even told me that I could save the paperwork and get the same deal for the last three tires when I get off of cruise. Great customer service and it only took about 15 to 20 minutes to do. I highly recommend these guys and they even referred me to another car place to get engine work done if I needed it. read more
