They were open late on a Sunday night. The food was good. The service was great. The ambiance is good for seating a lot of people.

Catering Issue is the reason for my one star review. Their food is always tasty but I can not help but review their service. At MY CHILD's WEDDING, the servers told another person (not me!) that their tip was not sufficient. Mind you, I paid $100 service fee and my bill was $1,646. I gave Billito's a lot of money. Yes, they had to travel 47 miles, but they agreed to this a month before the wedding. One of the best days of our lives will always be marred by their behavior. I won't be back. read more

Nice and clean with a little Italian ambiance. Don't let the outside fool you because the food on the inside is on point. Freshly made pizza fettuccine Alfredo and more. Our server kept or drinks full and brought our food out hot. We ordered 2 appetizers and there was inly 1 misstep. The 2nd appetizer didn't make it until after our Pizza cane out. I recently ate at Billitos Italian restaurant in Greenville, Tx. with my family. There were six of us at our table and another different party of about 24. It was loud but as usual the food was fabulous! My cousins from Dallas often come here just to eat at Billitos! I, myself, and the rest of my family have enjoyed many various items off the menu and we've never been disappointed! They are the best! It is a must if you are I. greenville! read more

Passing through the area and enjoyed the reviews. This place is awesome. The decor, the employees & the food all great. They have a very extensive menu and after checking out everything, I ordered the chicken piccata; it was so good, the chicken was tender & the sauce was so perfectly matched to the pasta. My spouse had a Stromboli and was very pleased with the meats & cheese as well as the tender crust. I enjoyed watching the Italian tour that was showing on the TV. Much better than regular TV. Our waitress was great at explaining the menu & keeping us updated on when our food was coming. We were served 6 garlic knots and they were so soft & tender. We took home the food we couldn't finish and enjoyed it for dinner the next day. read more

Ordered an all meat, medium pizza via their web link. First time I really paid attention to the bill. Billitos charges 85 cents for using their link which isnt bad. Each time we have tried to place an order at the restaurant, no one has answered the phone. Billitos charges a %20 tip ($3.40 for our order). The receipt shows "Tip (In House) $3.40". In House for a takeout order? When placing the order there is no option to opt out of the tip. It just shows up on the receipt. So we were charged $4.25 for each of the last 10 pizzas we ordered. That's $42.50 in extra charges. I asked the girls at the restaurant who gets the extra money. They said not them. So the owner is collecting all this extra money and not having to pay taxes on it because it is tip money that is forced on its customers. I will never, ever order take out here again. Dont get me wrong, I also eat at the restaurant. The food is good. But now Ive got a slightly bitter taste. Not sure I will be eating there as often as I have been. Im not letting this die. Going to investigate if this is legal. read more

The food was okay we ordered the stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer. It came in some kind of a tomatoey creamy sauce. We shared the shrimp and scallops fettuccini Alfredo. We lost our appetite when we saw one of the biggest cockroaches I've ever seen crawling toward our table. Not sure we will return. We didn't appreciate being seated in the back area next to a family with 6 noisy kids when she could have seated us in the other room which was empty when we left. Save the back area for big groups and families and let the other older customers and couples seated in the front area is our suggestion. read more

Had to try the newest Italian Food Restaurant in Greenville. As a whole the pasta and sauces were very hearty and tasty. Shrimp Appetizer succulent and flavorful. The lack of garlic dipping oil served with the garlic knots without being charged for it, and the lackluster excuse for bruschetta left us wanting better. Food was great, service was terrible. Sat down with family that was already here and the waitress was at the table so we got our drinks very quickly. My kids wanted lemon with their water so the waitress said she'd go grab it. That was around 5:30 and we did not see her again until 6:15 when our food came out. We waited for her to come back and take our food order. After waiting 20 minutes and debating leaving to go somewhere else, we tracked someone down and he took our order. He told us that the waitress was very busy. However, the other tables around us were getting serviced so I'm not sure why she specifically was so much busier. The number of patrons already at Billito's indicated that it was a good place for lunch. It took awhile to get our rolls while we waited for our order, but when they showed up they were piping hot, right out of the oven. Portions of the lasagna and spaghetti were generous, flavorful and authentic. We could see why there was a big lunch crowd. Service was great, with our server checking on us often. The food is usually good, but the marinara leaves a lot to be desired, looking and tasting more like tomatoe soup. I'm 73 and have digestive issues which prevent me from eating a lot at one time, and a lot of seniors face same problem . I was very disappointed when I ordered a child portion of manicotti this time,because I can never eat but one, and I was charged an additional $2 because I'm an adult. I also ordered calamari, and was going to get take home dessert as I usually always do. Change my mind about dessert after the additional $2 charge, which the manager said he would remove this time , but in the future will charge me. This is crazy and bad business. It's not about the money. I can pay the $2, but it's about customer service and caring for your customers. Most business understand this. Very disappointed as most restaurants are not that discriminating toward elders and people with special eating circumstances. Shame on management . Came here after church for a change of pace and to try a new restaurant to us. Was greeted right away by staff team member. The inside is good and they have two TVs showing stuff from Italy. The selection is fantastic. Made it hard to decide what to get. Wife had chicken dish I had veal. Both were spiced nice with angelhair pasta. Flavor was just right. Had an order of mozzarella sticks. They have real cheese here not the fake stuff. Service was great. The ice tea was really good. The inside is decorated Italian. The team always made sure everything tasted to our liking. The food and service at Billito's are solid! Personal favorites are the spaghetti with meat sauce, reminds me of homemade, very tasty, so good in fact I pay for extra meat sauce; I like the Works which also has good meatballs, mushrooms, and delicious Italian sausage; side salads are plentiful, fresh and good, bleu cheese dressing is super. Looking forward to their new lamb shank dinner platter served in a variety of sauces, Lemon Garlic, Italian, or a brandy cream sauce. Wife wanted to try this place so we stopped in for dinner last week. Worst. Food. Ever To start they have no alcohol. How you gonna try and be an Italian restaurant with zero wine?!? We ordered Calamari and garlic bread to start. The calamari was fried well but parts were unseasoned and some were super salty. Marinara was terrible, get to that in a minute. The garlic bread was literally a sub roll that was barely baked, had almost zero garlic and way too much cheese. We also ordered the dinner salad with our entrees, I had the Veal Picatta, and my wife had the Shrimp Diavolo pasta. Let's start with the salad, it was a plain Jane boring iceberg lettuce salad. Not worthy of being named a "dinner salad". We both got the house dressing, his is where the marinara comes in. So the house dressing is simply their marinara with some vinegar mixed in and chilled. Who tf puts a tomato based sauce on a salad, Nasty af! Also, the marinara had a familiar taste. Throughout the whole meal I was trying to figure it out. Until I did, now I can't say for 100% because I haven't seen in the kitchen but I am positive their marinara base if canned tomato soup. Entrees we're terrible was well, my veal was over cooked and rubbery, the pasta that came with it was way over cooked. The Shrimp Diavolo was swimming in the disgusting marinara and pasta overcooked. I don't understand why so many people go to eat here, the food was terrible, the prices ridiculous for the quality of the food. Only thing that was decent was service. Ambience and interior are meh at best. Stop going to restaurants because they're 1 of 2 places, don't promote mediocrity. read more

An app is available (slice) to order from, but they will charge you extra for that convenience (call in to avoid that fee). Every time I've been there a luxury car is parked right next to the front door. I've seen upscale restaurants do this for their head chef's, but I'm not sure this food warrants that kind of privilege (while all their customers walk around the "chefs" car, if that is what it is). Ate at Billito's on 2/17/2024 to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. Large party of 12. Food was excellent. I had a ribeye steak and sautéed veggies. Steak was cooked perfectly. Service was very good. She checked on us frequently. Check out time was not good at all. Instead of the hostess splitting the checks by party at the time we ordered, she put us all on one check. This resulted in chaos when time to pay up front which caused me to pay three times for everyone on my check. read more

Used their preferred app to place an order at 4:00 pm on Saturday for a 5:00 pm pickup. Got there at 5:07 not ready. Server #1 asked what I ordered, after checking in kitchen again said they're working on it 15 minutes. 15 minutes go by and I get notification from app my order is ready, Server #2 ask my name and after checking kitchen she says 5 more minutes. I've been waiting 20 minutes at restaurant. At 5:30 order comes out brought out by least experienced Server (#3) I'm offered no apologies no anything just asked if I want condiments or utensils. FYI 3 other pickup orders went out while i was waiting. Just guessing but I'm pretty sure my order wasn't started until I came in. But I'll never know for sure because they didn't even apologize for their mistake. Foods not that good to put up this. read more
