I stopped by Papa John's to get some wings. I went in ordered 8 bone in wings all flats, the cashier rang me for 12 boneless instead. Then she had to charge me more for the bone-in. Which was ok, she obviously wasn't paying attention. Got my wings, had some flat, and the remainder were drumsticks. The wings themselves were not done at all. Looks like they cooked them for 3 minutes and they had little to no sauce. I told the cook they looked undone and he replied "ask for well done next time" this was absolutely the worst wing experience of my entire 41 years of life! I will not be back! The cashier was nice but the cook sucked. I do t order a steak I ordered wings that should have been done. My son could've noticed that! read more

Papa John's pizza is one of the best. I order at least once a month, and am always impressed. Pizza is always hot and fresh. I always go to pick up the pizza, because that is what I prefer. If you go to pick up don't speed up to the speed limit or you will overshoot the turn in. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My kids love this pizza. We always eat to much. This place is defiantly worth the price. Also, this business donates to local charitable causes. read more

This store is the worst I've ever been to. Twice I have walked in and been ignored. The first time I let it slide because it was 10pm. The second, and last time, was at 7pm tonight. I walked in, got an eye roll then continued to be ignored by a boy and a girl on their cell phone. I was never greeted or acknowledged. I left without my pizza this time. I won't be going back. Management should be ashamed this is the way a restaurant is being ran. Papa Johns is my favorite pizza so it's a shame the staff is keeping me from going back. This is embarrassing. read more

I called the location to express my concerns and they told me they didn't even deliver my pizza yet AS I WAS LOOKING AT THE BOXES!!!! & THENNNNN they were like well what do you want me to do about it? We called them for delivery on a Wednesday night. The person taking the order kept saying he couldn't hear me and I had to keep repeating my order. It was supposed to be thin crust but the crust was just short of pan pizza thickness. We had also requested two paper plates which were not with the delivery. The guy delivering the pizza said they had horrible phone service there. Won't be calling them again. read more

I have always loved Papa John's! It is a bit expensive for my whole family to get very often, but when there is a good coupon, we indulge! The added garlic sauce is my favorite part. Worst Papa Johns I've EVER dealt with these past 2 years!! Yesterday, I order pizza on a Monday evening and what was supposed to take 24-34 min, took over an hour!! The driver look stoned!!! He did not say ONE word to my fiancé or I. Pizza was damn near cold and looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. It wasn't good at all!! When we lived in our apartment months ago, we ordered from Papa Johns quite a few times. No joke...EVERY TIME they forgot something. A 2 liter, garlic sauce, cheese sticks...it was always something. We moved recently and I thought MAYBE they're better now, since we had stopped ordering from them for awhile but no, highly disappointed!!! Next time, you might wanna drug test your drivers. I tried to use the coupon you left on my front door to be quoted prices and then have them raised ad find out that the "special" prices are less than the coupon. If you are going to use questionable bait and switch business schemes then at least you need to train your employees not to tell the customers that there are two sets of prices. read more
