Once again after 3 previous repairs by Sears (2) and Yankee Equipment, (1) they only lubricated it. This time it was fixed right when part was ordered that went under the barrel to steady at high speed spin. I gave Tim 5 star review because he caught what 3 others missed, and reported the reoccurring problem to Speed Queen. I don't know what the experience of others might have been, but Tim had prompt good communication with me through initial appointment and ordering parts.
