I brought my sewing machine with me only to find out I was missing a small part....I didn't know what it was called but the employee who answered the phone was patient and so kind and after I made a few attempts to describe it, he knew what I needed and had it in stock...I was so pleased with the service and the attitude of the employee. My husband purchased a Husqvarna Epic 2 from this Store. They sold him a Refurbished machine and tried to pass it off as new. The machine was defective and could not be fixed. They have taken $2000.00 as a restocking fee for a machine that was defective. They are extremely dishonest people. They also do Not give a free lesson on how to use the machine. I was told to just use the machine and figure it out on my own. For a $10,000.00 machine they could help you a little, but they are very busy giving excuses. read more

The employees were very knowledgeable about vacuums and willing to look up answers to any questions we had that went beyond their personal knowledge of specific machines we asked about. We ended up purchasing a less expensive model than we intended to after learning from the sales person that for our needs a less expensive vacuum was available and came with a better warranty. I brought my Miele Vacuum in for repair and tune up 3 months ago. 3 days later told the vacuum was ready to pick up. When I brought the vacuum home the roller was making all kinds of noise and stopped working. I was told to bring it back in. I brought it back and was told it was fixed....issue was a faulty new roller that was installed the first time. I brought it back home....2 days later same issue....roller making noise...and then stopped all together.I have gone 2 months without the vacuum....using an older one...I finally called again....told to bring it back in. I told the receptionist I wanted my $ back...and she said I must bring it back. It takes me 40 minutes each way...and this has been such a hassle....over 3 hours of driving all together....and I do not have confidence with these folks....Better Business Bureau is next read more

When I called to inquire about getting my central vac repaired I was first asked to hold...no problem. When the customer service agent came back on she was laughing then asked if she could help me after mumbling something. No problem. I then asked if they repaired Central Vacs...she told me I'd have to bring it in. I told her I didn't think I could do that...never have in the past have always had someone come out and she hung up on me. Unprofessional from the start and certainly won't call back. read more
