He spent around 2 hours on it and found the drain pump had a piece of chipped glassware preventing it from draining. He could have probably told us we needed a new pump if he wasn't honest as I suspected that was the problem based on online videos and my own lack of success doing preliminary cleaning. But he tested it out and it worked fine. Wrapped up the job and charged us a very reasonable fee that to me seemed about half of what I thought reasonable. This is the third time we have used Mr Weeman with excellent service and results each time.

The Kittery store is very well organized and spacious. A large selection of Waterford crystal with smaller displays of Royal Doulton, and Wedgwood china were on the floor. Though, in years past I have seen a larger selection of patterns for Wedgwood china along with the signature blue Jasperware products: neither were noticed at the store. The staff person was attentive and knowledgeable. For example, she stated though much of the crystal manufactruring is now outsourced to other countries some products are still made in Ireland and identified with a black ribbon (something which I did not know).
