By early Saturday morning, Shawn had called and texted me to advise he would be available by 11:00 to complete the repair at his shop. In the meantime, his brother had gone down and returned from their glass supplier in Dallas, so when I arrived they were ready to begin. Friendly and competent. They have been working in the industry since 2001 and their experience shows. A small shop, family business worth visiting, in my humble opinion, for your future glass needs. $0 deductible - $0 out of pocket cost. As a caveat, I am a State Farm agent who uses our partner service providers whenever possible to experience exactly what our policyholders would. While they were doing it, they popped up the window.Because it's a convertible that's how they make it fit. In doing so the prop was leaning on the button that made the convertible go up and down. It burned up that motor. They said that they did not do it and they refused to fix it. We will never recommend them and never use them again.

My story begins like many others, walking back with groceries towards my car and seeing the dent. Not in the door like a door ding but on the top of the left fender like someone smacked a screwdriver or blunt instrument to leave a mark. It was awful. Shocking. Depressing. I read up on paint less dent repairs. Watched tons a YouTube videos with people using all kinds of gimmicks. In the end, I watched a video of a true professional dent remover and watching it made me want to find a similar shop. Only local. And I did. Steve is a metallurgy magician!
