Wow. Talked to them a couple of days ago and they were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my questions. I was supposed to have my vehicle picked up the next day for tinting, but there was an issue with the pickup and it never happened. The owner emailed me that night, apologized and wanted to do anything she could to make it right. So they picked up the car at my office this morning, got it knocked out and delivered the car back to me. The car looks absolutely amazing, and the personal service to try to correct the issue was above and beyond. I couldn't be happier. I went off the reviews and thought this place would be good. I have had several tints done over the years and never had this many issues. I have a sedan and had all windows done. Out of six windows I have issues with three of them. Not just bubbles but actual creases in the film. Now I have to go back and have them fix it. As tint installers they should known post install inspection what things come out with time and what things dont. I would go elsewhere and even if it costs more you will more than likely get a better job done. Side note... their lobby is gross and their bathroom is down right disgusting. These are areas your customers see and should be kept presentable. No excuses for that bathroom being so so bad. Red flags that they don't care how they appear to customers and I should have walked out. Lesson learned!!! read more

I've gone here for 2 different vehicles. Both times super fast, friendly, and fairly priced.

Found them online after trying to do extensive research on cheap tints. I have a really old car and plan to get a new one within the next year but my tint was peeling so bad that I couldn't roll my windows down without it getting stuck. This place only charges 100 dollars for all windows tinted, at any percentage you want. I opted for the darkest legal tint I could get. Called ahead and made my appointment, they took about an hour to finish up. Really, you get what you pay for. I left with a good amount of bubbles hoping they would go away. A week passes by and they are still there. I contact the owner and he says it takes time for it to go away - but because of the guarantee I can come back to get it fixed if I wanted to. Here I am, more than a month later still with these bubbles. The whole border of my windows seem to have this, and if you push down you can tell it's supposed to be clunged. It's nice that it has a lifetime guarantee and that he offered to fix it, but honestly I don't really feel like coming back to spend an hour to get it fixed since I won't be using this car in a year. Also, the interior of the shop is kinda old. The seats I were sitting on clearly needed to be replaced. I'd recommend coming if you were in the situation I was in, however if you needed a tint to last a good couple of years maybe invest in a little more money elsewhere. read more

I made a 9 am appointment for tinting my vehicle. I arrived at 8:50. When I got there the door was open, the bay doors were open, all the lights were off and nobody around. As I sat there looking around I noticed what a dump the shop was. It's understandable that the repair shop would have some dirt, but the office/waiting room was ugly and patched together. The combination of the place's appearance and the fact that nobody showed up for the 25 minutes told me the business isn't very professional. I have to say the owner Mr. Manuel has to be the most down to earth guy I know in the audio/tint buisness. I know he knows more than just that but the thing that stick out is that he's a customer service person that will back up his service and I've been going to him since 2012. So like 5 yrs now I've gotten all three of my vehicles plus my girlfriends cars too worked on by him and his team. If I could give a 100 I would but 5 stars is great too.
