It ended up the alternator was bad. We took it back to this shop and had it replaced. Went to pick it up and my car wouldn't start. We had to jump it off In the parking lot. I then replaced the battery. Not even 6 month later my alternator went out on my way to vacation. I was 5 hours away and had to stop and replace it. I called Marks when I got home and was told it was under warranty but they had to have the original one back. I explained to her I had to give it to the part store so avoid a fee. she told me without the original alternator they would not warranty it out, or refund me the cost of the new alternator.
