Ok let me tell you a little story: I have a Subaru Outback…read more'09. I was driving from Seattle to Spokane when I watched my speedometer fall and my car stop on the side of the road. Long story short I got my car towed to a shop in town and they quoted me 1,350 to replace my catalytic converter. After telling the shop I can't afford that and I was going to take it somewhere else, they "remembered" the front catalytic converter was recalled by Subaru. After the Subaru dealership fixed that, my car still wasn't working. I called Dave and without even seeing my car told me he knew what was wrong and he can fix it. At this point the dealership was telling me it was something completely different than what Dave said. I decided to go with Dave. I got my car towed to Daves and he replaced my back catalytic converter and had it done by the next morning. It only cost me 140 dollars. Long story short, after other shops trying to hustle me, Dave was honest, on top of his shit and his price was incomparable! You'd be stupid to go anywhere else

Highly recommend them!…read more Was on I-90 coming from Tri Cities WA heading to Riverside State Park in 90-degree weather when the battery light came on the truck while pulling a 3 horse living quarters. Started calling shops, and NW Diesel answered their phone and said they could fit us in to look at the truck. The AC ended up going out on us as well. Once we arrived (after dropping the horse trailer and horses), they were able to pull the truck in within less than 10 min to check it out and determined the issue right away and get the part ordered and fixed within a couple of hours or less. They were very helpful and understanding of the situation and able to explain what was going on. The lobby is very clean and does not have a mechanic shop or oil or grease smell. Highly recommend them!

I was met by Matt at the counter, who I explained my situation to, and even though it didn't look good for my transmission or my pocketbook, they repaired a major tranny leak, refilled the line, and charged me at such a MINIMAL rate, I broke down in tears. They allowed me to use my own transmission fluid (to save money) and took me to the Service area, showing me the problem(s) and what they had done to fix them while my car was up on the lift. I have never felt so taken care of and so honestly served. For a mechanic shop, this is UNHEARD OF customer service. They have a customer for life in me. I called Tire-Rama and they said it would be $80 but they don't put in customer products. I called Coyner's Auto Repair, they said it would be $130. I called Grease Monkey and it was $80 before a coupon. I called Airway Automotive and Tire and was quoted $40, just for the labor. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The shop does appointments and walk-ins. My oil change was done in 40 minutes. I sat in the waiting area. There is a water machine, coffee, tea and television. The business says Grand Opening on the outside. I would come back again for service! The cost was reasonable especially compared to the other shops I called.
