It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. I also requested a conduit extension to the garage and during the line excavation, a sprinkler line was accidentally cut. Diego took responsibility and covered the cost of the plumber to repair the line. He was also able to get a good referral on stucco work that needed to be done near the panels. Came across this place while looking for a transformer for my electrican. He and I had to go back and forth a few times using just the photo of a transformer that my electrician needed but in a different model/type (but my electrican swears it's the same thing! However, Carlos was super patient and when I walked him through the specs of what I needed Carlos was able to locate it and called me back once he did (like he promised) and a couple days later he called to say the products were in and I swung by to pick them up!
