This store is plenty full in stock. They carry the not seen much Liquors and a vast selection of Wine. The service is friendly and help full. South Carolina Liquor Stores are Privatized so that is why you will find different selections in Liquor. Bill's has everything and right on the way to Hilton Head. No doubt the best liquor store in the area--- maybe the entire county. People there are friendly and willing to help you find anything. Great wine selection with prices better than the supermarkets. They even have some hard to find liquors. Their prices on all liquors are very good with a wide selection of gin, vodka, scotch, bourbon, rye, and tequila. If you're from another area of the country, remember that you can't get beer at the liquor store. If you're in the market for beer, try the supermarket or a convenience store such as Parkers. If you text their special code, you can save 10% on your order. Not open on Sunday and closes early on Saturday. read more

My experience here was awful. And I don't think the associates understand how a 21st Birthday is a joyous occasion. They completely ruined my experience. I came in with my friend (who is not 21) and I picked up what I needed for my night. 10 minutes later we got to the counter and the associate bitched at me for my ID and my friend's. I handed over mine and she said my friend should not even be in the store due to her age and that she needed to leave immediately. The other lady who was checking my ID took a good hard look at it, questioning if it was real or not. After my friend left the two ladies continued talking and the one associate was talking about how she would take a shot with me and how she had been drinking since high school. First of all that's inappropriate and second of all they were very rude and discouraging about being 21. I completely understand my friend being asked to leave, but there is a way to do it. There is something called common courtesy. It's also common to have something posted on the door... this establishment did not. That is a downside. First off, I am not a big liquor drinker, but I do like tequila and gin if I had to choose. The gin I like is Bombey Sapphire and it is expensive, but at Bills it is quite reasonable. Good tequila selection and an abundance of all other liquor options, they must have 30 different vodkas and no crappy stuff either. Their bottom shelf options will not have you holding your head in pain, running for the Tylenol in the AM. I like the wine selection, all countries are well represented, not overly Californian and the prices again, are reasonable. Really easy parking and very well staffed, when it comes time to pay, try not to dilly dally, as they are ready to move you along at checkout. read more

I needed a drink! While here for a long weekend and taking care of people for a few hours, I found Bill's Liquors and immediately went into shopping mode. Since I am a big alcoholic, I decided to see how prices are in SC compared to NY. Big difference. They had everything you could ever want much cheaper than NYC. I was able to get 7 bottles for under $200 and I'm not talking small stuff. Kah Tequila, Grey Goose, Absolut and more. Not a big shop, but very well stocked. The staff was very eager to help with my selections and provided answers to all my questions. They showed me where everything was and even gave me a box to hold my purchases. read more

This is a great store. We have priced Jack D, and wines at different liquor stores and have found Bills to be the cheapest. We live in Hardeeville. I thought maybe the stores here would be cheaper due to rents in Hardeeville is cheaper than in Bluffton. Also we live right near 95 so we could just as easy run over to Pooler or Savannah, however Bill's in Bluffton is cheaper than there also. Also they have everything. You can find almost anything you are looking for there. Also the help is amazing. They have great customer service. Not only will they help you find what you are looking for, they give helpful hints, answer any questions you may have, and then help you to the car......Great place.... read more
