Avoid them when they're too busy. Went there with a few friends after an event. The wait staff did their damnedest to keep up and we made sure to properly tip them. The medium rare burger was cooked well and the onion rings were just shy of burned. They had a reasonable selection of beers. Maybe you'll have better luck. read more

Absolutely the worst. The owner just told me fuck you lady because we were pushed out due to a family death. Either close the restaurant or have a manager but you certainly do not make your personal issues your patrons issues. Also my terminally ill husband was with us and he was not allowed to finish his meal. No caring for anyone but themselves . I will never darken their door again. read more

Billy Anne's is a solid staple in the Bluffton community, and has been for many years! This has always been a go-to girls night out place, stop for margaritas or even for family dinner. You can find this gem right off of Main Street in the heart of downtown. The interior is dark with wooden tables and booths and a beautiful bar. Do note, if you have children, they ask that you come through the back door to stay out of the bar. But they are very polite when asking this! The restaurant also offers a back room for larger parties, if needed. They even occasionally have local live music on the weekends. The staff is made up of locals and they always do a fantastic job. Being a small town, they recognize many faces and always greet you with a smile. The restaurant offers a full bar and a variety of local craft beers. The only downfall is that they don't have draft beer. The menu has amazing Mexican foods, burgers, and even fish - It is usually hard to choose! I recently stopped in for a girls night out and we had a fantastic experience. We started with a few beers and chips and salsa before ordering our meals. I then decided to order the bacon and blue cheese burger with fries. It did not disappoint! If you are in the area, check this place out! read more

This is a charming little spot tucked away in Bluffton. It's a pub, but enter through the cream-colored side door to find the the family dining area. The service is prompt and the entire staff is great! Not to mention the food is delicious. Get the chimichangas. read more

Great food, attentive staff. I came around dinner time on a Monday. I am visiting for business. Staff were very attentive, and the food was delicious. I ordered chicken flautas -- they came out perfect! The meat was really moist, and the shell was very crispy! The guacamole was great too, but the chips were just regular from out a bag. Apparently they ran out of their regular chips which I had heard were really good. Overall good experience! The inside is very interesting to look at -- there are stained glass windows that were converted into light fixtures, and lots of other assorted antiques. read more

We ate here recently for the first time. The atmosphere and service were great. I had the chicken nachos and my dad had the breaded tenderloin sandwich. The nachos were a little spicy, but very tasty. My dad said it was probably the BEST tenderloin sandwich he has ever had. That is saying something considering he has eaten a lot of tenderloin sandwiches at various establishments in his lifetime. The only minor disappointment was that I wanted an iced tea to go (bc my mouth was still a little hot from the nachos) and they didn't have have any to go cups. We will definitely be back for dinner the next time we are in town. read more

No offense to the obvious elder patrons and owners of Billy Ann's Supper Pub in Bluffton, IN but you absolutely can not sell Tex-Mex cuisine with not even the basic taco seasoning. Everything was horribly flavorless and disgusting! Unseasoned guacamole, burnt unseasoned beef burrito, salsa that tasted more like marinara, maybe you should only cook Italian, but you'd probably not season that either, so don't! My drink was the only thing I would return for and I won't be doing that. Stay with what you know, alcohol. Also, who charges 1$ for cheese on a burger?!? Seriously one of the best places I have found in 10 years in Indiana. The freshest food, great friendly staff, reasonable prices and great desserts. A relaxed atmosphere, warm firelplace, quirky decor but it all works. The owner has been there every time we have been there and he actually looks happy to be there. Great selection of beers, very friendly staff. Were going through a new POs system install so was rather entertaining sitting at the bar watching a game and eating. Ordered the Billy Burrito and got enchiladas but made up for the mistake exceptionally well. Food was very good and I wasn't too fussy about what I had anyway since this was my first visit and expect many more tot try a variety of food. Maybe food was priced a little high but beer was not and service and taste easily made up the possible difference. read more

Had a romantic dinner our first visit...went back with our daughter for family experience and instead of warm greeting at the front door, asked to step around the corner from the bar. I'm here from Mississippi on business and found this Mom and Pop on Yelp. I walked in to a quaint little bar and restaurant and was immediately greeted by the owner. He served me an ice cold Bud light and produced a menu with a good but not overwhelming selection of choices. He also has a good supply of liquor and craft beers, that he was very knowledgeable on if that's your choice. I ate here 3 nights out of 4 and had the teriyaki rib eye, black and bleu burger and the gigantic fish sandwich. A+ on all meals and service. The hospitality was like I was back in the south without the southern draw. If you're in this area, I would certainly stop by and sample the menu, you won't be disappointed! read more

I'm from Bluffton and have ate here couple times with not so good experiences. We made reservations for party of 8. They put us in a booth with two chairs at the ends. This is no doubt a table for 6. Now the food. I wouldn't say it's a Mexican food place but supposedly that's what most order here. I seen why when looking at the prices on menu of there other options it's not a cheap place. The nachos dont have any seasoning in the meat its chips hamburger and cheese and a salad tossed on top. Others at the table ordered the same thing. Portion size was so dramatically different. They also had what ended up being a bowl full of jalapeno peppers about double the amount anyone would want. My nachos didnt have one pepper. Chips were stale. Just all around all 8 people all from Bluffton said they wont go back. It is unfortunate cause atmosphere is great in there and location is good. Someone needs to come save this place. read more
