Great spot for quality Mexican eats at a very decent price. Bluffton was limited on options (Bummies is still the goat), so had to explore 17 min. out. Fabulous service, quaint spot, really nice menu, and generous portions as well. Threw some charred jalapeños for spice and they give you chips/salsa regardless. Three tacos and two massive beers for under $30 is a bargain imo. Will definitely back! read more

This place has very tasty Mexican food and speedy/friendly service! Give it a try if you have not already! This place is very small as it is located on the north side of town in a small strip mall. You will find a clean facility that is neatly organized. They don't have the traditional Mexican restaurant trapping of brightly colored tables and other decor. Pretty simple. The staff on this occasion was plentiful and very friendly. They covered the floor pretty rapidly. I suspect that a coupe were in training so things seemed a bit disorganized to n their procedures. The chips were light and thin with a nice crisp break. Not very greasy to the touch or taste. The salsa was very mild and a little bit thicker than you probably find at most places - which I really liked. The salsa doesn't have a distinct flavor but it does have a nice mild taste. I ordered the enchiladas supremes. The food came out very quick with a very nice presentation. The meats (chicken and pork) were moist but a little difficult to cut - had to use a knife. Again no significant seasoning to accent the meat taste. The ground beef had a nice smooth/fine texture and a mild beef flavor. The enchiladas were covered in fresh veggies and a cheese sauce. This dish didn't fill me up as some other place's might have. However it was very tasty, fresh and enjoyable. If you are in the Ossian area and have a craving for Mexican food...give this place a try!! read more

Best salsa I have had at a Mexican restaurant. Trying to identify the secret ingredient. Small restaurant with only a dozen tables, but it is definitely a favorite place to many. Had the managers special burrito and it was very good. it came out hot and had a lot of flavor to it. The steak was cooked perfect and the melted cheese on the top made it fantastic. The red salsa is good to. I'll be back next time I visit for sure. read more

Loved the salsa. Was so fresh I would have drank it like gazpacho. The interior design is rustic with Mexican heritage art. I ordered the quesadilla rellena and it was fantastic, the shredded chicken was not dry or old tasting. 10/10 would come here again. Got into Ossian a little early for a work meeting and stopped by to have lunch. The restaurant is not very big, but it looks just like the right size. This brand new restaurant has a lot to offer Ossian and surrounding communities. The extensive menu and large portions are sure to draw many customers in the door. While dinning in this establishment with my family, we were impressed with the delicious food, nice menu options, and fresh tasting entrees. There are some items that need to be worked out, but I'm sure it will come with time. My wife and I ordered the chicken fajitas for two. The flavor was good and the entree was presented sizzling hot! Other family members savored various menu choices and were impressed with portion size, taste, and presentation. Items to work on mainly revolve around service... One waitress consistently tapped my daughter's head every time she passed the table. Multiple waiters frequently visited the table in quick succession, which frequently resulted in us ordering multiple times or requesting items multiple times. All in all - Mi Casa is a place worth trying if you're in the mood for Mexican. I know we will be back to check out some more menu options in the future. read more

MMM these turkey's serve up some mean burrito's too essay, and them taco's out of this world! All in Ossian Indiana folks, your land, my land just a swell place to come to right? Get a good whiff of cow manure on the way here coming from Fort Wayne, but that manure be good for your senses and such. Good to clear out the lungs. Remember to head Ossian's way if you like that deep rich manure scent on the way here, good pesticides or something cause me like the smell a great bit . Might as well pig out right essay? Mi Casa is a good staple for all of the Ossian dwellers! I often consider this place as a meet-up spot for my friends who live back home. It is a smaller but cozy spot next to East of Chicago in a strip mall off SR1. The inside is bright with a decent amount of seating. They have many options on the menu and you can't go wrong with a margarita! The food was good quality but it came out fast...and almost too fast. The service was just OK, but they seemed a little annoyed and ready for us to leave (as we chatted post food). Glad that the small town has a well established food joint for people to enjoy. read more

Great find! Had beef chimichanga and chicken quesadilla between us. Generous portions; good sides. Well seasoned with good guacamole. Chips and salsa as complementary appetizer which we did not finish before entrees were at the table. Server brought second glass of water before we even finished the first. Prices very fair! First time there. Off the beaten path a little...but definitely worth it. Clean, friendly staff. FAST! Did I mention FAST? One of the best places to eat in the area. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. You never have call a server because they check on table quite frequently (not too much though). My wife and I go here weekly and they always treat us right. Pricing is very reasonable. The only negative is it is a rather small place and you'll likely have to wait ten or fifteen minutes to be seated. read more

I love Mexican food. I never turn down Mexican food. However, Mi Casa is a poor representation. Although the service was good, the food varies between being bland and being awful. I have never not taken home my leftovers, but I could barely stomach it. Maybe if they change up some recipes I'll come back. read more

Food is a big portion but very dirty environment they refuse to wear masks cobwebs by the bathroom cobwebs over the registers a spider came down on our table as we were eating tables had sticky residue over them You can see right back in the kitchen where I watch them drop the chips on the floor and then put them back in a basket And served, We're also you can see no one wears a mask in the back cooking your foods, And to top it off my husband saw a roach crawling from the floor on his way to the bathroom Needless to say we left our food and paid our bill read more

I'm surprised there have not been more recent reviews. The food is delicious and everyone is friendly. Great food in a small and comfortable place. We love. I can't believe we pretty much live just across the street. Just moved and have been twice within a week. My husband lived in Texas for a long time and he was more than pleased when I dragged him here. Hasn't this quality Mexican food in decades. "This is not Tex-Mex," he said several times. Stopped in for lunch today. They'd apparently just cleaned but it smelled of dirty water for the cleaning. Like they had mopped down the floor and tables AFTER mopping the kitchen floor. It was a bit off putting. It did NOT look dirty though in the dining area. Just smelled a bit gross. read more
