Took our favorite 3 year old last week and we had a ball! Tons of slides (some steep and fast even for adults), tubes and obstacle courses. The basketball court and soccer area were a hit with my husband and two sons (both in their 20s). There's also a ball pit area with ball canons that kept them entertained. We stayed for over 4 hours! The place is very clean, bathroom was maintained several times while we were there. The staff is young and very attentive. The separate playhouse village is worth the extra fee and was a nice quiet area for our little one to wind down for a little while. A nice addition was security. In addition to the usual bracelets that are checked when you go in, they also take a group picture of all those entering for security purposes. A staff member monitors the exit and entrance at all times and they swipe you in and out each time you leave the area.So there are all the positives, here is the downside to this creative place. First is the price! Just for the 5 of us to walk in was $50. Unlike the Elks Place in Harriman, there is a fee for each adult. We also had to purchase socks for the 3 year old because she didn't have a pair and everyone has to have socks. If you want the Play House Village there is an additional fee and only one adult per bracelet can go in with them (there is an entrance monitored by staff). Kind of ridiculous that other adults in the group couldn't accompany her. The concession stand is clean, well stocked and moderately priced. No outside food or drinks allowed. Because of the length that we stayed we spent easily another $40 on water ($2 a bottle), juice boxes and hot pretzels (greasy and stale, we didn't finish them and my son loves hot pretzels!). There are water fountains for those brave enough. The last comment is the merchandise wall. We got zapped another $15 for a stuffed Billy Bee (Dollar Store quality). We took our young granddaughters, ages 2&5, there Saturday. We paid for the Honeycomb Village which is supposed to be for 5 & under. There was no monitoring if that area. Children over 8 were running rampart. It was unsafe and some little children were hurt. When I talked with the staff they said anyone with bracelet could enter. The manager said they did not sell bracelets to over 5 year olds. She told her staff to watch the area. So while I was in there the older children did not have these bracelets yet there was no one to tell them to leave, certainly not their parents, or any staff. So beware read more

We went here early on a Friday, right after they opened. My daughter was 18m old at the time. Only 2 other little boys were there. We had no clue where the "toddler area" was, so my daughter bee lined for the bigger kid section. She had a blast climbing up the ramps, through the tubes, etc etc. At first, we didn't let her go down the slides, because the signs said only kids 5-12 years old, but an employee said it was fine for my husband or I to go down with our daughter on our lap (eventually she took off down one on her own, scared herself and that was the end of that! XD ) Once we found the toddler area, our daughter was so used to the big kid section, that she ran through the toddler area like crazy, no fear. She loved the hamster wheel looking thing, tumbling over and over, wanting to go faster. Not really the safest thing in the world, but she sure enjoyed it. The ramps and tunnels were big enough that my husband & I fit comfortably through, and I am a plus size! So while it was one heck of a work out, it wasn't bad (I did get my hips stuck in a spot in the toddler area though, which was really funny. ) It didn't seem super dirty like some people reviewed. I had black socks on, so hard to tell - but my husband's white socks were about as dirty as walking around on hardwood floors of someone who has a cat or dog. Socks were a little dingy, but nothing terrible. We stayed until almost 2pm, then went home for nap time. Came back after dinner. Many, many more kids, and now the music was super loud: especially when you made it to the top of the ramps/slides, by the ceiling where the speakers were. So loud, that you really couldn't tell what was playing. My only MAJOR complaint, and this is a design issue: the "toddler area" for 1-4 year olds is right next to the mall entrance. There is just a stomach high (I'm 5'5) wall separating little ones from anyone walking in. My paranoid husband pointed it out & looked all over, and only found one camera near the registers at the outside entrance, nothing near the mall entrance. While parents should be super vigilant with their little ones, all it would take is a few inattentive seconds, and a curious child wandering too close to the wall, and someone could lean over and snatch the child up. That was our biggest fear. And of course, I have that super curious, fearless child that walks up to EVERYONE saying "Hiiiiii!" -_-; So I worry even more. Otherwise, this place was very fun for all three of us. The prices are high for individual trips, as it cost $25+ for the three of us, but they have a 10 trip pass for $100 listed on the website - so you save $8/trip (includes 1 toddler, 1 adult). Worth it, since my husband is home for the summer with our little one. Oh, and if you are a police officer, EMT, or fire fighter and ,you show your ID, you get in free, just pay for the little ones!!!! And I agree with other reviews: wear long sleeves/pants... those slides can give you nasty rug burn! Overall: lots of fun, great on a rainy day. :) read more

BillyBeez,would have gotten a five but it's just not the same anymore. I can't even explain because I don't know where to start. BillyBeez has been part of my family but now it's hard to accommodate two children who are not close in age and for a mother who can't be in two places at once. BillyBeez is now turning into a dump and is not sanity. BillyBeez is a rip off in their prices. I belong to a Facebook Page where I'm supposed to get a discount but now,I'm stuck having to pay for me to go in with my youngest. I know BillyBeez can't honor it for me but you would think with the amount of business I give them. Dam Internet in the mall. What really ticks me off,is an experience that I had happened to my family. I was with both of my children that day:(This incident took place on a Saturday_EarlymAfternoon.)My family and I were waiting in line to pay. Only one register:(With the exception of the Birthday-Parties Register)was up and running at the time.There was a bit of a wait:(3-Families were in front of me and my children.) My youngest,whose only a toddler and can only stay still for a little while started having a meltdown. Luckly,my oldest's Girl'sScout Leader was there with her children and volunteered to watch my youngest for me. He did calm down once he was in there. I was still in line and was behind an older couple,who most likely never been here before. As I was waiting I noticed a BillyBeez Associate,who was guarding The Honeycomb Village. Left her station and ran after my youngest grabbed him and was holding him in her arms as she was walking towards me. Right there was the biggest mistake she had ever made. When it was finally my turn I was not feeling it anymore. Not on!y was I not getting accommodate. I got ripped off with my BillyBeez Purchase. I was also dealing with all of this while trying to calm my toddler down. This would have never happened if it wasn't for the older couple in front of me. I probably would have been in BillyBeez a lot sooner. In the pass,I've seen this BillyBeez Emp!oyee and she too is a mother to a toddler. I've seen her passing her child around from arms to arms with her fellow BillyBeez Coworkers. I've also seen other BillyBeez Emp!oyees whenever a child is lost and confused holding a child by their hand. Protocols are meant to be followed. I'm now rethinking my decision and won't be returning to BillyBeez. I just don't feel my children especially my youngest is safe. I just don't want him to grow up and thinking it's okay for strangers to pick me up and hold me. I did try getting a BillyBeez Associate attention but it was just too busy. I'am getting in contact with BillyBeez Customer's service and letting them know about my recent experience. I'm voicing my experience because right now I'm my child's voice and it needs to be heard. BillyBeez does have the not respondible for lost or stolen property on there price bulletin but now adays who has time to read everything that is being advertised. BillyBeez also needs to better accommodate their Two BillyBeez Younger Kid Section. The older crowd has everything else and should be more accommodating to the youngest crowd and not play rough house. The little guys are still developing and need their own space to accommodate. The little BillyBeez Sections are also great for the disabled kids. read more

I have not been there yet but I was thinking of throwing my daughter's birthday party there but was unable to schedule it because the site for booking parties is not up and running. I have been here twice and i can say its poorly managed/run, dirty and a waste of money. Dont get me wrong the kids love it but both times they opened 15-20 min late (one time i did wait outside 20 min knocking and calling with the ups delivery guy and a women who was having a party). Then you get in and they are understaffed. So you pay extra for the under 5 area that isnt open on time and no one knows when that staff will get there. They are lazy and most of time rude, the dont care whats going on either. The under 5 is very rarely under 5 because they are too busy catching up on staff gossip to notice. (Since both times i spent over 8 hours there to get my moneys worth i think i can tell with confidence what goes on) I just tell my son that they are closed when he asks now because i have zero intentions of dealing with the headache involved. read more

So today we went to Billy Beez and sadly to say, there where issues. Number 1 we walk in and it's freezing. Number 2 there is no one at the front desk! I mean no one to check us in! An employee said someone will be there soon and continue to stand there doing nothing! About about ten minutes later, still no one came and I said to the man do you know if they are coming?? Then he walked over to get her! She finally came! She seemed to have a Attitude about her job! Number 3 they closed the food cafe they have. Someone called in sick so you can't purchase food. So my husband went to the food court and got food. They would not allow him Inside to eat even though there food court is closed!! He ended up eating in the car with my daughter! But they did allow my daughter and son to eat there snacks there!! They make no sense! Number 4 they had no supervision at the village and usually they do have someone sitting there. So parents where in there with their shoes on! Another thing there were so many parents not watching there kids! But this is a problem has always! I see parents sitting down talking on there phones, while there kids are trying to bully my children! I am always right behind my kids! So I had to many times discipline someone else's child!
