I went in November 2013 right after they opened and I loved the place it was super clean and reasonably priced. Since the place has opened they have raised their fees and raised their fees some more. They use to offer a 10 pack for toddlers that was 75 dollars, but that is gone and toddlers pay the same price as older children even though they can't do everything. The place use to be spotless now it is dirty. I stepped in urine and got my socks wet and had to go to Target to buy new socks and wash my foot off. I came back and the urine was still there! This is the worst place (if you are lazy like me and have a toddler). I went once and am dreading going back, but know I will have to. My son went CRAZY running through tunnels and bouncing balls, and riding slides. Some people have mentioned the high prices, but it's like Disney. There isn't any other place like this nearby, so they can charge whatever they want. Unfortunately for me, my husband is really too tall to climb through the tunnels (which are probably built to be relatively small for safety reasons I'd imagine) so I am the sucker that has to go and sacrifice my thigh muscles crawling through the labyrinth that is Billy Beez. At least my kid fell asleep within 2 seconds of the car leaving the parking lot! Kid nirvana. Huge facility means hours of adventure. Go go go. It also means that on even the busiest weekend day, it never feels over-crowded as there are plenty of options for the kids. Since the opening, they seem to have continually tweaked things to avoid any bottlenecks. And the super-strict security means parents can actually relax a bit. And the cleanliness is great - also with hand sanitizer all over the place. I've been to a lot of these places, and this is the best by far. More importantly, my five year old and one year old both love it, and never get bored. read more

I was thoroughly impressed by the size of this place. Staff was efficient as well and they certainly have their work cut out of them because this is a raucous fun house if there ever was one: super slides, tube slides, tunnels, sponge ball shoot 'em up gallery and a rentable party space. Good toddler areas and big kid areas alike. Bathrooms are clean and the shoe locker area is of a nice size to get in and out of. Food options are deplorable: no healthy snack options for kids whatsoever and that's kind of surprising given how great of a playscape it is. You'd think with all the energy and activity they'd offer a box of raisins or an apple for purchase. Odd. (And the mall's food court isn't much better!). And as others have complained about, the high price for adults makes zero sense. Over thirty bucks for a family of three. So a bummer there for sure. But, yeah, all and all it's pretty epic space and obviously a fun indoor place to take the kids during the cold months. read more

Kids had fun, but the place is a ripoff and looking at my receipt now, I realize that we were overcharged. $75 for 2 children and 2 adults that didn't participate? They charge for kids and adults that are just sitting there. They have disgusting fast food that they kept on burning so the whole place stunk and the kids' eyes were hurting from the smoke. We were invited for a birthday party. It was the first time and the last we will ever go there. The place is crowded on weekends and I constantly lost sight of my children. They have a bracelet system for security however when we first got there none of the staff explained to us how it worked. read more

I'm only writing a negative review for the birthday party because the place itself is nice and children love it. So, first the directions on where guests should go to get tickets are very unclear, the staff member who was supposed to greet guests was always MIA. The "party host" only brought food (cold) and left, no entertainment, no serving the food, even no cleaning the party room. For that money I expected they will do some activities with kids in a party room. Food is bad, the pizza for 20 bucks is worse than the frozen one from the store. And it was cold. No bday cake. It's absolutely not worth the money. If your kids wanna play here It's better buy tickets for each guest and then go to have a party somewhere else. read more

Kids love it but if you don't want to allow food and drink please keep the cafe open. "If you are caught with food and drink you will be asked to leave with no refund, " really. They tell you, you can leave and come back. I'm sorry but I don't chug my coffee and if my kids are thirsty I have to leave give them a sip then come back? This place was ok when it opened. Since then they are increasing their prices almost weekly to see how many people they can screw. First week opened I went with my wife and two kids and it cost us $20. Check out their prices after three weeks. Same visit will cost $50 now LOL!!! This place sucks. Do not allow them to rob you. **** PARENTS BEWARE recently had a birthday party for my 3 yr old at Billy Beez. Let me start by saying this was not the first time we visited this location. We were there on two other occasions and had alot of fun. It was not overcrowded and that is why we booked our daughters 3rd bday party. The day of her party- We arrived at 1:15 pm for a 1:30 party. My guest were scattered. No organization, no billy beezs party rep. total disorganization. The place was extremely overcrowded almost to the point of a fire hazard. We were told that our party would be called at 2:30 which it was. All of my guest made there way to the back to find out there was no room ready for us. One of the workers proceeded to tell me they overbooked, parties ran late and they offered to seat me in the general area outside the party room area. I was very upset and demanded to speak with the manager and my guest all watched this unfold. Geramy, who tried to help apologized and we sent the kids back playing for another half hour and we were called again. The kids entered the party room. Pizza was rushed and served. It was cold. I ordered additional pizzas for the parents. They were put on a back table. The parents did not even know they were there. Cake was being served while the kids were still eating pizza. It was a total disaster. The next party keep entering the room. There was no control. At that point, it was just time to leave. We were being rushed so the other party can come in. I gathered my things and asked where the party gifts were they told me on my rack outside. We went out to the coat rack and all of our gifts were scattered. Envelopes thrown on the self and the next party had already taken over. The least they could have done was put the gifts in a bag for us like most places do. Security- I raved to family and friends about their bracelet security system. I told all of them how the kids could play and not worry about their safety. WRONG! We left Billy Beez in a group of about 10. My daughter was being held by her grandfather with no bracelet, I had my two nieces with me whom their parents left earlier. When I told the guy at the gate that he said OK and let 10 of us through without even checking the bracelets. My relative stopped and said are you sure you don't want to check our bracelets and he said no go ahead. What if we were kidnapping a child. He had no clue they all were with us. Very unsettling. The next day i was talking to someone who was there for another party and she told me one of their guest walked out the main entrance and nobody saw it. Very scary. I reached out to the Billy beez staff and management and its been 3 days and not one person has responded. I also reached out to retail group Usa who apparently owns Billy Beez and nobody has responded. Their customer service is a disgrace. read more

There was no sign indicating that socks were required. After we paid we we told we had to go out into dollar store in mall to purchase socks. I understand the need for socks but after we purchased the socks and went in to play area we saw numerous children and adults without socks. Very upset about the policy that on weekends the second parent is charged almost double ($9.95). Nice place for kids - large, lots to do, ect.. expensive, but ok - however, for birthday;s seems miserable. we just came back from a friend's 4th birthday party for their son - and it was horrible. The management kept bothering the parents. Obvious nothing was setup beforehand - they yelled at the parents over some charge - the food was horrible - parents were going nuts. This is a great place for Children and Adults to get rid of energy , its really big and there is plenty to do for all ages. Price its $20 a visit and $6.95 for Adults, or the BEST deal is $150 for a 10 visit pack and 1 Adult is free. read more

The staff did a great job.. They were very organized and worked hard to make sure my daughter's party was a success. What I didn't like.. Billy Beez nickels and dimes over everything. My daughters party ran us about 1000 bucks and they actually asked for five dollars for an extra pitcher of soda. I'm embarrassed for you. read more

If you are here with 1 child that you can follow around, you might feel safe. How can you follow 2+ children through this massive playground? I would never allow my children to run through this place. I would never know where they were at any given moment. Others claim that the workers here are supervising. I'm sorry, but I don't know any of them personally nor have I seen their background checks. I don't feel safe with strangers watching my kids. How would I know if one of them took my child aside to some hidden area? Not to mention, if my child is stuck somewhere high or in spot I can't see, how can I get to him/her or even know he/she is in distress? It's a very nice place for kids. The only problems that I have with the place is the adults that are there with their kids walking and playing on the slides with their shoes on and no staff member enforcing the rule. If they keep up with sanitizing the place would help. The lack of staff that they have to keep up the rush and crowd of people. read more

This is an indoor playground with tons of slides and climbing jungle gyms, tunes, balls....inside the palisades center which has a ton of other kid friendly activities as well. Billy Beez is one of my daughters favorite places but on weekends we like to get there near opening as it gets very crowded in early afternoon. Summers can be overrun with camps and staff is not always upfront with how many camps are entering when ask. There are staff posted near trampolines, top of biggest slide etc...but they are usually on their phones or chatting with each other and not in assigned posts. Follow through on socks is inconsistent. If they see they will say something but if not around it is not addressed. There is a small snack bar, pizza, chicken, juices, popcorn. We have only had snacks and always a bit over priced but not crazy. Just went on a Friday night for the first time and it was a lot less crowded than expected. Gets busier in winter. Overall clean facility although tonight there was a mess left from a family of pizza and drinks for over an hour. Clean up after your self people! This is not a restaurant. When overrun with kids I have never witnessed any control or out of control kids, for safety concerns I usually leave around then. I watch my kid closely but it is hard as the place is large and there are lots of in and outs and cross overs, no worries they can't get out due to wristband system but if you lose sight of them it may take a long time to relocate them even with two parents read more

I have been here twice and my four year old son has really, really enjoyed himself. It is a fun, well-designed play space. There are two things that make me hesitant to ever go back, however. One, and most distressing, is that I have heard from other moms that there is a back exit to the parking garage which is supposed to be closed and have an alarm. This is often left open, and the alarm does not work. Management has not been attentive toward resolving this. And I don't think I would feel comfortable letting my son run and play there now. Also, they charge for adults (!!!!!) in addition to kids. And they used to have a 10-pack of passes for a discounted price (and free admission for accompanying adult) but they got rid of that. It is expensive! We would have purchased the 10-pack and become good customers, but it is too expensive without that. I thought this place was such a great idea: colorful, wide open space to run, climb, everything a kid wants. Until I walked inside and asked for details. My 3-girls (6,3,1) were so excited to go in to play and I was excited to drop them off so I could go shopping alone. I thought to myself, finally, a place that understands that mommy needs alone time. Until they told me it is unsupervised play. There are no supervision unless you call in advance and pay an extra $10/hr. That means my 1-yr old can climb those ropes that my 6-yr old can with no staff around? These ropes are very high. My main concern was, they allow adults in the play area too! Do you really think that's safe? The Company needs to rethink their policy if they want my business. If you ask me, this should be a kid-only spot and the parents/adults should go shop, eat, watch a movie, etc. Hire some staff while you're at it. My kids were so upset when we had to walk away. When I planned my daughter's birthday party at Billy Beez I was extremely excited for her and her friends, for I thought they would have an amazing time. Well, I was in for a rude awakening. First off, when your guest arrives, either you all are separated or standing amongst one another. It's super crowded and not enough seats. I thought it would be more convenient to have a party room the entire hour and forty-five minutes you paid for. There weren't too many staff in the play area just incase a child got hurt which isn't safe. When the children arrived in the party room they were served pizza but exactly tens minutes later the cake was served. My daughter and some of the younger children weren't finished their pizza. The young staff that were helping with my daughter's party were extremely rude and had an "I don't care" attitude. I was extremely displeased with the way her party was handled especially the price I paid to be unhappy. read more
