They were having oven issues and because of this, the manager was a half hour late with the pizza (leaving 5 minutes for cake) before forcing my daughter, mid bite, to get out of the party room in order to set up for the next party. He also got into my face and other adults SCREAMING. I will never go here again. My daughter was supposed to get a free day pass for a future date and never received it. I wouldn't take her again even if she did. Called the corporate head quarters, they told me they have a 72 hours before assessing my concerns. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!! Terrible service. If you can remember going to discovery zone growing up and loving it, this is the place for you! I would highly recommend Billy Beez for any parent or family member who has active children. This place is for all ages, which makes it great for adults who want to accompany their toddlers, or adults who haven't fully grown up yet and want to play alongside their kids. Not only is it SAFE fun (padded railings, padded floors, foam balls NOT PLASTIC) it's CLEAN fun also (there are always workers cleaning the eating sections, the bathrooms, and the play areas)!!!! I took my nephew there, for what was supposed to be an hour or two. We ended up staying almost 5 hours. With something around every corner, it was hard to want to leave. The trampoline section is definitely worth the visit. It can put anyone in a good mood, not to mention it's so much fun trying to do flips. The designated toddler sections are ideal for parents who are concerned having their little ones amongst the big kids. There is a drawing and coloring area, tons of outrageous and amazing slides (everyone should try the blue one), a foam ball play pen that the kids really enjoy, and a small kid friendly basketball space. The bathrooms are large and clean, there is space to place bags and shoes, and they offer packages for birthday parties. If all of this wasn't great enough... the staff is phenomenal! Billy beez is a great concept , tons of slides, stairs and fun play but... it is very poorly ran. Visited this location for a birthday party. This location was very busy when I visited, very few employees were visible and the ones on the floor seemed like they didn't want to be there. The cleaning lady I saw often, all around. The food seemed to be made in a microwave. I get it's not a restaurant but how can you get soggy fries and nuggets, which tasted like they were out from the night before, yuck! The teens at the entrance/exit wouldn't even confirm that the children exiting were with the corresponding adult... big red flag! I definitely will not be patronizing this establishment. read more

A place for kids to play and for parents to also share time with their kids. Billy Beez is located in the mall on the first floor. I went on a Saturday during the mid to late afternoon and there was no line but the place was pretty packed. All the female associates at the door were very welcoming and friendly. The center was pretty clean with the exception of the over filled garbage cans that needed to be emptied. There was not much food to select from mainly snacks, pop corn and pretzels ext. They have lockers for your belongings but for some reason the machine froze and the Associate was unable to assist us and really didn't know what she was doing. Also there are only about 20 lockers. There is no where to park your stroller. I found a spot that was clearly away from the exit but an associate who works there, told me to move it because he said so and the center said so, extremely rude. There is no one from Billy Beez watching the different play centers and big kids were in the little kids zone running wild and rather destructive. I'm giving this place two stars because I feel the staff needs more training and there should be more staff in the play zones. Also they had outlets that didn't have covers which is a safety hazard for kids. See photo's the place should be inspected regularly for these things. Love it for the kids. They spent three hours here easy without ever a hint of being bored. It's massive compared to leaping lizards, it's not an arcade but blows away chuck e cheeses little play area, and dwarfs the one available at lego discovery center in Ridge Hill Mall. Play area designed to allow parents to participate. You will get a work out chasing your kids around. Couple of the slides might be scary for the younger ones but the place is thoughtfully designed that those slides are away from the toddler area. Price wise I'm not complaining. Yes, $20 per kid is bunch, but at least parents are only $5. So figure $50 for family of four, three hours of fun... not bad. read more

My son loves this place. He is 2 and a half and he finds so many fun things to do here. There are slides, trampolines, a ball blaster and an area for children younger than 2. We come here often so I let my son do a little exploring if his own (I still supervise him of course). He can run around and have fun for hours. The staff are so friendly and professional. They are always willing to help. Parents, if you have a child 4 or younger I suggest that you get there early. The later it get the older the kids that are there. Many of the older, unsupervised kids push by and knock over younger kids. Those same kids push by the adults as well. The second thing that I don't like is the ball blaster area. The blasters are too fast and face down to shoot small children in the area below playing. Other than those two things this place is amazing. read more

We have been here several times, and I will start off by saying that my kids love it here. It is worth the + hour drive because it is clean and it is unlike anything around our area. Generally, every time we have come it has never been too crowded ( although my husbands schedule does afford us to come on a week day). Today, my children played for a good two and a half hours, while we were on slides in the back, buses brought in camps of Religious teenagers atleast 200 - to a facility that is meant for younger children. They were filling every single ride, so no other child could use it. Now it was clearly like these girls have never seen the light of day. They were pushing the younger kids out of the way, including my own. My daughter was almost in-fact pushed down the entire slide. These kids even went into the " toddler pen" that is fenced off from the other children throwing blocks at each other. When I went up to complain, I was one of at least 10 concerned and angered parents. I will say we were given refunds, and for that reason we will be back. OMG!! We had such a good time! My 6 and 2yo and myself played all day in the tunnels and slides. We left for lunch and a nap and came back since entry is good for the whole day. There are trampolines and foam ball shooters. Obstacles to climb over and crawl under. And A video arcade I had to peel my 2yo away from repeatedly. We played explorer and hide and seek. Endless fun really, I want to live here. Oh BTW. There is only one way in and out of the indoor playground. They check the child's entry bracelet for a matching adult's before letting anyone leave. I had my sons 2nd birthday party at this billy beez and customer service sucked. I had brought a nearly $200 cake that needed refrigeration and when they brought the cake out it was not handled with care and damaged before the celebration. You could imagine how upset I was and the manager, Olivia, said there was nothing she could do. She gave me a customer service email that they never responded to and I sent multiple emails. The service all around was just poor. I pretty much hosted the entire celebration and had to repeatedly ask for plates, spoons and cut the cake and serve and we were even one pizza slice short for the kids. (Writting this review because i get way too many texts a month asking me to revfiew them on Yelp) I have taken my kids here plenty of time. They have a blast but the business is poorly run and the facility is not kept very well. The most recent time I went (about one week ago) the attitudes I got from the front desk staff was ridiculous; very rude and not happy at all. After getting in (took about 15 minutes from arrival to actualy entry, and I have a 10-pack so really its just swipe, braclet and go. Two employees at the desk, a line and only one employee getting people through) there were NO employees throughout the entire facility just about 5-7 of them outside the gates mingling with each other. The cleanliness of the place isnt that great either. The bathrooms smell, I've been about 6 times and have never seen anyone cleaning anything. I was reading another review on here about strollers inside. If you plan on walking the mall or cant find parking directly outside the door, you'll need a stroller. There isnt anywhere safe to put your belongings and when you have kids under 4, some of which need diapers you'll need to store it somewhere. It difficult to chase your kids around while holding a bag on you sholder and attempting to crawl through a tunnel. Have been twice. Never again. The place is an unruly madhouse. Terrible behavior abounds. Worse, the staff is ABYSMAL. They do not instill any confidence that your children are being safeguarded. In fact, our 3 yr old got separated from us for a few mins and we were understandably freaking out. When I went to talk to the guy at the security gate, he wouldn't even talk to me. Billy Beez is a place where both adults and kids can have fun at the very same time. I came here with my girlfriend, little brother and Goddaughter. The facility is HUGE. there's room for so many kids (and adults too) to run around and enjoy the fun. I found myself and my girlfriend getting tired from trying to keep up with the kids- so much energy!! Be prepared to slide, climb and crawl through every corner. We noticed my little brother was sweating bullets so we took off his shirt and left him wearing his tank top. Next thing you know, we lose his shirt but lucky, a good Samaritan hung the shirt in a noticeable spot. There's also a cafe section, where we ordered fries and chicken tenders which were alright. one of the kids spilled water and we didn't want anyone to get hurt so we addressed it to a staff member to clean it up but no one came. One thing I'd change is having lockers instead of the cubby section. It'll just be more organized compare to having people stuff their belongings into tiny boxes. Or fears of having things stolen. 7 bucks to watch your kid play. Forget the fact that it's $20 for each kid to get in. Then there is very limited seating so if you aren't a lucky one you need to stand. I even asked a woman who had an empty seat. She said it was for her kid that was playing. I stood For hours. I spoke to manager. He said he is sorry I feel upset. No warning for first timers that once your child climbs up that ladder, good luck finding them again. I was in tears looking for my 4-year-old. This place definitely looks a lot more fun on the outside versus being inside. Some of the play areas are pretty worn down from play but overall the place seemed pretty entertaining for our toddlers. I really wish the place had a ball pit, all it had was a big room where you can collect foam balls and shoot them up into the air. Above were these air powered cannons that shot these foam balls (it sounds a lot more fun then it really was). OK, maybe the review isn't completely fair because I'm writing it from 2 perspectives, mine and my son's! All in all, I can definitely see it being pretty entertaining for a toddler when the weather is pretty crappy out but you can get the same fun outside in playgrounds. read more

This place is a kids kingdom. There is something for all ages, including parents. We came for a birthday party and my 2 kids (ages 3 1/2 & 15 months) had a BLAST. My only major concern was if I looked away from my daughter for a second I lost her. The entire tunnel contraption is all connected from the front of the play space to the back, so if you're not paying full attention to your kid they could disappear within a second and leave you wandering looking for them for a good 10 minutes. That happened to me at least 3 times that I can recall but since she was with a party of about 12 kids I didn't panic bc I knew she was with others and not by herself. There are slides all over but my daughter's favorite slide was the rainbow one in the back. I had to climb up and take her on the giant blue slide bc se was too scared to go alone... Apparently I'm not the same thrill seeker I used to be in my 20's bc I almost didn't go down it... I was SO high and I literally screamed like a school girl as we went down... Fun and embarrassing lol!!! My daughter also loved the trampoline that is next to the giant blue slide. Only gripe is that they only allow 1 kid on at a time (2 trampolines side by side)... Yes, I know it's for safety reasons... You just lose time waiting for the other kids in front of you. M son who is a little over a year old even went up in the tunnels with my husband. He had so much fun playing in the tot area and in the air ball section. When we left both kids were totally pooped! My 5 year old enjoyed this place it was our first time her. Spring break week no admission charged for adults. We stayed for over 4 hours left went to food court and came back. The only draw back is that while they do allow strollers the place is over run with them. If you are bringing your kid to play in a play space within a mall right next to the parking garbage why bring in your stroller??? This is a serious issue because strollers are parked in the cubby area for shoes and coats and the space for seating you are tip toeing around them and nobody moves. Please address this issue. Just went for our second visit and both visits were great. Went during the week and wasn't super crowded. Our visit yesterday had a school group. As soon as they left, the staff went to work cleaning the equipment from top to bottom literally. They were down on the floor with on their hands and knees sanitizing and checking the equipment. Everything is very safe and well maintained. Super clean; even the bathrooms. I like that you can leave and go have lunch at the mall and come back. It was $30 for my four year old and myself but way worth it IMO. My son never gets tired and he fell asleep early that night while sitting up on the couch. I'm sure it gets crowded on the weekend but if you have an opportunity to go during the week when school is in session...do it! First time visiting Billy Beez for a play date with some other moms and boys. The place is Huge, great for children about the ages of 5-9. It was clean for the most part and kids had a blast ! Lots of fun activities but the children do get lost ! There's only one way in and one way out which they confirm through wristbands if you're with the proper party. That's great ! Now for my 2 star review.... this is solely based on the snack bar employees and the service provided to waiting customers and kids. The menu they offer look pretty appetizing to little ones .. the usual ... chicken tenders, pizza, hotdogs, fries , nachos and more ... Ordered fries and pizza ... The girl at the register taking the orders is EXTREMELY rude and belittling to the employees working to provide the food we ordered. She continued to scold them in a ( are you stupid ) manner as if she was the only right one there ! They were simply asking which order was first ... since she continuously shouted orders at them instead of giving them some sort of order tracking or list... Fries are placed in a silver tray that I thought was a warming tray until she yelled in front of me, " did you re-warm these ?! " the other employee looked as if she had no clue what she meant ... well ... she meant did you put them back into the toaster over to make them seem fresh ?! The fries went back into the silver tray and the cook decided to start roasting a new batch ... my old pizza was tossed into the warming oven as well. Someone received those old fries because I had the fresh batch .. I believe they should've been thrown out if they were old ?!?! The next person ordered a hotdog... again, old and cold thrown into the warming oven .... I get they don't want to throw things out but my goodness, if it's been there for a while and looks as such, Throw it out !!! I'd give this place 3.5 stars. It's awesome there is a location you can bring your kid to play in before shopping. This location is huge and has ample activities and space for toddlers all the way up to adults. It's clear they charge the adults because they want them to get involved. Which you can. The climbing tunnels supported my weight and my humans weight. They have a great system w/gates and security staff set up so that children can't leave the location without an adult with them. There seemed to be four issues : - there is no lockers or private space to store your belongings. I saw children running up and touching the open cubbies with personal belongings in them. -the heat was up so high that everyone inside was sweating and red in the face. Staff should notice these thing. - the food options are unhealthy and overpriced - every time I went near the front desk they laid on this incredibly thick sales pitch about how I need to buy a pass so my child can come back. It was uncomfortable and aggressive. I just wanted an arm band that didn't cut off my circulation. But I'd drive 45 mins to bring here there again if I had some shopping to do because my child was asleep all night after visiting. read more

No one was standing at the bottom of the large slides to help the little ones who slide down fast and wipe out. I kept seeing kid after kid cry at the bottom. Also, they could use more cubby/coat space. Otherwise, considering it's filled with running kids, the place is fairly clean and so were the bathrooms. Just be prepared to watch your children. It is just across the Tappan Zee Bridge. My wife first discovered Billy Beez about 2 years ago and we really loved it. It is a big indoor play center with lots of slides and equipment to climb and play on. We always thought it was a bit pricey and didn't quite understand why they charge for adults to go in as obviously children would not go in without an adult bringing them. However, our daughter really loved it, so we continued to bring her, even recommending it to our friends and bringing others along with us. We have bough 10 trip bundles and go there frequently during the dead of winter, the hottest days of summer, and rainy days. It has been a while since our last time we were there. This time when we came my wife and I both came and we asked if we could each get a bracelet so we could alternate one of us in Billy Beez while the other gets some shopping done. They wanted us both (adults) to pay to get in, in addition to paying for our daughter to go in. They refused to have any flexibility about us both paying even though we are not there to play, but are there so our daughter can play and only one of us would be in there at a time. Upon going in I noticed much deterioration of the equipment that we pay so much to use, and instead of fixing, repairing, replacing, damaged equipment, they have brought in several video games, crane games, massage chairs and pretty much anything you can think of that they can charge you to use so they can squeeze some more money out of you. They have become incredibly greedy. I am no longer a fan of this place. Especially when I can take my daughter to the family owned PLAY PLACE IN ELMSFORD,NY, just across the Tappan Zee Bridge for $10 for her and no charge for adults. That is where I will take her from now on and not to Billy Beez. When our 10 Trip ticket is gone, we will be done at Billy Beez. read more

My daughter attended a birthday party at Billy Beez recently. The place itself was a lot of fun, but the management was very unprofessional and the party was poorly run. The kids sat down to dinner 40 minutes late. Food was Pizza, served luke warm and not enough of it.. There were 30 children at the party plus adults and the staff brought two pizza's and two pitchers of fruit drink. The parents served the kids as the staff didn't seem to know what to do. Finally after looking at 30 hungry, thirsty children someone had the bright idea to bring more pizza and drinks which the parents continued to serve. At the end of the night when the parents that had booked the birthday party complained to the manager they were met with personal insults, not in his office but IN FRONT OF THE CHILDREN AND OTHER GUESTS. After this experience I would never visit Billy Beez again. Hopefully you will do the same and be spared a similar experience. read more

Very irresponsible staff! I visited November 1st, the kids where having a lot of fun. It was ok but I left a plastic bag in the place with some items that I bought (they have a policy of no responsibility for lost item, is ok I understand that). But I call next day, the first answer was we are not responsible for left item on the premises, but the check and they found the bag and they told me "IT's HERE" so I left my name and last name and tell them I will pick it up next day, after many visits and calls the bag just disappear, nobody knows anything about it, talked to a lot of people that just ask me for my name and phone number to call me back and never did it so literally the bag was stolen...I know is my responsibility to keep my personal items with me but the fact that you told me you have it and you will save just for one more day and don't do it's very irresponsible. That make me change my mind for a party there. Nice facility; very large and open. However, a little too big for me to just let the girls run off on their own. Definitely better to keep an eye on the kids if you can keep up with them! It's a little pricey, you have to pay for kids and adults. However, it was worth it since there is no time limit and you can leave and come back. The staff at the front desk were super helpful. But the staff inside the actual facility were super creepy. At first I was wondering why a random guy was sitting at the top of the slides. He had no billybeez shirt or any sort of billybeez anything. There was no reaction towards the kids so I wasn't sure what the point of him sitting there was. Such a neat indoor play place - they have everything for kids of all ages, even adults! You must wear socks and be mindful of the time of day you go. Sometimes it's crazy and chaotic, other times it's less populated. They have party rooms and a snackbar.
