It's a great place to bring your kid and be a kid! You have to purchase their grip socks upon entering. If you want to play with the machines and other games inside you have to fill your card (which they give you upon entering). The slides are so much fun. I like that this place is extremely kid friendly. They also host birthday parties.

Fabulous fun place for toddler and kids of all ages. This place is full of fun things like maze tunnels, curved and big slides, basketball arenas and few other activity spots. Kids can easily have 1-2 hours of entertainment. They tickets are relatively cheap, kids around $20 and adult for $7. They strictly enforce checks between parents and kids. Inside the play area there are free storage shelves and also got paid lockers, $3 for first hour for a small one. Every who play are required to take their shoes off. They do reservation for birthday parties as well. My daughter had a really fun hour in there. We will surely go back during these cold winter months for some indoor activities.

Bring a backdrop, they did not provide any actual decorations as stated.

If you are planning a birthday party here then this review is for you. I planned my daughters 3rd bday here recently. The most important thing for me was that the kids have fun and I had a stress free party. Our party host was SO nice. He was very organized with schedule once we were in the room and very helpful. My biggest issue was the lack of communication leading up to the party. You book online and it's pretty easy but good luck trying to talk to an actual person. They responded to a few of my questions through email but the week of the party I got zero responses and no one ever answered the phone. It was so frustrating! My second issue was lack of decorations. The receipt stated "decorations and digital invitations included". When I arrived there were just table cloths and plates on the table and leftover deflated balloons from another party. I had to quickly clean those up. I was expecting at minimum a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" banner but nope just a blank dirty wall. My sister was able to go purchase one at a store nearby for pics. You are only allowed to bring cake and desserts but no outside food. The pizza was ok and we brought coffee for the adults in addition to pastries. Overall bring decorations (backdrop for wall), cake and sweets. The kids will definitely have fun but don't expect much help/info while planning. This place is expensive, I expected better service. I think I'll try CatchAir next time.

I took my daughter 16 & my niece who is 2 yrs old definitely something for everyone to enjoy. If you're gonna be chasing around little tiny children, I highly recommend you get the grip socks. Bathrooms were . I didn't get any food there. We ended up going to the food court instead we were not in the mood for like pizza. Staff is friendly. If you're like me everywhere, my kid goes I go I don't just set the kids on their own I'm with them all the time for safety cuz you never know. You can definitely fit on the rides They're adult friendly as well. There's something for everyone to do. I do LOVE the wristband check that they do when you are leaving. They make sure you they match the serial number to the child that you're with that totally won me over.

I brought my four kids (ages 11, 8, 4 and 10 mos) to this play space yesterday and they had a total blast.

I switch up several play venues with my toddler and this is probably my favorite one. Why? 1. The play gym structure has a lot of variety and gives a good workout for my kiddo. We've been to a larger complex in NJ and another maze-like one nearby, but this is the perfect size for my older toddler, with just as much to do and explore, while not easily losing sight of your kids. 2. Admission is $20 for all day in/out access (includes an adult. $5 for additional adults). There's no snack bar inside but this means you can leave to eat something and come back. We usually like to grab a bite at Sombrero Tacoria just a few doors over, or Patsy's Pizzeria in the other direction. Babies and younger kids have a separate play area with a playhouse, pretend play structures, wooden train set, oversized Lego blocks, and Magnatiles. The front has a seating area with tables and seats where kids can take a snack break and parents can hang. The facility is clean and in great condition.

Unfortunately, after our experience, I feel like there are several operational and safety issues that need to be addressed. About a week before our visit, I started seeing posts on social media showing extremely long lines. I initially considered booking a birthday party, but since I didn't have 10 kids, I felt like paying for a full party package would be a waste of money. Instead, a few days before our visit, I went online and made a prepaid reservation for 12:00 p.m, including spectator passes. We arrived around 11:40 a.m., which was 20 minutes before our reservation. Despite having a reservation, we did not make it to the check-in counter until approximately 12:35 p.m. What really bothered me was that when we finally checked in, our time was started based on our original 12:00 reservation time. We had paid for 120 minutes, yet through no fault of our own, we had already lost a significant portion of that time standing in their check-in line. I felt cheated out of something I had already paid for. I do want to make it clear that the employee who checked us in was nice, efficient, and patient with everyone. I had absolutely no complaint about her. In fact, throughout our visit, most of the employees we encountered were pleasant. My issue is with the overall operation, organization, and setup of the facility. The parking situation was the first indication of the problems. The parking lot does not appear large enough to accommodate the number of people this facility attracts, especially when other functions are taking place in the area. It was extremely congested just trying to get into the parking lot. The reservation system also did not make sense to me. According to the website, a reservation was required, yet when we arrived there were two lines--one for reservations and another for walk-ins. Even the reservation line was extremely long. If customers have prepaid reservations for specific times, there should be a more efficient process to get those customers checked in so they are not losing time they have already paid for. The stickers were another issue. The stickers placed on us came off extremely easily. I repeatedly had to pick them up from the floor and make sure the children still had theirs on. I repeatedly had to pick them up from the floor and make sure the children still had theirs on. The raffle-style tickets being used for laser tag also need to be reconsidered. Those tickets are flimsy, easy to lose, and are the same type of tickets that can easily be purchased online. How are children expected to keep up with a small paper ticket while they are jumping, playing, going down slides, and getting on rides? We were also given cards that were supposed to be stamped for each ride. However, the facility was so busy and the staff appeared so overwhelmed that our cards were not stamped most of the time. If the card is being used to control or track ride access, there needs to be a better system and enough employees to consistently enforce it. One situation in particular really bothered me. I was standing in line with the children in my group waiting for a ride when a staff member brought two people to the front and allowed them to go ahead of everyone who had been waiting. One of the children with me was even asked to get off because the seat was needed for someone else on the Grave Digger ride. When I asked what was going on, I was told they had paid for a party and had "paid a lot of money." I responded that I had spent a lot of money too. My group consisted of 8 adults, 7 children, and 2 babies under the age of 2, and by that point I had spent well over $1,000 on this birthday outing. I ultimately had my group get off the ride because I wanted them to be able to ride together. That made the situation even more disorganized because the employee then had to get my people back off, allow several other people in line to ride, and then put my group back on so they could ride together. It held everything up unnecessarily. he food and dining area were another issue. The food line seemed to be going in every direction, and there was no organized waiting area. After ordering, it took approximately 25 minutes to receive our food. At one point, the register system went down, so employees had to begin emailing receipts. People were everywhere in the dining area, and the entire setup felt chaotic and overcrowded.
