If you like BBQ and are looking for a quick bite, I highly recommend this place. You must try the loaded sandwich with 3 different meats-the sausage was the star of the show! We stopped in at lunch time on the way to an Arkansas road trip with my family. My husband and I both got brisket baked potatoes. They were huge and I ate every bite! Delicious! We had some great BBQ here on a recent road trip. At Billy Sims, you can always count on delicious, high quality food. All of their meats are smoked to perfection; it is hard to choose which ones to get. We usually get a variety platter so we can have several meats and sides. This restaurant is practicing social distancing at the moment, so seating is quite limited. Keep that in mind if you are dining in anytime soon. read more

I got the Triple 20 and green beans. Maybe I'm missing something, but I didn't taste any special sauce. It was kind of plain. The provolone was the only flavor that stuck out. Meat and coleslaw were light on flavor. The green beans were bland. Didn't taste like there was any salt. read more

Great service! Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful! Very clean. I had the loaded make potato with pulled pork. The loaded potato was huge,moist loaded with butter and sour cream. The pulled pork had a great flavor, moist and savoury! My husband had the 2 meat combo with pulled pork and beef brisket. The meat was moist with a smoked hickory flavor. Very tasty. Texas toast. Like others have said, we were reluctant about the bbq. And we were greatly surprised at how good it was. I had chopped beef and my husband had the smoked chicken. My beef was tender and tasty and without fat. My husband's chicken was most and full if flavor. We loved the sweet bbq sauce and bought some for home. The potato salad was just right, not too much mustard or mayonnaise. My husband loved the beans. Service was outstanding and friendly. We were so glad we stopped. read more

I regret not stopping here years sooner (no pun intended). A wonderful experience. Outstanding brisket and pulled pork, the six different sides were fantastic and the condiments were very cold as they should be... The two ladies who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. Went through the drive thru since I didn't want to get my kids out thinking it may be faster which I was wrong I waited over 45 minutes with my kids in the car and to top that off people went in to the dining area 15 minutes after we pulled up and ate and left during this time frame they screwed our order up by charging us for a full sandwich at the cost of 8.99 for a 3.99 slider and I guess my son's kids meal Mac and cheese was just Mac and cheese and a small kids root beer for 6.99 if I could go negative stars I would also the BBQ we ordered was so dry even the sauce couldn't save it read more

We found this place online and it didn't look promising BUT this is a place that you should not pass by and not come in and try it. The employees are very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Place is clean and neat. FOOD is awesome. We had pulled beef and pork brisket sandwiches and they were both awesome. Their barbecue smoked sauce is homemade and it is delicious. Stopped by to eat while passing by. All I wanted was a potatoes. I was informed there was no potato. So we ordered the three meats plate. The brisket and turkey was really salty. The pull pork was really good. The hot barbecue sauce was very tasty. read more
