Today we drove 30 minutes on a saturday to Billy's egg farm. It was our first time trying Billy's egg farm after they were recommended to us by a friend. We used the drive thru. We let them know it was our first time and they took the time to explain the entire process, forms of payment (Venmo, cash), and the types of eggs. The customer service was great! Super friendly. We bought the box of 100. They told us the eggs were less than 24 hours old. The location was very clean. Quality of the eggs is great! You can see and taste the difference. Such a cute farm! Went on a Friday around noon after friend highly recommended this place. the line was about 10 cars long and I was in and out in about 20mins. It's a drive thru egg farm (very convenient), so you don't have to get out of the car. **CASH ONLY & CLOSED SUNDAYS**. For a 30-flat of Large Brown eggs, it cost about $9.00. In terms of egg size the "Large" is more like "Medium";therefore, if you truly want larger eggs (for recipes and such), go with the JUMBO size eggs. However, the "Large" eggs was recommended to me for overall taste. The staff at this egg farm are very friendly. It's true - they don't wear mask. Personally I didn't feel uncomfortable because there was some distance between the staff member and my car. And any interaction was minimal... this place is CLEAN and super CUTE! The customer service at Billy's is the best. I've been to Maust farms across the way and purchased their pink and sea kelp eggs. I wasn't impressed and when comparing value and pricing, Billy's is by far better. All the eggs I have ordered from Billy's delicious with ridiculously bright yolks. Maust was inconsistent. Maust's customer service is also subpar. They don't really answer questions and they want to rush you out in a hurry. I did not feel welcomed there which was unfortunate. The line on Saturday at Billy's is SUPER long BUT it does go faster than expected. I usually end up waiting about 45 mins to an hour if I DON'T get here before 8AM because the line wraps down three blocks. You might get frustrated from people cutting in the line too. It's crazy what people will do with their cars to get ahead of someone else who has been waiting forever. So be careful of that. Overall, Billy's is the best for value and quality. I would recommend and have been coming even with the long lines and crazy drivers. read more

I'm soo disappointed with their dealing with customers. They see the lines of cars and they just keep on raising the prices!! Not even two months ago the price of one dozen was $5. Within two weeks the price went from $5.8 per dozen to $8.10!! Really!! I buy jumbo size and don't think the price increase justifies what they offer. There are many options in the market for the same quality!!! I understand cost goes up but I'm tired of companies excuses of cost increase to price gouge the customers. I drove all the way from Riverside with my Mom who doesn't have a car and they refused to sell her any eggs due to the fact that we were in the same car. I even let her know that and the young lady said well next call ahead of time. I was very disappointed with the customer service and this wasn't the first time they did this to me. Last time I tried being eggs for my immuno compromised friend who was unable to leave her house and they said no that time as well. But yet I seen a vehicle load about 20 boxes of eggs into their truck. So very upset of the customer service. read more

I finally had the opportunity to swing by Billy's Egg Farm at the recommendation of a few friends. They are conveniently located off the 60 and 71 freeway in Chino. The family who owns and runs this egg farm also live on the premises. They have a drive up window where you can choose L or XL sized omega fortified eggs and other varieties. To the right of the drive up window are their barns where one of their daughters said they raise over 32k chickens...WOW! What I love here is the freshness of the eggs- literally from the chicken to my fridge within about 2 hours of being layed. The yolks is a beautiful color and because they are so fresh they will last in your fridge for about a month! Their prices are comparable to what you pay at grocery store or big box stores but I guarantee you Costco or Vons will never sell you eggs this fresh. Lastly, I also really appreciated the kindness of this family and seeing them all work together as a unit. Here, I typically will get 2 30-flat XL for $24. Such a good deal and the eggs here taste like the organic pasture-raised eggs I used to get at Sprouts. While you wait in line, you could see where the chickens are and their living conditions. There are also quotes and Bible verses to look at too! The area is clean and well-kept! Service is always exceptional and the line goes by quick. Love that when they see my kids, there's always something for them.
