I didn't realize that if an item wasn't listed on the inventory they wouldn't take it. I had to have them come back for an estimated additional $1300-$1600 dollars. They were supposed to be here around noon. At 12:40 I called and was told they had a 2 hour window. I had had to make arrangements with friends based on 4 Guys arriving around 12. As I don't drive I needed to have a ride to the new address. My ride couldn't do the later time so I had to scramble to find another. It's now 2:45 and no truck. When I called a got a very calm person who began to explain why they were late. I told him I don't want explanations or excuses so he offered to call the whole thing off. Custom Pack & Ship charged me $575US to collect and ship an identical item located in Pittsfield, and send it to my location that is less than 500km away. Unfortunately, due to the dearth of alternatives in Pittsfield, I had no other option to exercise. It goes without saying that I will no longer be making any purchases of any kind in Pittsfield.

So glad I found Reliable this time because the experience was night and day. Reliable quoted the job at a reasonable price, stuck to their quote, was respectful of my directions and possessions and finished the job on time. I would not consider using anyone else if I needed to move again.
