This is by far one of the best movie theaters I have ever been to! Conveniently located right off of the main thoroughfare, I'm surprised I didn't frequent Premier much sooner! This movie theater has an abundance of offerings from their full service bar to the most budget friendly deals. Where else can you get unlimited popcorn, drinks, and a snack for one price?! The popcorn is delicious! The nachos are one of my favorite, especially since you can put however much cheese and chili you'd like! The theaters themselves have excellent picture quality and sound! Poorly managed. I have tried to watch a 3D movie the on 3 different occasions and different movies, all 3 had issues with projection, sound or both. None were ever fixed. Refunds on all 3. They are incapable of correctly displaying film. DO NOT RECOMMEN. read more

Compared to the other theaters in this area, this is leagues better. Yet, if it was the ONLY theatre in the area, this would probably get closer to a 2 star. The theater: The audio just isn't that great compared to other theaters outside of this area. Visual quality of the screen is perfectly fine. Seats are comfortable but expect red stuff on your back from the leather coming off. They also have a tendency to not clean. Instinctively, I grab extra napkins from the concession area to get all the popcorn and what not off my seat. Concession: I am actually a fan of the concession setup. Popcorn, drinks, nacho cheese and chili are all self serve. This saves on so much time and I'm sure is a little less stressful for the employees. Prices seem comparable to the other movie places. We really like this location! The staff is friendly and we love the self serve popcorn station. Bathroom cleanliness is acceptable and we appreciate how neat the theatre is for each movie. They had a dragon egg hunt for the How to Train your Dragon movie and my kids found a golden egg and it totally made their day. Thank you!! We also really appreciate the free summer movies! I have been coming to this theater for 5 years and have never had an issue until now. My family and I always choose this location with the recliners and tables, and we always buy concessions. This visit, we purchased 2 large popcorns and 6 drinks, as we always do. I also had my usual bag with a blanket and a pack of candy...something I've done for 5 years with no problem. However, this time a staff member stopped me, made me open my bag in front of other guests, and told me I had to throw away my candy before entering. I was embarrassed and felt singled out. The inconsistent enforcement and public embarrassment were completely unnecessary, especially for a loyal customer who has supported your concessions for years. Because of this experience, I will never return to this location. I'll be taking my business to the Cinemark Gulfport 16 theater from now on. read more

We've gone twice, bought tickets in advance. The reason we wanted to go to this theater is for the food and bar. Both times the bar is closed. 2nd time kitchen is closed, only offering bottle beer, hot dogs, and stale chips with squeeze cheese. No warning that we are paying full price for none of the services. Half way through the movie we went to buy a beer and the registers are closed for the night (this is a cashless business) so we could not buy anything at all including soda and popcorn. If I could give this 4.5 stars, I would. The experience was nice. The seats were comfortable and the theatre was clean. It is really convenient that they meet you at the theatre entrance with your food but the buzzer was really loud, luckily the movie hadn't started yet. It cost just under $15 for a regular drink and medium pizza and I wasn't a fan of the pizza. I felt bad wasting it but could only eat a couple bites. It also cost extra to get a small side of ranch. My overall experience was great and I would go back to watch another film. read more

Premier Cinema is the newest movie theatre on the Gulf Coast. It's located next to the Edgewater Mall in Biloxi, MS. Across the street from the beach!! We purchased our tickets on the Fanfango app(just make sure you have the confirmation number), but you can also purchase/pickup tickets at the "self serve" stations located at the center of the lobby. Parking is abundant and not an issue. The auditoriums are truly state of the art. The luxury electric comfortable seats have built in TV trays that swivel out the way. The seats have attached footrests that recline along with adjustable headrests. The movie picture quality was awesome and so was the surround sound. The restrooms were very clean! The concessions have the normal movie theatre menu items at the normal high dollar prices. They also have a pizza pub that serves beer and alcohol with outdoor seating. During this visit we didn't buy anything but it's looks like they have a self serve unlimited popcorn deal going on along with free drink refills.....will need to check that out next visit! Terrible service all around called to ask about the time of the picture and got wrong information twice. Website on the phone said the showing was at 4:25 called twice to the theater to ask the time and both times they told me it was at 3:40. These people need to be more qualified to answer the phone and know what the schedule is for movies. It's right there on the marquee. All she had to do was look at it!! The attendant at the counter to pay for our tickets was either deaf or not very intelligent. I'm not criticizing him for that, but he could not hear anything and he spoke so low that we could not understand him. I would say that you need to have better service when you're facing the general public. In summary, none of the employees showed any concern about Customer Service not that they were in polite, but they just seemed like they were there. read more

I got to say, I was really impressed by this theater! I was in the area recently and decided to watch, "The Eternals". I ordered my ticketed online and headed to the theater. Once inside you print your ticket at a self service kiosk. The inside of the Premier Cinema sort of has that 90s movie theater feel, but I'm not 100 percent certain if that's on purpose or not, but I dug it. I got in line for some snacks since I knew the movie was long. I decided to get nachos and a cherry coke. The total was $10. That's it. Usually the snacks cost me more than double the movie. And even better is the fact that you pour your own cheese on your nachos! That made me very happy. Inside the theater I was really impressed with the seats. Not only did they recline, but they had tables that went across your seat for you to comfortably eat on. What a great idea, I thought. No need to hold your food or put it on the seat next to you. It really made for a pleasant experience. The sound and overall quality of the film was really great too. I really, really was happy with my experience here and know now that if I'm in town again and want to see a movie I know exactly where I want to see it. read more

Great movie theater if you're in Biloxi. Since all the movie theaters in New Orleans are temporality closed due to Hurricane Ida, we decided to drive to Biloxi to watch Shang Chi (great movie by the way). Nice theater and right across from the beach, who can beat that! Very good customer service and they have a nice concession stand. Small theater near the Edgewater Mall. When I don't have anything planned when I'm down here for work I just walk in and see something random. Cool that you can actually pick the seat you want when buying your ticket. Prices aren't too bad either. Free refills on popcorn and you can add as much butter topping as you want. Recently because of the boil water advisory they couldn't make any soft drinks / Icees but they still had plenty of bottle options including some beers. Overall nice place. It was the first time I didn't mind because they have it where the front row (not down below) doesn't strain your neck. OMG we are MS Gulf Coast residents and just accidentally stumbled upon this GEM. We see a ton of movies so I can sincerely say there is no finer movie theater in at least a 60 mile radius. Self serve popcorn and drinks, full bar, deluxe chairs fully customizable including usb port to charge phones. The only amenity I can think of that it lacks is meal service to the seats. Very clean inside. Love the "get your own" popcorn system they have. First time at this theater but my understand is all theaters have reclined seating. The theater I was in definitely had reclined seats. Pricing for drinks and snacks was on par with any other theater you'd go to. What's awesome about this theater is there's a pizza joint right in the place. AND a bar. You can order pizza to be made fresh or they have pizzas where you can order by the slice. Noticed there weren't many reviews. Thought there might be a reason for it, and I was right. It's because there isn't much of anything to complain about. We got in real quick, not a lot of chatting, but definitely not in a rude way. Just good business. Went to two different cashiers in one trip aswell as one other worker who accepted our tickets, all transactions were quick and easy and they answered any question I had clearly and efficiently. I was worried about this place as I had never been here. But every thing from the doors to the bathrooms were very well kept. The theatre area it's self was nice and clean, the sound quality of the was perfect, and that's coming from someone who works with that a lot. (although the commercials did have issues with sound levels. Not exactly important and not a problem either. ) the video quality was great, and I always sit in the farthest corner, and it was still just as good. My family has been to this theater several times since it has opened and simply can't go to another theater now. Every staff member is incredibly friendly and helpful, the pricing is right on point, I love the self service options, the bar is excellent(I would go to this bar even if it wasn't in the theater...fantastic drink recipes and pricing), the seats are the most comfortable, and it's just so clean and updated. The only suggestion would be for a "Kid's Corner" so these inconsiderate people who apparently don't bother to, or can't find a sitter can deposit their chatty, incessantly noisy children, instead of allowing them to destroy the movie experience where our imaginations are SUPPOSED to be transported to another place and time. read more
