She left the casting in my mouth a little too long, where she was forcefully prying my stuck mouth open. Once she had the temporary crown made,,,she tried to put it in my mouth & the crown kept falling out. She had to start all over again. Second time with the casting in my mouth, she was manipulating my jaw to get my bite correct for the mold,,,,she was NOT gentle at all,,,she hurt me again....after the second time, I got up out of the chair & told her, she doesn't have to be so rough & told her I had enough & walked out of the dental room to the receptionist area. I was so shaken up about the situation I just wanted to go home. Dr. Ling came out & helped to calm me down. Dr. Ling complete the work in my mouth so I could finally leave.
