If you find yourself out in the Lenoir City area, go fill your tank up with gas and go inside and check out this delicious deli, it's called Bimbo's. Many people are familiar with it because of the huge fireworks store they also have located in this gas station. It's literally right off of the interstate and it was one of the first establishments built off this exit decades ago. So some people may think bologna or hot dogs are nasty, but I love a good hot dog, and being from the south I love fried bologna. I seriously was blown away and had my very 1st deep fried hot dog loaded with chili, mustard and onions at this place. Hands down the best hot dog I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. They also specialize in Fried Chicken, and it's pretty dang good too. They are open 24 hours a day but fried chicken starts at 9:30am and ends around 8pm. Once again this place is added to my list under Knoxville's Best. So if you are in the area seriously go check them out, and have Andrea make you the most delicious hot dog of your life!! Cheers & Enjoy!

We've stopped in here a few times on our way home from Dollywood. It's not the greatest but I kinda like it for some reason. If you're traveling south out of Knoxville this place is located at the first exit south of the I-75 and I-40 split. Which, in my opinion makes it great. Stopping here allows me to get through Knoxville traffic and stop at a place it's decent restrooms and it isn't very crowded. The fireworks in the store could go in my opinion but I guess these firework stores are popular. I just think it could be a separate store. Makes the rest of the store feel like a warehouse. Anyway, stop in and give it a try.

I thought that the car wash was a unique option until I saw the BBQ restaurant. Inside the Market staff greet and treat you with the stereotypical down-home, country charm. I was already hooked into buying more than I intended or should have when I was greeted by the lady at the first cash register with a warm and inviting, southern accent. So, let's see . . . I'll take this. . . and this . . . and let's not forget . . . Never-before-seen stock in the market included such things as a clear liquid bottle from Mountain Dew called Moonshine Dew. The taste was a little sweeter than the typical ordinary Mountain Dew, but the name is what catches your attention (although of course, it is a legal refreshment). Then Mountain Dew also sold another product called Mountain Sangrista, which had a richer, fruity taste. Other new and interesting products also caught my attention. But, the staff working in the market are the ones that really overwhelmed me. A young deaf lady was also working behind the counter. Since I also sign ASL, I asked if it was difficult working at this place, but she told me that I would be surprised to see how nice and helpful people were to her. She told me she'd only been working there a short time, but loved it. Her hearing boss, who signed with a mixture of ASL and spoken English, told me that she was one of friendliest and efficient employee he'd had and customers ask about her when she's not there.

Had a change in insurance and they can't seem to stop trying to bill the "old" insurance, causing huge wait times and NEVER an apology. Rather, they seem "put out" that we've changed insurance. Half the time, you have to call and call again to make sure they even *got* the refill request. Again, NEVER an apology.... Today was the last straw; we are in need of an additional refill on my daughter's ear drops. This was called in, via her pediatrician. I called our insurance to verify that it would be accepted and paid for, since it was originally filled 4 days prior. Insurance gave us the ok and CVS insists that the insurance won't cover it since we already "have" them. Ummm, it's for the OTHER ear as well. Back and forth with the pharmacist I went, he seemed to think I was an idiot of some sort; his tone was definitely snotty and just rude, overall. I tried explaining that the pediatrician called in an additional bottle and this "professional" insisted that the first bottle "would have plenty". I tried (over and over) to explain that the 1st bottle is half empty, but he simply repeated that I was incorrect in "gauging the amount". Because, of COURSE, he can see through my phone and be assured that I can't tell a half-empty bottle. I finally gave up, his need to be "right" trumped actually HELPING a customer with a child that was in pain. I called customer service and filed a complaint, I will also be following up with an email. I'm finally over being treated unkindly and without consideration as a human in this world. In the meantime, CVS, you lost 3 customers, we will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere.
