Very thorough, deliberate, and knowledgeable shop that's willing to talk through issues and symptoms to get to the bottom of things. They don't take the approach of just replacing parts until the problem goes away like some other shops. I my case I had a swaybar link on my F15 that had gone bad. After diagnosing the problem, they said "We'll happily replace both sides for you. It'll be about $400. My E46 started to have issues at 200,000 miles. Turned out that the engine needed front end work. I opted for a rebuild. It took longer than expected, but a brand new engine in my favorite car makes it worth the wait. After a couple of oil changes and a few thousand miles the E46 is pushing 225,000 miles. It runs like a champ. The engine is perfect and all of my issues are gone. I couldn't be happier with the car, the engine, and the Bimmer Haus. Love the shop. read more

Very over priced. I never had a direct comparison until now so I feel it's time to leave my review. I brought my 135i in for new brakes due to the excessive shaking. I was told by Pat & the other mechanic that replacing rotors and pads would absolutely fix it. We paid 1400$ and our brakes still shook heavily. The quoted time I was given was a full day later after they had my car because "the dealer forgot a part". The service writer is flat out rude. I recently brought my M3 in for the most extensive service II, and came away extremely impressed with their professionalism and service! They are the only shop to recognize veterans by giving them discounts on parts. The passion for BMW's from Bob and Patty are very apparent in their attitudes and appearance of the shop. The staff they employ also reflect their passion and values. Jim and Pat both worked on my car and were extremely helpful as they chronicled and detailed every system they looked over. As with most mechanics, when they explain to you what they did, they also tend to tell you what they "found". When they told me my car was ready to be picked up, I was ready for an ear and wallet assault! However, when they told me my car was ready, they told me that all the codes they pulled and cleared were printed out. There was no, "oh yeah, by the way, you seem to be running low on blinker fluid." Everything they did or had to do was justified in the initial invoice and the updates they were giving me throughout the day. I will be referring anyone with a BMW to these guys! read more

Had a really great experience at Bimmer Haus. My BMW X5 had a coolant leak during a trip to Colorado from Utah. Needed a diagnosis and repair done in 24 hours on 12/28. Called that morning, able to get diagnosis done within 1 hour. I was given a loaner car to use that day while repair was being made. Turned our to be a reservoir leak that was fixed for around $300.
