Terrible Experience with the Car They sell They showed me a 2022 Tesla Model 3 priced at $19,999 (before IRS) with 97,000 miles! The car was severely damaged, with front and rear collisions. The interior was also in poor condition, yet they assured me they could repair it before I bought it (which makes no sense--why not fix it before putting it up for sale?). The overall build quality was terrible--the car felt unsafe and overpriced. The entire stock at this dealership seemed to be in similar condition. Terrible experience from start to finish. Same experience as other reviewers. [1] Very pushy when signing papers for the car. First time car buyer wanted to understand what I was signing the two guys Michael and Gor were complaining I was taking too long and they were hungry and wanted to eat. [2] Next day check engine light comes on. Called Gor, "You bought the car as is bro the light wasn't on when you bought it." [3] Take it to the shop to get things checked out and oil changed. Guy tells me I have a major oil leak. Call Gor again, same song and dance. [4] Paid $300+ for DMV fees. Get the DMV form with registration in the mail and they only paid ~$70. The registration we received from the DMV expired the very next month. Through the whole ordeal the guys have been unsympathetic and totally unhelpful. If you are thinking about buying a car from these guys make sure you have your mechanic check the car over first regardless of what they tell you. Do not trust a word they say. read more

First, I don't list what I bought from this shop because I don't want to be identified. Granted the car I bought had a high mileage, the car gave me hard time one after another. First, oil leak, around the valve cover that penetrated into one of spark plug holes second, oil leak from steering hoses, third, terribly burned clutch, fourth, leaky sunroof, fifth, steering rack and the list is going on... All cost me a fortune to fix. Michael, however, addressed none of those. I know his ultimate defense is "sold as-is"; however, this guy will not win repeat customers. It may be my "unique" case but you have to have clear mental lock as to what you will get into BEFORE you pay or you will end up deep regret like I did. Make sure to hire an inspector or a mechanic before you buy from this guy. read more

Beware. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I test drove a Prius with Michael at Bimmer. I applied with my loan company, which approved the car, Michael even tacked on the aquisition loan fee to the purchase price and I still agreed. I then paid $150 to get the car inspected. Both Michael and I verbally agreed to the deal, but then Michael simply disappeared. I left messages, sent an email and finally gave up after 4 days of him not returning my calls to complete the purchase. So I am out $150. Extremely unprofessional to not even return my call after making a verbal agreement with both myself and my loan company. Do not deal with these guys. read more
