Came here for a local Bourbon club event. Andy, the owner, is a nice guy with some sweet bottle pics. Take your time to look at the bottles they have. Go with a flight if you want to try a few things.

A friend and I decided to mix it up from our usual spots on a Saturday and venture to Bin 110. They had live music with a great band that brought out all of the good bar songs. However, it was too LOUD for that small of a space and very crowded. The bar staff was friendly and attentive. Sometimes an extensive drink list means slow drinks, but not at Bin 110. Everything was great in that regard. It was getting to be about 11:30pm and 2 men decided to have a brawl. Frankly it was disturbing. No security working at Bin 110 and you could tell the staff was overwhelmed. Honestly with so many people in a small space, I was scared. These guys were throwing each other on the ground. When the instigator was allowed back in the bar and a SECOND fight broke out I decided I was done. I could not have an enjoyable evening in a small space with a blaring band and fighting men. I would not come back here for the live music nights. I think this would be a fun bar for an after work experience but frankly I don't trust the LKN party scene to venture back here on a weekend night. I would highly recommend security staff for Bin 110.

Very cute place! Good vibe and extensive bourbon menu. The eggnog was amazing! So was Salted Caramel Espresso Martini.

I have learned a lot since I have been in Charlotte. If you go to a bar and they dont serve food you have to become a member in order to drink. However most places will not disclose that. Well let's get to talking about Bin 110...they are a husband and wife team that have an amazing bar with a good vibe. The cocktails are good and strong and they even have drink special and live bands that come into perform. But they are small so if you are looking for a cozy place to have a cocktail with a small group of friends this is the place for you.

Nice private club burboun bar. Bartenders were great, drinks were made very well. This is a pricey night out so expect to drop some coin. They say they have food but not really. Id suggest you get dinner at one of the other local spots then come partake for drinking and rebelrousing. The space is tight but they do have an outdoor patio area. Live music was fun and entertaining.

What a nightcap!! This was the best choice of the weekend. Not only does this place know a little something about bourbon, they really know how to make a fantastic drink. The owners, Talley and Andy, are the best and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I am going to make it a point to go as often as possible to enjoy more of the many, many selections of bourbon and the atmosphere. Live music on Thurs, Fri and Sat.

Life is way too short for bad bourbon and that's exactly what you will not find at Bin 110 at Lake Norman. Tallie and Andy Upchurch have the most amazing collection of Bourbons you will find - those you love and those which are hard to find. Bin 110 is a must stop if you like fine spirits, great company, and superb hospitality! Simply the Best Overall Bourbon Bar (and more) at the Lake!!!

Stumbled upon this place after an awkward experience next door at on the Roxx. They welcomed us in. We're interested in what they could do to make the best experience for us. Everyone behind the bar is amazing and can make whatever cocktails you want. An amazing wine list, bourbon selection, cocktails, martinis and beers. The owner is in a lot and is always behind the bar helping out or running around doing whatever they need. They do live music as well. Something for everyone and definitely worth checking out.

While I take full responsibility for arriving 15 minutes late, I was shocked at how rudely the hostess--who we later learned was the manager--handled the situation. Rather than a simple acknowledgment of the delay, or improbability of getting a table, she made a point to shame us, emphasizing that accommodating us would be an extra burden for her. This set an uncomfortable tone from the start. When she begrudgingly seated us at a table that had somehow magically become available, she made another unnecessary comment, implying that I should do my part to not make her job so difficult again. My partner was immediately put off and suggested we leave, but I decided to give the restaurant another chance, assuming the manager might just be having a rough night. Unfortunately, things did not improve. The food, best described as uninspired frozen bar fare from the main Duckworth's kitchen, took over 30 minutes to arrive--and even then, it was served before our drinks. When the drinks finally did arrive, they were nothing exceptional. I ordered a French 75, and my partner had a Paloma, only to realize that even the drinks had come from downstairs at Duckworth's. Given the restaurant's supposed reputation, I was surprised that it didn't have its own bar, unlike how things are set up at The Cellar. The only redeeming aspect of our visit was our waitress, who was pleasant and professional. However, what puzzled us the most was that despite the manager's initial reluctance to seat us, nearly half of the restaurant remained empty throughout the evening. With at least three or four servers working in a relatively small space, it was clear that staffing wasn't the issue--so why the hostility? It was hard not to wonder if other potential diners had been similarly turned off by the manager's deplorable attitude and the underwhelming menu. Overall, the experience left a bad taste in our mouths--both literally and figuratively. Between the lackluster food and drinks, and the uncalled-for attitude from management (she is bald and was wearing a dress on the evening of 2/14/25 at 9:30PM-11PM), I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
