I was nervous to go to BIn 110 as there aren't a whole lot of people who look like me in the Lake Norman area, and it's hard not to be aware of that in today's climate. But, I was treated with kindness and respect from the moment I sat at the bar. I was made to feel like any of the regulars who trickled into the bar. I had a great conversation with the bar manager and bar staff -- as well as some of the best cocktails I've had in a while. In addition to having pours of hundreds of whiskeys, Bin 110 has an exceptional craft cocktail menu: I recommend the espresso martini which they can make as a classic, with bourbon, or their specialty salted caramel version. The salted caramel is great too. And the bananas foster old-fashioned was nice. I thought it'd be too sweet but it was perfect. You can enjoy live music, food, and more at Bin 110. It's a nice spot to grab drinks before an outing, a laid back date night, or to just shoot the sh*t after work, at great prices, too. I'll be back! read more

Finally made it to Bin 110 after a coworkers recommendation. Figured if she comes all the way from Concord it's got to be worth a shot. The space itself is inviting with really comfortable chairs around a pretty bar area. We haven't been there on the nights they have music but understand Friday night is more classic rock and louder vs Thurs/Sat. We each had two gin cocktails. The Clover Club and Bee's Knee's. Both were tasty to sip and pretty to look at. Appreciate very much the bartenders recommendation on the Club as she described it perfectly. The overall cocktail/spirits menu is fairly extensive and there were quite a few that sounded very good. We got a couple apps, the Nashville Hot Chicken flatbread and Grilled Cheese that came with tomato bisque as a dip. Both were decent but we agreed we'd come here more for the cocktails, wine, ambiance and service than for the food The owner came by and introduced himself after he saw I had posted a Yelp pic :) of the Clover Club. Really nice fellow and I would chalk him (Andy) up as one more reason to come. All in all, we're glad we visited and we look forward to having Bin 110 on our rotation. read more

We came here last night around 8pm. We walked in, seated ourselves, and looked around for a bit. After a couple minutes, a gentleman took our order -- an espresso martini with tequila ($27... nasty work) and a Michelob Ultra for myself. I said I'd need a few minutes to decide on a cocktail. About 40 minutes later, and that's no exaggeration, nobody had come back to check on us. Not even once, lol. I live just 5 minutes from here, but unfortunately I won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

A friend and I decided to mix it up from our usual spots on a Saturday and venture to Bin 110. They had live music with a great band that brought out all of the good bar songs. However, it was too LOUD for that small of a space and very crowded. The bar staff was friendly and attentive. Sometimes an extensive drink list means slow drinks, but not at Bin 110. Everything was great in that regard. It was getting to be about 11:30pm and 2 men decided to have a brawl. Frankly it was disturbing. No security working at Bin 110 and you could tell the staff was overwhelmed. Honestly with so many people in a small space, I was scared. These guys were throwing each other on the ground. When the instigator was allowed back in the bar and a SECOND fight broke out I decided I was done. I could not have an enjoyable evening in a small space with a blaring band and fighting men. I would not come back here for the live music nights. I think this would be a fun bar for an after work experience but frankly I don't trust the LKN party scene to venture back here on a weekend night. I have actually been there several times over the past year. Over priced and lacking a good drink menu. No menu found for the wines. You can sell an old fashioned for $8 and still make a hefty profit. You're not doing anything special. Drink menus should not be solely on a QR code and could afford the cost of printed menu. Seems like another business taking advantage of the customer knowing with some clever verbiage with some smoke and mirrors, they can over charge for some alcohol. I have learned a lot since I have been in Charlotte. If you go to a bar and they dont serve food you have to become a member in order to drink. However most places will not disclose that. Well let's get to talking about Bin 110...they are a husband and wife team that have an amazing bar with a good vibe. I've been looking for a new place to go to since January when my regular place shut down. The only reason why I'm giving it two (2) stars is because the staff was extremely friendly, nice & knowledgeable. Overall liked the place; but it was loud to no end with the band. I don't like the fact that they are apparently desperate as hell to make money. Got a pitcher of water to go with my drink which was good & was than told, when I went to refill it, that the management doesn't want the staff to do that; they would hand out bottled water so they can charge you for it. Never had this happen to the places that I've been to. It's not a good look when a place charges for water when they already charge a certain amount for alcohol. I'd be happy to spend time & money at this location if I can balance water to alcohol consumption. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

Drinks were really good. Service was good for the most part and food was ok as well. Weird interaction at the end of the night. I had asked my server maybe 3 times for a water. Each time she said "sure I will grab that" but never did. The only thing that I am disappointed in... is that this place has been off my radar for some reason. I only checked this place out bc a friend of mine loves bourbon and always ends up somewhere with me drinking cheap beer instead. I heard this was a bourbon place and ended up meeting him and a few others there on a Thursday evening. We were the only ones there and we sat at the bar and chilled for a couple hours. The wine selection is nice... very nice actually. Most of it is a little more high-end than a lot of places around here but the vibe suits the prices. And there are a few options if you are looking for something a little cheaper, in the $8-12$/glass range. And Prosecco on tap... Now... I don't drink bourbon. Or I should say that I didn't. I'm sure if I were a bit more adventurous and classy when it came to drinking anything but wine and cheap vodka, I would have grown to appreciate bourbon sooner. Anyways... their selection is great. My buddy let me try whatever amazingly smooth (and pricey) pour that he had and now I am just gonna have to head back and try all the stuffs at this point. Another buddy told me they do some $20 tasting events every now and then. My wife and I are now regulars. The owners have done an excellent job curating an awesome wine list while keeping the vibe cool with lots of live music. Great beer selection too.
