I had a great conversation with the bar manager and bar staff -- as well as some of the best cocktails I've had in a while. In addition to having pours of hundreds of whiskeys, Bin 110 has an exceptional craft cocktail menu: I recommend the espresso martini which they can make as a classic, with bourbon, or their specialty salted caramel version. The salted caramel is great too. And the bananas foster old-fashioned was nice. I thought it'd be too sweet but it was perfect. You can enjoy live music, food, and more at Bin 110. I've been a fan of NYBS's restaurant since they opened, and my husband and I would visit at least…read moreonce a month for dinner.  Unfortunately, after a few recent bad experiences, we won't be returning.   My biggest issues recently have been - * Excessive salt on the Salmon BLT sandwich and meatballs - formerly, two of our favorite dishes * Smoked salmon fonduta - heating smoked salmon made this a fishy, unpalatable appetizer * Hamburger overcooked and dry, even with the added (very thinly sliced) cheddar cheese * Soggy fries * Crabcake aioli too sweet * Not enough servers to handle the demand in the restaurant, and we've noticed some turnover, too   I appreciate that NYBS offers reasonably priced specials and beverages, but their food quality has declined significantly since we first started eating there.  The only things we still enjoy are the steak flight, wings, and gouda and bacon macaroni and cheese.  It pains me to say this, but we are done. The decline in food quality and inattentive service have removed this restaurant from our rotation.
