    Everything about this vet office was above and beyond my expectations! I was told by my former vet that I could only do curbside because of the covid. I was also told that most vets are doing this practice. So I called 2 of the nearest vets. I'm so glad I found Bingle Vet. Dr T was through and worked tirelessly to investigate some issues my pet was having, my appointment lasted 1 hr! Talk about care concern and wanting to know all about my dog. I felt heard and not rushed out the door for the next patient. The assistant and office staff person were exceptional too! My pet is healing up perfectly from his skin damage. Even in covid times great service was expected and delivered. Oh yeah and they offered curb side if so desired. I hope you take the time to shop for what you want it's out there!

    This office by far has exceeded all of my expectations with the level of care for my dog, Bella. They have wonderful Vets, awesome techs and lovely front desk staff. The whole process was so wonderful. Thanks Bingle Vet!!

    After I sent a follow up email to the office manager and posting this Yelp review, I received this letter and NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!!!

    I have been going to Bingle vet for about 9 years, but they don't seem to care about your pet. My small mix 14lb dog has a slip disk and I kept telling them that and they were aggressive with him for nail trim and nasal injection. Makes me wonder if they are the ones that hurt his neck in the first place. My dog is not aggressive at all, in fact he loves people and is very friendly. On top of that, they never used to charge for nail trims and this time they charged me 20$. They asked me the sign the paper after the nail trim was completed. The office should notify their clients when things have changed, like charging for a nail trim! The vet(Lauren Ellender) didn't even touch my dog and I was charged 65$ for exam and evaluation. Oh wait, she did touch him but only to draw blood...which took 2 mins tops! I never saw the vet listen to my dogs heart, or check his ears like i asked to be done! Overall, I'm very disappointed in how my dog was taken care of. I will NOT be returning to them and after 9 years with them, i will be looking for another vet because my dog will no longer be seen by them again!

    Do not board your pet here, this is my vet so I thought they would take great care of my pet, I was wrong. June 3rd I went on a vacation and boarded my 1year old Maltese Oreo here for a week. Before I left him at Bingle Vet for boarding he was bathed and brushed out the night before and had no mats. During his stay on June 8th the attendant called to ask me if they could give my dog a bath because he got pee on himself while in the crate. I agreed and thought nothing of it later. When I returned to pick him up on June 12th the attendant had sprayed Oreo with dry shampoo before bringing Oreo to me (which I thought was weird). When he handed Oreo to me I immediately felt mats all over his body. I didn't complain right then and there and that was my mistake. When I called the groomer, that they recommended by the way they told me that for an extensive hair cut like that, Oreo wouldn't be able to come in until July 3rd. So I called my groomer that I normally go to and scheduled an appointment for Thursday June 17th after I picked him up. So on June17th I dropped Oreo off to be groomed and the groomer immediately called me and let me know that he had to be shaved because the mats were so bad. I asked her if that was absolutely necessary and she said nothing else could be done. When I called Bingle Vet Katy back to express my frustrations and wanted to be reimbursed for the grooming bill the manager Evelyn Ortega told me all she could do was reimburse me for the bath then told me I couldn't go back to the vet because I wasn't satisfied with the boarding service. This has been our vet for a year now and they told me I couldn't come back because of an error they made. Why would the manager of the vet dump me as a customer when I'm simply expressing to her what my dog experienced during his visit. Seems like they are guilty to me.

    This is what they considered a "trim" his hair was long to the middle of his legs when he got there .... I'm devastated!

    DO NOT TAKE TOUR DOG HERE TO GET GROOMED !!!!! I will post pics of what they did to my poor little yorkie ... He came in for a trim with pics and a written form , and they shaved him down to his skin !!!! Big deal they gave me $ back it's going to take months to grow back and he will never have his puppy hair again .... I am in tears over this ... Not to mention I had to go and buy clothes for him to wear since he's been shaking since I picked him up ... COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL *No stars is not an option *

    Our rescue group has taken many street dogs to this clinic with various ailments and injuries. The vets are great about diagnosing what's going on and treating them expertly and compassionately. From knee injuries to eyelid surgery, we happily drive the extra miles to this clinic. The support staff are also professional and very pleasant to deal with. A+

    Amazing experience! The office was very nice and clean. The staff was amazing. Everyone gave Cookie so much attention. They were literally all sitting on the floor with her loving on her. I took her there for a leg injury and instead of recommending expensive treatments like x-rays, etc....the doctor determined it was probably just a strain or sprain and sent us home with anti-inflammatory meds and recommended rest for a week. I can't say enough good things...we will definitely be back!!

    Unfortunately, my experience with Barking Life was VERY DISAPPOINTING…read more The day before an important trip, I contacted Barking Life for care for my two dogs. They quickly matched me with a sitter, and I paid over $250 upfront, completed all paperwork, and scheduled a meet-and-greet. The sitter spent about 1.5 hours with me, interacted well with my dogs, discussed their routines in detail, referenced future visits, and left with my apartment key and parking permit. At no point did she express any concerns. About an hour after she left, I received a call stating that the meet-and-greet "didn't go well" and that the booking was canceled. This was completely unexpected based on our interaction. What made the situation even more concerning was that the company initially seemed unaware that the sitter still had my apartment key and parking permit. Thankfully, another staff member personally retrieved and returned them more than two hours after the sitter had left with my belongings. To make matters worse, the cancellation occurred less than 12 hours before my trip, leaving me scrambling to find alternative care for my pets. Also, reunds typically take 7-10 business days to process for a service that was never provided. My issue is not that a sitter has the right to decline a booking. My issue is with the process. I would strongly recommend requiring a meet-and-greet before collecting full payment, or charging a small consultation fee until both parties agree to move forward. This would prevent customers from paying hundreds of dollars upfront only to have services canceled at the last minute. I also believe there should be clearer expectations regarding booking commitments. While emergencies, illness, or family matters are understandable reasons for canceling, none of those reasons were communicated in this situation. Customers should be able to rely on a booking once it has been accepted. Any concerns that may prevent a sitter from completing a service should be identified before payment is collected and final arrangements are made. Finally, I would encourage the company to be more cautious when accepting last-minute bookings. A cancellation less than 12 hours before departure can place customers in an extremely difficult position, especially after they have been encouraged to move forward with pet sitting instead of alternative arrangements. While I appreciate the employee who personally returned my belongings, the overall experience left me feeling unsupported during a time-sensitive situation when reliability mattered most.

They will first come by the house for a free interview to make sure the sitter and pet are good. From there on everything is digitally smooth with scheduling, follow ups and payment. And the best part after the sitter comes by is that they will send you a text with details of the whole routine including pictures. I'm a happy camper
