WHY. DO. WE. NOT. HAVE. MORE. PEOPLE. LIKE. DOCTOR DAVID. IN. THIS. WORLD?! Let me start off by saying that I've been to a good handful of veterinary clinics. Although I've had fairly good experiences there, Circle B takes the top spot! Office is located in a plaza strip, and they have reserved parking for their customers located at the front of the clinic. Lobby space is a bit small, but very clean - not a single waft of anything musty or dirty. The receptionist was incredibly kind, and had my litter of pups, and I immediately assigned to a room. The nurse came by, and we went through each puppy by checking their weight, fecal, and temperature. She was nice, and did everything in calm manner. Dr. David came in with a smile on his face, and immediately greeted my son and I. He was incredibly friendly and funny, and conversed with my son which was very nice. I asked Dr. David if i could take some photos, and he didn't mind at all - he happily posed for photos, and treated every single pup with so much love, attention, and time. Dr. David did not rush through the examinations, and instead, took his time to make sure they were in tip top shape! He went through possible reactions after their vaccinations, and was very thorough and wanted to make sure he answered all of my questions. Dr. David made us feel very welcomed - everything was great, and the costs was very reasonable and affordable. Dr. David and Georgia are consistently setting the bar for how vets and their staff should care for their fur patients. My cat got surgery here today and I have been a massive pain in their behind for the past two weeks and they have remained so gracious and courteous the entire time. I used to love this place but unfortunately today my relationship with them has come to an end. I should have dropped them when they screwed up last month, but I stuck by them hoping they would do their best to make things right. For one, they STILL won't let anyone enter the office with their pet and continue to use Covid as an excuse to have the techs do the jobs of their vets behind closed doors. Last visit they swapped my dogs and diagnosed the wrong dog with heart worms and then tried to treat them. Thankfully I went elsewhere for a second opinion because that's when I realized they swapped my dogs even though they have name tags and look nothing alike. (This could have been avoided if I was allowed in the room). Once realizing this was swapped, now we are unsure if the vaccines each received that day were swapped as well. Now, a month later, my dog has come down with an awful cough. Fearing she caught kennel cough from vaccines being swapped, I scheduled another appointment. I called to check in and they would not, once again, allow me inside their office knowing how much they screwed up previously. So needless to say, I drove off and will no longer be doing any business here. read more

We moved here from Chicago in October, so we needed a new vet for our cat and dog. With these times, they're doing a curbside pickup/drop-off with your fur babies. After you call to make the appointment, you'll fill out a questionnaire online then email past medical forms over. My husband and I noticed that the clinic appears to be very clean. Everyone is very professional. I didn't expect to feel anxious while watching my dog look for me when she got inside (she's a little more timid), but I trusted she was in good hands. Dr. Buelna was extremely courteous, thorough, and patient while addressing our concerns with both of our fur babies. This included concerns about pricing of the x-ray and the cost of reading the x-ray. didn't have let insurance We're very pleased with this vet and highly recommend bringing your fur babies! Also, dental cleaning is on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they do surgery. We spoke to the receptionist to try to add that on yesterday, and she told us the next available dental cleanings is mid-June, just a heads up. read more

We have been coming to Circle B since we moved to the area and the staff has been great. Most recently, my pup Perry started to have a skin infection with a lot of licking on the paws. We had recently tried Circle B Vet and the Bed n Biscuits grooming service. I am SO glad we did! The vet experience was top notch. As soon as I pulled into the parking spot someone came out to greet me before I could even dial their number to tell them I had arrived. My dog was seen right away and was given great care. I was in and out in 30 minutes. That has never happened before at a vet! Most recently we had our 11 year old Great Pyrenees groomed by Barbara. She is Amazing!! He is a lot of work when it comes to grooming and she handled him with all the love and care she could give. She is extremely knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk to, had great suggestions and it is very obvious that she is a very experienced groomer. I can't give her enough stars! This place still won't let people go in with their dogs. Last time we brought our dogs in they told us the wrong one had heart worm. Good thing we went elsewhere because they tried to get us to start treatment on the wrong dog. They also charged twice as much as anywhere else we looked. They also "are positive" that they gave the dogs the correct shots, even though they diagnosed the wrong dog with heartworm at the same appointment. Now one of the dogs is sick and with the likelihood of them having given each dog the incorrect shots, they still won't let us go inside. They also offered a membership program that we paid for. Conveniently, they just got rid of it and stopped applying the discount. This is after we paid the fee. Go to a better vet. My opinion - They won't allow people to go in because they don't want you to see that they aren't doing what they say they are. read more

We are so lucky to have found Dr. David and Circle B. We had just moved to Katy and our Labradoodle came down with some very odd sores down her back. When Dr. David and his assistant Bea were assessing our dog, they were on the floor with her. When your vet and his staff are on the floor with the animals, you know you are in good hands. First time here, recommended to me by a friend. It's a good 30 minute drive from Houston and with my luck I hit an extra 30 in traffic but even though I was 25 minutes late they still greeted with a smile and welcomed myself and my pup. Unlike most vets there is no animal Oder when you walk in!! It smells like vanilla and the floors are clean and really, I was just impressed with the overall look of the place in general. Needed to get flea medicine, dewormer and all of the vaccines for my pup and with the appointment fee all inclusive I only paid 156$ which is amazing! Highly recommend this clinic. I've been going here for all of my dog's checkups, vaccines , you name it since I got her last year . The vets are great , front desk is helpful , and I couldn't ask for a more convenient location as it's close to me . Making & changing appointments is a breeze. I brought my 2 chihuahuas to see Dr. B for teeth cleaning and they both have much better breath now. I have been putting off this procedure for a long time fearing that they may have an adverse reaction to the anesthesia due to their tiny size but Dr. B and his staff took such great care of them and they had no complications after the procedure. I also brought Blu in recently because he was yelping with pain. Dr. B was able to diagnose his problem and get him out of pain the same day with the appropriate diagnosis and treatment for his herniated discs. I trust Dr. B to take the best care of my 2 fur babies with great compassion. My dogs, who are skittish with vets, really like him too. Also, the office is very clean and high tech. read more

The Circle B clinic is poorly managed and lacks communication between its staff members. I once waited for over an hour because the vet "forgot" about us. In my dog's notes, they wrote "forgot pet" and the vet later asked me why I wouldn't bring my dog to an appointment... Dr. Buelna is unprofessional, rude, and more concerned with defending his pride than taking care of peoples' pets. I strongly recommend not wasting your time with this place. read more

We decided to try Circle B after hearing how great they are on Facebook. The staff is excellent and caring. Dr. Buelna was great. He took his time with our dog, Austin. He even sat on the floor with him to do the exam. He answered all of our questions and provided options for us. We also love how close the clinic is to our home. It is right near Firethorne, which is a plus. All in all, we are very happy with our experience. We will definitely be coming back. And we will bring our other dog as well. Went to circleB for my pet's health certificate for international travel. Everything was done perfectly and I was able to get the certificate few days after the visit which is really a relief. Dr Kuo is really helpful and thorough when performing Milo's health examination and pointed out some minor skin infections that he has, I brought Milo to his primary vet 2 months before that and they did not mention anything about this. Would definitely recommend going to circleB. I would visit again if we are not relocating. read more

I guess the owners aren't practicing in the establishment anymore...idk‍....However whomever I get always texts follow up concerns. BUT No one has contacted me for my 6 month old ShiPoo to be seen again for shots or to refill her heart worm medicine which runs out in 5 days. I highly recommened this clinic. I brought my dog here for cold laser treatment for her arthritis. She loves coming here now. The cold laser treatment has really helped. The staff is super nice as well. I like that they get on your dogs level, on the floor to get to know and work on your dog. She NEVER eats any treats from any vets, Here she has! She is 10 years old. This vet hospital is great! They are all so caring of our little furbabies. All three of my dogs have gone to Circle B. They all handled them as if they were their own. We had to euthanize our precious black lab a while back. It was time for her but not for us. Dr.Buelna explained everything that would happen after he sedated her. We were all sitting on the floor holding her and Dr. Buelna was on the floor with us. It is so hard having to lose a pet, but I am grateful that Circle B had the compassion and love for our pet. This place is amazing! My older dog was attacked by something and I wasn't sure what. His face was swelling and I was honestly freaking out. My prior vet wasn't concerned and I called Circle B, and spoke to their staff who were able to get us in to see someone. Not only were they kind and helpful, they stayed late to see him. They figured out he was bitten by a snake and would need anti-venom treatment. They contacted the emergency hospital and spoke to the doctor to make sure they had the medicines he would need. They started the initial blood work and pain meds, which saved me hundreds of dollars. They then prepared all the paperwork and sent me on my way to the ER-VET. I will be immedialty transfering all 7 of my pets to them. I have never met a more kind and caring staff. The office was also lovely and clean. read more

It is difficult when you move to another city. Even though I only moved from Houston to Katy with the traffic, it was a no brainier that I had to find a new vet. We picked a vet and were totally not happy with anything they had to offer. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. Then the construction started around our new neighborhood. I was really excited to see a vet opening up in a strip center. I scheduled an appt. and immediately fell in love with the place, the staff and Dr. B. Until today I thought a lot of Circle B thought I had found a practice like the one I left behind in Alabama. After several grooming and a doctors visit I called today to find out when I could see a vet. The receptions placed me on hold and came back to tell me just get your dog to drink plenty of water. I know my dog he was wiping his butt on the ground and has not even gotten up to greet people here in the office today. They have groomed him several times and he just isn't responding very well to anything yet the receptionist not a vet tells me to have him drink plenty of water. What does she think I am doing! I am 59 years old have had several dogs over the yeas and know a sick one when I have one just to have a receptionist tell me there wasn't nothing a little water couldn't fix read more

Being a bipedal and quadruped mixed family we have lots of Veterenary visits and Circle B has been top of the class every time!

After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try to get my puppy groomed. When I arrived the building was very clean and had a light scent of vanilla, vs the typical pet odors you smell when you walk into a pet store or grooming salon. The tech and the groomer were at the front desk and greeted me for my appointment. My puppy was weighed and brought to the back, and I was told I'd be called when he was ready. Since it's his first time at this facility I wasn't sure how it would turn out. Brittany the groomer did a really great job on my pup Spencer. His fur is so soft and silky and he looks great. Despite him being a little difficult Brittany was still able to do a great job and I'll definitely bring him back when he needs to be groomed. The staff I interacted w/ were friendly, the building was clean, and their prices are comparable to other places in this area. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for grooming needs. read more
