I always thought that they were taking care of our dogs. Surprised to find out NO ONE was watching the dogs staying overnight!! I was pissed to find out that ( Amber said.) Dogs are not supervised overnight and left alone all night. What?!! They have so many and over kennel dogs without supervision. They leave other dogs roaming into other dogs kennels. They left a vicious dog attack my dogs bed and chewed it all up. My son went to pick him up and his expensive bed is now destroyed. They will not credit. I don't even want to know what has happened to my dog. Stay away from here!! The entrance and their sign says it all!!! This is uncalled for, and they are irresponsible!!!! Love this place! I've been taking my 4-yr old Vizsla there for the past 3 weeks. He greets me each time with his happy face and is truly exhausted from all the play (in a good way). Best thing-the ladies that work there care about my dog and seem genuinely happy to be there. They give me all the details about how he played, behaved, etc. I can tell he is not just another number (as many daycare facilities are these days) and is well-taken care of there. Because of the good reviews here I decided to take my dog there and I am glad I did! My little one absolutely loves there! She goes for day care twice a week but if I have to work late she has also stayed over the night and she always come home tired of all the playing and happy! They go out of their way to help us if they can! They always let me know how much she ate and how much she played as well, so I know she is well taken care there. And as I said, she loves it. My husband and I went on vacation for 12 days. We boarded our dogs at Circle Ranch. We called while we were gone and told they were fine. When we picked them up, we were told they had no problems, but it was very clear our oldest dog lost weight. He was so sick when he came home. I called Circle Lake and was told they had no problems. I told them I was going to take him to our vet. They asked who our vet was and I told them. When I got to the vet, he told me that circle lake ranch emailed them detailing how sick our dog was. I was so angry. That is how we found out our dog was indeed sick while in there care. When I called and spoke to the manager, she just sat there and said "what do you want from me?" Please if you love your pets, never board them here. We are so sad at how sick our dog is. read more

We have 2 dogs about 50 pounds each with LOTS of energy! When I started looking for places to board them I refused to take them somewhere where they would sit in a kennel all day and only go out to go to the bathroom. I took them to Circle Lake Ranch for the first time a few months ago, and they have been back 4 times since. They love it there!! They get to play so much during the day in the park they have set up for them, and come home exhausted! It may cost a little more than some of the other kennels, but no other place will take care of your dogs like they do! Everyone is so friendly and I can tell they really care for the dogs. We have a 9 mo old Chocolate Labrador pup and he was getting to the age where he absolutely needed regular interaction with other dogs other than our Yorkies. Work was picking up and family appointments got us rather busy and it wasn't acceptable to leave our pup at home alone and bored. We knew that without proper mental stimulation and play that he would grow bored and start learning new, destructive "games" and behavior to entertain himself. We have used CLR many times of the years for our other pets (now deceased or living with a daughter) and we were always satisfied but hadn't ever utilized a doggie day care. So we started taking Angus to Doggie Day care for 2 days a week and a sleep over and he comes home SO BALANCED. I actually had to look at his adoption paperwork again because I could have sworn that he was coming up on a year. He was 8 months old and started acting like a 3 yr old dog! AWESOME!!! He is still very much a puppy, but because he is interacting with his older Lab buddies there he is like the little kid who got to hang out with the grownups! They have rubbed off on him socially and he cannot wait to load up in the car/truck cab to go to CLR!! When he sees me packing his overnight bag the night before, he starts getting excited. He KNOWS exactly where he is going he ADORES CLR and the staff there. This has completely been the best decision I have made for him and I am able to use this time as a mommy's day out and get things done for work all while he is being entertained and having a great time. When we pick him up at the end of the 2-day stay, he is so worn out from healthy play that he has a calmness in his demeanor and he will sleep most of the next day. Mentally, there is nothing I could have done better for our sweet baby boy and he shows us all of the time -- just the sweetest boy. I cannot recommend Circle Lake Ranch enough -- especially for all of these larger pups living in suburbia. They get supervised play in a SAFE environment where you know ALL pets are vetted and healthy. You cannot get that in a doggie park, folks. And you don't know if those at the dog park allow negative behavior at home or don't properly vet their pets. HUGE bonus here. THANK YOU to the STAFF at CLR! read more

We have been taking our two very energetic boxers to Circle Lake for about three years now. They love it there. They start getting exited when I turn down the road. When we pull up, they pull me up the sidewalk. They are excited to go and smother the staff with kisses which tells me that they treat my dogs well when they are there.
