This place is an gem. Everyone is super friendly and caring. I think the vet has a sixth sense when it comes to diagnosing cat ailments. Either that or she communicates telepathically with the animals. The techs are outstanding and tolerated my shenanigans. All kidding aside, I've been to lots of vets for lots of different animals. Do not waste your time here. They can't communicate and have no sense of urgency. I called over an hour before my appointment time to verify that they did a panleukopenia test (parvo in dogs) on kittens because I had one that was exposed. The front desk checked with the care team and confirmed they did, so I drove 25 minutes in traffic to get there. I was left in the exam room for 20 minutes until someone came in and told me they were out of the tests. This disease is lethal in kittens if they aren't given proper care and is something that, if caught early, can be controlled by a regular vet without needing emergency care. Why not actually check when I called to see if they had the test instead of wasting my time to come all the way out there and then leaving me with no other option to test? I will never recommend this place to anyone and will be finding a new vet for my pets. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. On August 5th, 2025, I brought my dog, Teddy, to this clinic during an emergency. He was actively seizing and barking between seizures. I arrived at 7:35 AM with my family and was told the doctor would not be in until 8:00 AM, despite the posted business hours of 7:00 AM-7:00 PM. While filling out paperwork in tears, a man emerged from the back with another dog and made a joke: "You guys hear that? I don't hear anything," referring to my seizing dog. No one from the front desk offered comfort or urgency in response to the situation. We were finally placed in a room around 8:10 AM. An assistant informed us that euthanasia would be the most humane option and that the doctor would arrive shortly. To my shock, the doctor who entered was the same man who had made the earlier joke -- indicating he was present well before 8:00 AM. Before any care was provided, we were told payment had to be made in full upfront while my dog was still seizing, bleeding, and in distress on the table. Multiple payment attempts were made due to processing issues, further delaying care. Only after payment went through did the euthanasia proceed, and Teddy passed away within 10 minutes. We had paid for euthanasia and a paw print, per the invoice, but later received a call stating that paw prints are "only included with cremation," and that we would be refunded. By this point, Teddy had already been buried, making it impossible to get a final keepsake of him. This entire experience left me feeling unheard, unsupported, and disregarded during one of the most difficult moments of my life. The lack of urgency, inappropriate humor, and insistence on payment before relieving my pet's suffering demonstrated a severe lack of empathy and professionalism. I sincerely hope this feedback prompts the clinic to reevaluate their protocols and training, so no other pet owner has to endure such treatment in their final moments with their beloved companion. read more

This was not our first time boarding with Bingle, but it is our last! I certainly understand that it is the holidays and everyone is entitled to enjoy them. But if you are unable to provide adequate care to the animals you are entrusted to provide boarding to, then do not allow boarding during holidays! Our dog was picked up from boarding soaked in urine, all of her paws were red and inflamed and she had a boil by her private parts. Our friend who had over 30 years of animal experience was horrified when our dog was brought out to be taken home. She decided to take our dog to wash her because of the foul smell emanating from her and the horrible shape she looked to be in. I called the office and asked to speak with a manager and provided information about why I was calling. I was told someone would call maybe by the end of the day or the following day. That was on 12/30/2024, four days ago, and still no phone call. I also responded to an email asking about my boarding experience and I provided pictures. Still no response. I experienced absolutely horrible service at Bingle Vet today. I have been a customer at Bingle Vet for 11 years, and after today, I will never be going back there. My dog had a teeth cleaning procedure today. He is still young (not even 5 years old yet) and he only eats dry food. At his annual checkup last year, the vet said his teeth were in good shape and said cleaning wasn't necessary at that time. At his annual checkup this year, the vet recommended teeth cleaning. He was starting to have tartar buildup, but it didn't seem like anything outrageous or that his teeth were in dire shape. We took the vet's advice though and got his teeth cleaned. We were SHOCKED to find out that they pulled 9 of my dog's teeth during the procedure!! Nine!!! I don't understand how a dog that had teeth in good shape last year, that only eats dry food and is not even 5 years old needs to get 9 teeth pulled! He didn't even have bad breath that typically accompanies teeth that need to be removed. There was no indication or heads up from the vet that his teeth were diseased and decaying to necessitate so many teeth needing to be pulled. He has no front teeth left! I believe the vet completely took advantage of us. I feel that they pulled teeth unnecessarily just to be able to charge us the high end of the price range they quoted us. Such a scam! We asked to speak to the doctor at pickup today and were brushed off and only able to discuss his procedure with front desk staff and a technician who gave us no real answers. Second Edit: the owner called me today, and apologized over the phone for the difficulty in getting my prescriptions for my cats. I appreciate her reaching out personally, and I appreciate her reviewing their processes. Edit: dropping my review down to one star. I noticed there was a mistake on one of the prescriptions that was written--they prescribed medication for a cat weighing 5-11 lbs, when my cat weighs 12 lbs. I went back today to try to get a corrected prescription, and/or a prescription for the generic version. I was told again that it would take 24-48 hours. It takes them two days to fix a mistake that they made?? It's just printing a new paper and the doctor signing it, it's already been approved! Meanwhile, my cats are suffering, and I am left with no options. It's Saturday, so I won't get a new prescription until Monday. I can't fill the prescription as written, because there is a mistake. My cats need this medication and I have been given no other options. Honestly, I was hoping this vet would be my new vet for the life of my cats, but I will never be back. I am honestly shocked at the lack of accountability and responsibility for their mistake, leaving me and my cats with no options (other than shelling out an additional $70+ for a single dose of a different medication!) Original: I brought my two cats here today for the first time. 5/30/25 Pros: the clinic is very clean, everyone is very nice and professional, and the doctor was very sweet with my cats. I have no concerns at all about how they run their clinic and treat the animals. Cons: the process for getting a common prescription filled for my cats has been arduous to say the least. I came in because my two cats have fleas, and OTC flea prevention wasn't working. They wrote me a prescription for Revolution, and told me I would have to fill it elsewhere because they didn't have it in stock. Ok, fine. Where should I fill this prescription? They recommended H-E-B, Walgreens, Petsmart, Costco. Dead Reader, I went to FOUR different pharmacies and no one could fill this Rx. Ok, fine, I will order it on Chewy. I called Bingle Vet back, and told them I would like to order the Rx online. They told me they "do not work with outside pharmacies." They would not approve the prescription over the phone with Chewy. Huh? But y'all wrote me a paper Rx, you can't fill my prescription, and neither can four other pharmacies, so what should I do? They suggested I mail in my prescription to Chewy. Which I guess would work, but wow that is super inconvenient, and now my cats have to suffer for longer while USPS handles things. I pushed back, and tried to understand why they have this policy, and I was told something about not being able to verify the correct medication. This is very strange to me, as I've been a pet owner for decades and have never had this problem. Chewy.com is a lifesaver, why won't they work with them? So, now I've run all over Houston, still don't have my cats' prescription, and Bingle Vet won't work with Chewy, other than to say I have to mail in a piece of paper like it's 1999. The internet is wonderful new modern convenience y'all, I think we should jump on board. (/s) Also, side note, the Rx was for Revolution, but I decided later I would like the generic, Selarid. The price difference is literally $100 X 2 cats, so $200 savings! I called Bingle Vet to see if I could get the (paper) prescription changed, having accepted my fate of mailing it in to Chewy. I was told this will take "24-48 hours to be approved." Wow. I spent hundreds of dollars there today, and they seem hell-bent on making this prescription process difficult. And this is not an uncommon thing--it's flea prevention for goodness sake! For this reason, I don't think I'll be back. Two stars because they seem nice in person, and I did like the doctor. But my gosh this has been an ordeal. read more

BE AWARE OF LONG WAIT TIMES. We made an appt at 4:30pm. Arrived at 4:20 and got checked into a room by 4:45. Our dog has a rash that we wanted to check out and we waited in the room for over an hour before the vet comes in. This is ridiculous given this isn't a last minute walk in. I do not appreciate the time mgmt the clinic has (or there lack of). My dog is already scared/irritated and scared being at a vet, the LONG wait time does not help and needless to say, please do not come here unless you have all the time in world. read more

DO NOT take your pets to Bingle Veterinary! I've been taking my dogs here for years, but after what happened to my dog Mia, I will NEVER trust them again. The vet who saw Mia prescribed her a medication without doing the proper tests, like blood work, to determine what she actually needed. That medication was dehydrating her heart, putting her life at serious risk. When I rushed Mia to an emergency vet, they immediately stopped the medication and performed all the necessary tests--something Bingle Veterinary FAILED to do. Turns out, Mia's heart was completely normal and healthy, unlike what the vet at Bingle had falsely claimed. This was pure medical negligence. On top of that, their customer service is a complete joke. I have called FOUR times, trying to reach a manager. Every time, I have to explain my situation from scratch because the front desk never passes along my messages. They always promise the manager will call me back, but she never does. It's clear they don't care about their clients or the well-being of the animals they're supposed to help. If you love your pets, take them somewhere else. I brought my dog in because he had a hacking cough. The doctor listened to his heart right away and found the problem, a chronic heart condition. I have taken my dog to a lower cost pet clinic every year for the last 5 years, the vet listens to his heart and never diagnosed the problem. A short while ago, at approximately "1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2024", I placed a call to the clinic located on "Bingle Road" to inquire about pricing to see how much it would cost to have one of my cats neutered. I spoke with "Jessica" who provided me with a price of "$260.00 and Up". I had asked her why the price was so high, and she seemed to get into a huff. I explained to her that I had called around to see how much other clinics were charging prior to giving Bingle Vet a call, and she stated "Well...That's their pricing" in a nasty tone. I am fully aware of the fact that all clinics have different pricing levels / options. When I called the vet prior to calling Bingle Vet, they were extremely kind and provided me with an explanation of their pricing along with information on the overall process. When I called "Bingle Vet", I was hoping to have been provided with the same "professional courtesy" and a similar explanation like I received from the other clinic. However, this was not the case. I was met with "hostility" and an attitude as if your clinic was "above me" or any other clinic. I have three(3) cats that obtain services from your clinic, and I am loyal to making sure they are immunized and healthy, no matter the cost. With that being said, I will be taking my cats elsewhere because of the "unprofessional, poor customer service" that I received from "Jessica". Please let "Jessica" know that "she" is the reason why your clinic has lost hundreds of dollars. I will not patronize a venue that has active, disrespectful staff on their payroll. This is really one for the books. My sister passed away in November, and we had been trying to rehome her two 13-year old cats since then, as my nephew is in college and can't have them with him. Foster groups, rescue groups, and no-kill shelters have been at or above capacity for some time...so no help there. The cats were clearly grieving, and weren't behaving like healthy cats. One of them was suffering severe gastrointestinal distress. Bingle Vet has been taking care of these cats for years. i made an appointment for my nephew to take the cats in to have them examined and discuss euthanasia, as they were clearly so miserable for some reason. The vet told my nephew that the cats were "perfectly healthy", and told him that he just wasn't taking good care of them, and she wasn't going to waste any more time with him. AND, then charged him $130 for the pleasure. I immediately called and asked to speak to the vet. She told me the same story, and that what we needed to do was find a loving home that would take care of them and love them like they deserved. I said, "Do you honestly think we haven't tried that?" Her reply was "I have no idea what kind of person you are." They ended up keeping the cat with the gastro problem. My daughter took one of the cats to her vet in Fort Bend County today to have him checked out. She was told that the poor cat had severe hyperthyroidism, as well as severe gingivitis. Treatment for one would be chemotherapy, and dental surgery for the second. The vet advised her that the poor cat would likely not survive the (expensive) treatments, and recommended euthanasia. This is the same cat that was "perfectly healthy" less than one week earlier. So, clearly, the doctor did not exam either cat, and just wanted to make someone else feel bad. I don't recommend this vet, because if they are having a bad day (which everyone does) there is a good chance they will take it out on you. Plus, they charged my nephew for a non-existent exam. Bingle Vet has Dr. Vaughn who is SO knowledgeable about dogs, and he is quick and strong in administering medication to my pup. He also knows how to communicate with my pup to make it feel happy and relaxed, and he genuinely CARES about his animal patients. My dog loves Dr. Vaughn. The staff are friendly and professional, and the environment is clean. The girls have had to clean up my pup's little accidents, but they are understanding of his nervousness when he gets there. There is a coffee machine available for customers to help themselves to a nice, hot cup of coffee too. DISADVANTAGE: It's not often you will see Dr. Vaughn because he is not on site as much as he has been in the past. read more

It was flooding near Hempstead and I got there 15 mins after my appointment and I called to say I was running late not due to my negligence but due to traffic and the weather and I get there the guy said I have to reschedule I should have left earlier. We switched to Bingle Vet Clinic from Memorial Cat Hospital because we needed monthly nail trims without the drama. Our kitties hate getting inside their carriers to go anywhere so once they arrive for their nail appointment they're not in the best mood. The young man at the front desk is always really nice. Wendy and her assist are FAST and so kind. The trim is $20 and it literally takes less than 5 mins. There is no extra charge for the cats being feisty (the cat hospital charges extra). This clinic is full of angels that will treat your pet like they're their own! I've been taking my beautiful senior shih tzu Lilly here since 2019, she gets eye medication for her dry eye there regularly and it really works! they did a tumor removal and spay on her two years back and my shih tzu healed up so quickly, she loved those pain meds lol. I was a worried wreck waiting outside during the surgery and they put up with me asking if she was okay literally every 10 minutes. The patience that staff has...also give Jessica a raise...and Lillys nurse with the cool tattoos on her arm a raise, and give Lillys vets a raise...idk just pay everyone more. They deserve it. If you're thinking about taking your pet here for anything medical, do it. They treat you and your pet like family. We're going to get a dental cleaning from them this end of February! First time Lillys having her teeth cleaned at the ripe age of almost 14! Also getting her checked out later today for more tumors/cyst, I've felt some weird lumps on her lately. But I'm sure that Bingle Vet will heal her the best to her ability. Anything they are unable to do, they give you the resources to do so. They also clip Lillys nails and I know she bites them...and takes a fat dump on the vet table as payback. they never complain. They should. Shes kinda mean, Thanks guys. I will start by saying that Bingle Vet has taken great care of our dog. My biggest issue is the constant up charging and "surprises" when you pay the bill. Having spent over $1,000 figuring out that our dog has an issue with her thyroid, I've learned to call ahead and have notes put on the account for what the visit will entail. This time, we went in for annual vaccines and a heartworm test. Not only did the vet bring a long, expensive fee sheet in after I called and specified what services we were going to have, they did a parasite screening that we absolutely DID NOT need in addition to the heartworm test. A senior blood panel was also offered even though we had blood work done less than 6 months ago. My dog isn't even classified as "senior". It's ridiculous! Be careful when you go and know that they will try to sell you everything under the sun. When you call to point out that notes were supposed to be on the account and that extra services shouldn't have even been offered, you'll hear a few "I'm sorry's" but won't get an offer to make it right. Sadly, we'll be finding another vet. read more

Took my pup here Sunday as their last walk-in available. Spent 5 HOURS WAITING just to been seen. 5 hours doesn't sound like a lot but in 5 hours you can: drive to Austin and back maybe even grab food, run a marathon, fully groom and bathe your dog, or even watch two movies. Not once was I offered any water. Just left me there to dry like a fish. They had someone cancel an appt so instead of letting their patiently waiting walk-ins take that slot, they gave it to someone else who just walked in. Huh? What a refreshing change from my old Vetinarian. The smell was so inviting, they had fresh oatmeal cookies too! Tech. Marissa was wonderful, kind, and empathic. Dr. Tesh, was also very welcoming, he explained what I needed to do to my four legged boy back to a better and healthier life. Very happy I found a Vet who see's patients on Sunday too! Great service from the time I got there with two of my cats. Nurse Tatiana was pleasant. My cats had relieved themselves in their carriers and they took them to get rinsed in the back. Dr. Tesh was punctual and gave me less expensive options. My cats had flea bites. Cortisone shots would have been expensive. He offered a cortisone spray that I can use on both cats. They didn't charge me extra to get their nails clipped. Best of all, they're open on Sundays. read more

I thought the receptionist would consider that we had to wait in line for an extremely long time while she checked out a previous guest. I gave them a courtesy call to let them know of my delay as well. I absolutely respect time but they must not respect the time of the pet parent who takes off from work, then rushes to pick up their pet and gives a courtesy call of 6 minute delay and trying to coordinate everything on their own. Such a nightmare. Unfortunately I have 2 pets and need appointments for both of them just like a yearly physical. Trying to make the best of my time and driving to another veterinarian up the street. Bad service, rude and expensive. My dog was injured and needed stitches on a Sunday. Her regular vet was closed, so I took her here. The first visit was fine, if pricy. When I took her back to have her stitches removed, things took a turn. I removed my dog's cone in their parking lot when I dropped her off, because I needed to get a leash on her and couldn't with the cone on. I checked her in and left, only to get a call 30 min later saying her wound was open and bleeding and she would need to be sedated and re-stitched. They accused me of taking her cone off, which I had not done once until drop off. Clearly she removed the stitches while under their care, because I certainly would have noticed her doing it while on the leash or bleeding all over my house/car. But they repeatedly insisted I must have removed the cone earlier and said the wound looked too new and deep. I responded of course it looked new, it obviously happened in the last few minutes, and if it looked too deep then either they had done a poor job the first time or has been so neglectful to let her be seriously hurt on their watch. They said they "couldn't be sure" I hadn't removed her cone at night or some other time, and they took no responsibility. The vet was extremely condescending and stubborn and never made anything remotely approaching an apology or expression of sympathy for anything. Needless to say, I took her somewhere else to have the new injury treated and will never use this place again. I hope they enjoy the $550 they got for badly stitching my dog. read more

I'm not sure we could have had a better experience. We had a sick cat and needed to make a same day appointment. The front desk staff was so kind on the phone and in the clinic. The vet tech made me and my cat feel comfortable. She answered questions and listened patiently. Doctor Seemann was thorough. What loved was the the care "menu" I was presented with. I didn't feel like I had to pay for a lot of high cost options. It was presented like "let's try these basics first and if we don't see an improvement, we can try some other things."
