Cats has been my go to place for a cold beer and a hot burger. Customer service is always amazing and you actually get waited on by all staff. They're always checking on you and making sure you have what you need and that is always a blessing. Cool spot with bar top ambience and wide open tables for many people. This place is hopping! We were in the area- and hungry. We googled allergy friendly restaurants, and Cat's Pourhouse came up! Can I just say?!?! Super impressed with how conscientious staff were about my order and the allergies. Not only did Gavin double check, but a manager came by and checked as well. There are multiple staff who kept checking back to make sure we were happy with our food. My husband ordered a deconstructed Greek Nacho app, and I ordered a plain burger- no antibiotics/no preservatives- with onions and mushrooms. DELICIOUS! And the prices were very reasonable, especially with how expensive things are nowadays! I was a bit worried before going in because the parking lot was packed, and I was afraid how loud and overwhelming it would feel. However, we were hungry and went inside. Glad I did. Even though this place was busy- the open design makes it less overwhelming, and it is not too loud. And can I just say- it was 102 degrees outside and the A/C worked fantastic inside but was not too cold where you were freezing! It was perfect! Definitely will come back when in the area! read more

We came here on an early Sat evening. First and foremost, it was LOUD! This is the first pub I've come to, where the televisions are louder than the people, so people are trying to talk over them! And this is not a compliment. I ordered the margarita which was very smooth and delicious. We also got the jalepeno hot bites as a starter. For the main course, my friend got the half portion of nachos supreme and I got the patty melt. The food was just average. I liked the jalepeno bites quite a bit. But the patty melt was very plain and not melty enough. The nachos supreme was HUGE even for a half portion and again just average. I think we came with a lot of expectations and it didn't really live up to them. But, hey, if you want a margarita, this is a decent place to come try it. read more

This is the first time I picked up food to take home. I have eaten there before, and it always seem to be pretty good. This time I ordered their appetizer and a Reuben sandwich. The waffle fries were soggy and limp.(yuck.), The Reuben. Was the worst Reuben sandwich I have ever tasted. It too was soggy. I don't know what kind of meat that was, but it sure wasn't corned beef. I tried to eat half the sandwich. I just couldn't do it. I'm thinking maybe it was a bad day. They did seem to be very busy when we picked up the food. We stopped here on our way through town. It was 3:00 in the afternoon. I don't know why but our food took a long time to come out. I even had to ask about it and the server said they'd been backed up all day. But then everyone around us got their orders quickly so I wonder if they forgot us? Regardless the food was really good. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich. My daughter was very happy to have Mac and cheese in a Dino bowl. We liked the little tvs at the tables. That was fun. The servers were SUPER ATTENTIVE. read more

the wait time for everything was horrible, we had to wait like 30 minutes for the waiter to ask what we wanted to eat and drink. took forever for the food to get out, the food made me and my whole table sick and then the waiter took like 20 minutes to get our check. I had the slopper and boy was it disgusting. It looked like throw up and barely had any green chile flavor in it. Never coming back.

We hadn't been to Cats in a while, we decided to take our daughter, her husband and kids there to eat. The orders were mixed up, food wasn't cooked and orders incorrect. Two beers were ordered, one Blue Moon on tap, the other, Miller High Life in a bottle. I must also say, the place was empty. The beer that was ordered, all two of them, were wrong. Blue Moon in a bottle and Bud Light on tap! We pointed out the problem, the one waiter brings over a Miller High Life and says "this was opened on the bar, I think it's up yours!". My husband order a hamburger and stressed NO pickles, it arrives with four pickles. My daughter ordered an Italian Grinder, the meat was completely under cooked and the cheese wasn't melted, fries were soggy. The waiter was really big on " gotcha" with everything we ordered, not sure what he got. Cats went downhill, won't be going back any time soon. read more

We sat on the patio because we had a dog with us. Our server took 1 hour to bring us our appetizers and about an hour and a half to bring our food out. The patio was cold, and none of the heaters worked because they are out of gas. We were eating in the dark until we asked to have a light on outside. I have a gluten sensitivity and they had little to no gluten free options. They gave me waffle fries that were clearly battered in flour when they said they they weren't battered. I'm leaving feeling sick and extremely disappointed in my bland food and poor service. As someone who works in the food industry, do not come here, you will leave unsatisfied. read more

HORRIBLE! I've had better service at gas stations than this place. Visiting family here in town for the holidays and my niece was soo excited about coming here after her choir concert. That excitement quickly died upon entering the establishment. Not only was the waitstaff rude and at first refused to sit our party but then wanted us to sit at high tops with my elderly mother and toddler nephew l?? Our waitress was very distracted by the large rowdy party of 12 near by. She barely came checked on us, seemed to rush us to order and after what felt like 20 years forgot my 10 year-old nephew's dinner and when we asked about it told us the kitchen had closed 20 mins ago? Food was terrible, under seasoned and over cooked. Overall a truly terrible dinner and I will never be returning. We came here for lunch during the week after seeing it mentioned often on local neighborhood groups. Our waitress was really friendly and attentive (the 2nd star) but the food was awful! I'm really wondering about the standards of local food if this place is considered to be one of the best. I got green chili fries and my husband got a smothered burrito. The fries were obviously the bagged frozen kind, and the green chili was just basically spicy soup. It wasn't very flavorful, just quite hot, and it ended up just being a mushy soggy mess. The meat in the green chili was pretty gross too. (unseasoned ground beef I think?) It all just felt like reheat and eat food and was quite expensive given the quality. We won't be back. read more

My boyfriend and I came for a late lunch, early dinner (linner as I like to call it) and had a fabulous time. Not only did the owners both come introduce themselves and take great care of us, but the food and drinks were awesome also. I had an alcoholic coffee drink called the dirt- which was exactly what I needed on the snowy cold day we decided to venture out on. My boyfriend had chicken fried steak (which I must add he orders frequently when we go out-and sets pretty high standards for the dish) and he loved it!! I had the gyro, also an awesome choice. On a side note, when we were leaving, my boyfriend had a flat tire and the owners and an employee offered to help repair it/take us to get a new tire.....if that's not friendly neighborhood hospitality, I don't know what is. Cat's Pourhouse is a newer addition to the area. I think it's been around for a couple years if that. It happens to be one of my moms favorite places to eat so she convinced me to go. We went a day before the Super Bowl and it was completely decked out in sport memorabilia representing the Broncos especially. I dig that even though I'm not a huge sports fan! Our waiter was pretty cool and friendly. Also very attentive. I have to say however he was a little too friendly with my sister. I get that my little sister is hot but c'mon let us enjoy our meal and get her number after. Don't flirt so hard to get a tip! Anyway, the food though was great! The nachos were huge and flavorful, the French dip was delish, and the Slopper was probably the best I've ever had!! I will come back sometime soon and yes even with my little sister haha. read more

I've visited Cats several times since moving here. I've hosted large parties and attended paint nights there. Sadly, my family and my business will never set foot in their establishment again. Why? Lack of respect. Lack of respect from the owners, the bartenders, the servers. Not a single person who worked there was wearing a face mask DURING THIS PANDEMIC! I don't care about "rights," when you run a food establishment, you are subject to local and state regulations that govern your business. Just back from eating at Cat's for the ten billionth time and loved it as usual. Had the Juicy Pourhouse burger and a beer. The burger was juicy and the portion was humongous. Fries were fresh as well. The service was great. Went at the dinner rush hour and still got our food in a reasonable amount of time. Delicious! read more
