First I will start off saying, I am very disappointed in my last visit here. I took my car in for an abs sensor. All was good when I left. Then being on my way to work, my back wheel started making a noise to the point, I could not drive it. I called Roadside assistance. As we got the car home and called in another mechanic, we discovered 3 bolts to the hub were not tightened and the other one was so tight it took 2 people to try to get this bolt off. One bolt was chewed up pretty bad where it was sticking half way in and out. Which beat the hub up pretty good. What I paid Binkleys for the mess they left me and the new mechanic, im out of pocket about 800 as of now! Still Trying to locate bolts to put back in the hub. So disappointing. I will not be going back. This could've gone way worse than what it did. read more

mother in law brought her car there to get the abs looked at and the hub, fixed the abs but did not tighten the hub bolts causing one to almost fall out and damage to the hub and car. very disappointed in the service and lack of care to make sure bolts were tightened properly. had to pay $500 for someone else to remove the stripped bolts and put in a new hub. read more

I even usually go to them when I need an oil change or tire rotation they take really good care of me. I trust they'll take care of you. Typically they can offer discounts. If you're willing to pay cash they have fixed above my car and my wife's car multiple times I had a recent experience where I brought them a list of issues from the Jennings and win Honda dealership in Clarksville Jennings and wynne quoted me over $2500 to repair my vehicle. Binkley's addressed every single issue on the list and got my vehicle set up and ready to go for under $400. I love this place. They have integrity. read more

Great company! I tried multiple places before ending up here so was just a happy accident they are only ones who had an opening within a month... I knew I needed a new catalytic converter. They ordered the part trusting me and had it and the censors when I arrived. They also replaced my timing belt and some other minor things car is getting old... but each step if they came across something they would call and communicate the issue and ask if I wanted it resolved and how much it would cost etc. they ended up coming in under estimate (which never happens)! Very great company would HIGHLY recommend and will for sure be going back. read more

After several months, 3 auto repair shops, and talking with numerous people about my Lexus headlight and ballast issues. I finally found an awesome car shop that fixed my ongoing issues with my car. No they did not quote me as the other places that it would cost me $2000 - $3000 to fix my car. It was actually the ballast and needed a new bulb. The best thing about this repair...was I dropped my car off 8:00 am and my car was ready by 3:00 pm today and only cost me $318. I highly recommend This business for your car repairs. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My minivan was making a rattling noise. I took it in to Toyota (Wyatt Johnson) for a recall and they gave me a $3,783 estimate. After I finished crying, I took it to Binkleys, $62.50 to stop the rattling and they are replacing the timing belt and water pump for me for way less than half what Wyatt Johnson said. I normally don't trust mechanics, but I have 100% faith in this place! read more

Best mechanics in town. I have used Binkley for the past 17 years. These guys are honest, professional, and honest. You seriously won't find a better mechanic anywhere. About 12 years ago, I bought a used Toyota Camry and asked the guys to drain all the fluids to start from scratch. They said they would do it, but that it wasn't necessary. You won't find many shops that will turn down service requests that could make the shop money. These guys are the best. read more
