Called for a quote on getting a water line extended two feet in the wall and install an ice maker box. Additionally needed an unrelated hot water line and valve under a sink repaired. Days later they came out and insisted to go through the attic at great added expense (we did not want water lines overhead). They quoted $2500 for the fridge and $300 for the minor sink repair. Came off as trying to get one over on a disabled woman. Left the attic door down and a mess under the bathroom sink. I chose another plumber (D&J ) who charged a much more reasonable $450 for both and did the job in the wall, cleaned up after the work and was in and out in 1.5 hrs. read more

The best! We had Binley Plumbing out once when Atmos cut off our gas because they found leaks. We were extremely happy with their service. We just had them out again - this time to fix a leaky faucet that had to be replaced. They are so nice and do excellent work - the plumber takes exceptional pride in his work so it is impeccable. You feel like you've had a friend out to the house when they come. You almost wish you had more problems for them to solve! read more

This is the first time I have had someone sit down with me and look me in the eye and explain to me what is needed to be done the proper way. This is a very honest plumber. I don't know if anyone remembers the old time plumbers. The ones that came out and became friends with you for life. I believe this company and Chris would be that guy. I had such a bad experience with the owner over the phone. I asked if there's a free estimate time slot available, and I was not available on the given date and time. I called back second time to see other options, which the owner answered in a very offended, aggressive manner, and as soon as he asks me if I am the previous caller, I get this talk on how I don't "seem willing to work with [him]" and that I "don't want to pay and have [them] pay for everything" just over the phone calls about the schedule for free estimate? I don't understand what the problem he had with me, but he gave me a whole speech about their workers not sitting around waiting for me. What? I called in just to schedule a time slot that they are available, not forcing my schedule to them. Never had this kind of manner and issue with any other company I have encountered. read more

Went on Angie's list and found these guys. They were extremely quick to respond and come out and provide an estimate. We decided to go with them and they were able to fix our plumbing issues relatively fast. They were also very friendly and fair priced. Binley Plumbing, a company I will call on now for all my plumbing needs. The bid was under my estimate by $450! It was a high labor cost project (water main line under a drive way with plenty of obstacles including a 35 year old tree with roots that the crew had to dig 3 feet down and across 6 feet to the driveway to get to a place to drill under to reach the house side water). Again it was a manual labor intensive project. I did my Google research on the cost before they started and indeed the bid was dead-on as to what Google suggested considering the labor involved. No obstacles on your project? You might pay $1,500 to $2,500 depending on the distance. Keep this in mind! Nonetheless, Chris Binley the owner was very present and participated in a great deal of the project and most of the clean up. Chris' crew includes savvy, well spoken, educated, energetic, friendly and clean-cut men you'd be glad to have on your property. I highly recommend them. read more

Chris Binley well I had a nightmare happened to me I wanted my bathroom remodeled I hired this guy and it was awful my shower would not drain. I had to use Chris a couple of times and called him down to check why my new shower was not draining he explained to me that my drain was higher than the sides of my shower he said he could fix it. I hired him to do it he had to tear out all of the new tile and replace my drain. It was higher than the sides of the money shower. I hired this man to replace it he did a wonderful job left the house very nice and clean. If you need any Plumbing work done I highly recommend this man. read more

Called them Wednesday to make an appointment to find out where the water leak was in my yard. They came today, Friday, October 26, 2018, found the leak at the valve box, repaired it, added an extra shutoff valve so I could turn the water off without having to unlock and access the city meter. They also added an extra valve shut off so if I had to shut the main house off, I could still have water on the outside. They could have easily told me that I had to replace the entire pipeline, but they didn't! Very honest and quick! I appreciate Chris Binley and highly recommend him for your plumbing needs! read more

A guy with MOST of the answers when you are in a bind!!!! The Plumbing was stopped up & the main line needed to be unclogged, the kitchen sink was stopped up too.... He tried his best & failed, said the piping was old on the front of the house where you snake the main sewer line & went on the roof to unclog it , that worked ,!!!!!!! BUT it was 1/3 more than the original estimate and he said the clean out on the side of the house would not work for the kitchen clog , he wanted $200 more to go back on the roof for the kitchen on another day.. My Texas Home Services came out later & used that same clean-out to fix it in 20 minutes & said they hit a big clog at 80 feet MyTexas charged less than $100 by adding it on to the existing job they had come out on, Binley could have made that money but they were too busy trying to claim that the clean out was not the problem & that the roof was the only way to clean the drain.. The 3 stars are more for being there when we truly needed them , and their being VERY NICE & trying hard to fix our issues, but they were OFF on cost and ability & ended up completing less work for 1/3 more than the estimated price ........ read more
