Their policy/procedure is to wax the butt and labia first with hard wax/sugar wax and then they use the soft wax with the strips on the mons pubis. I personally do not like getting waxed with strips. I'm prone to getting ingrown hairs with strips. Perhaps this was my own ignorance but I didn't read on their site about them using both waxes. Had I known this I wouldn't have booked. My esthetician was wonderful. She was a 5/5. Very friendly and professional.

They make it easy for you to book online through Square. They did a really good job with threading my eyebrows, lip, chin and neck. I love that it's precise, and she listened to my needs with my eyebrows. They have plenty of free parking on premise, and they also have a punch card. Onto my issues: 1) they do not wear gloves whatsoever for waxing services on your stomach, butt etc. I get it if they don't for face services, but in my experience at any facility that does hair removal, this is the first time where someone did not wear gloves. Yes, she did hand sanitize but it kind of irks me in terms of sanitation. Knock on wood I haven't caught anything yet, and they did get the job done though. I just won't be back for body services because of this. 2) it was one person working there the entire time. I made an appointment, and she was expecting me but there was still a bit of a wait as they take walk-ins as well and I was running a few minutes behind. 3) she would not stop upselling me. I get it - I have been a sales rep before, but it's a problem when I tell you multiple times that I am not interested. I am also not someone who came in for just an eyebrow. What is also interesting to me is that the other people around me who only got an eyebrow service was not upsold. TLDR; I'd be back for facial threading services exclusively, and it is the only thing here that I can recommend to others, unless you are ok with someone touching your body and private areas without gloves.

She may be good at lashes, after the second day they were so dry and brittle I could not wait for them to come out. Her other clients may be pleased but I was not. As far as my brows, they look like Frankenbrows. They pretty much look like they were drawn on with a sharpie. She text me a couple of days ago to send her more clients, I told her I could not do that because of the result of my brows. When I sent her a picture she accused me of having facial treatments as in Botox, not the case. And then she said there was no way possible that I left her shop with these brows. The Brows in the pictures on her Facebook page are photoshopped and I promise they did not turn out well. The color is turning into an ugly charcoal gray and the shape is not flattering. Please do your research before you see anyone for permanent facial tattooing. Once these fade I will be going to a qualified makeup artist. The technicians we had our services with were Staci, Kelli and I believe one other woman where we booked Bridal hair and makeup. On my first visit with Staci unfortunately the makeup turned out so poorly it was recommended I go with someone else to complete my look. I really appreciated her honesty and understanding that she was unable to deliver on what I wanted and so I decided to go forward with booking our Bridal parties hair and makeup here. Communication: after we created our appointments and I had requested airbrush makeup for my look I was very surprised when Kelly confirmed my appointment and did not do airbrush but she promised me it would turn out beautiful so begrudgingly I went ahead. Hair- unfortunately even though I had shared we were going to be dancing quite a bit and I have thick hair that does very well with a good amount of hairspray and hair pins, each of our hair fell within just a couple hours. It was quite sad as of course we had a photographer to capture this day. We were constantly fussing trying to push the pins back in and trying to salvage the updos. Makeup- I was positive that the pictures were going to turn out flawless because the look when I left the salon did look very nice and overall was what I requested with a few adjustments and recommendations on my end. However once I received all of the pictures back I noticed how glaringly awful the raccoon concealer looked under my eyes. It is incredibly obvious that my skin is almost three shades a different when picked up by the photos. I am so sad about this our only recourse is to pay to photoshop all the photos I am in. Overall this place is really cute and I really wanted to like it I really enjoyed working with Kelly but unfortunately the quality of the work that came out of everyone's experience was all of our hair was ruined within less than half the night and unfortunately all the professional pictures we took were ruined by how my makeup showed up on camera. This is so disappointing I don't even know what to say.
