brand new racket costs about four hundred dollars

Even an one star rating is still too high for them. Dropped my $400 racket in the front deck about a week ago and when I picked it up there is a chip on the racket, since it is brand new and never used before so I will say that they have damaged my racket. So they said they gonna investigate by putting my racket on the string machine again telling me that it wasn't damaged during stringing but in the pictures we can see that the strings there is also damaged but they still tell me that it wasn't them that damaged my racket. So when I want to pick up my racket, the manager named Jon tell me to pick it up without telling me when so I came at 2:05pm on September 14, there is just a guy who doesn't give me any chance to explain and being very rude slam the door and just left. Then I text the manager because he was too busy to answer my phone calls and he told me to come back again at their opening hours.

Terrible customer service and rules unexplained. Angry players yelling to get of the court and no on there to supervise.

A okay badminton center. Not bad court, but bad ventilation, hence bad air circulation, especially for a hot sweaty day.

I calmly told her that "If you criticize my clean up, you have to clean it for me." My polite way to ask her to mind her own business. She went berserk and told me off to the studio guy E, accusing me of being rude while she was the one who crossed my boundary. Being a poor mediator, the guy sided with her without investigating. That was because he spied on my clean up in the past too, which was uncool! It made me uneased. I felt picked on. His behavior of one-sidedly consoling the bully, instead of remaining neutral was off putting. There's a constitutional right of "freedom of movement " that no one shall obstruct your free choice. I was glad I stood up for myself. Clay, no matter how careful you are with, will be inevitably left a few traces in the sink, and it is not a big deal. Everyone does it and everyone has his/her way of cleaning. No need to nitpick and be pathetic. To be bullied and snitched by someone who thinks she has the right to tell others what to do is disheartening. Pottery making shall be a peaceful time to create without being disturbed. To instruct people what to do as if acting as a social warrior puts a damper on freedom and creativity. They should put a sign next to the sink, that reads, "Please mind your own business when cleaning, as people like to be left alone." The entire community center is funded by tax payers' dollars, government-operated meaning it's run differently than privately-owned ones, and is more authoritarian in my opinion. As a paying customer, I'd like to access to my creative outlet without being disturbed yet my experience was tarnished by busybody commie control freak and a biased worker. I don't meddle with other's business and others should not meddle with mine. I also found some of their instructors controlling. They need to respect personal autonomy. Clean up is a very personal thing. If everyone does exactly the same thing, they can move to North Korea. It was a dissapointing experience. Move on to other options for my creative pursuit.

Regardless of one's experience or comfort levels, anyone can benefit from their functional training for a better lifestyle, improved athletic performance, or simply having more fun. I am an amateur figure skater with specific athletic goals in mind when it comes to finding trainers, and 3FIT really stood out. When working with trainers, I hope for not only someone to keep me on track, but also someone I can learn from. The 3FIT team checks all the boxes. Marcel is very professional. He configures the gym in a way that any workout can be performed (be it fun or draining), and always keeps the clients' interests in mind by offering training advice, customizing programs, and providing a wide range of interesting group classes that welcome everyone to join. My main trainer, Smitha, further widens my horizons for training. Her background in yoga has helped me improve my flexibility and strength all at the same time. It's also the first time I've had a female trainer with whom I can comfortably discuss health concerns and receive advice and support. I would have continued to train here for the long term had I not had to relocate elsewhere. In short, if you have specific fitness goals like myself, definitely check this place out. Even for someone just starting out, 3FIT is perhaps the most welcoming and accommodating training space one could find. The knowledge, dedication, and client-first mindset the team has cultivated over the years can truly help everyone in their fitness journey.

I have never really been a gym person but the group classes here make me wanna keep going back. Marcel is an excellent instructor , always motivating and correcting us! The group class is not too big either giving each of us a chance to be individually focussed on while at the same time giving us a community to make it fun! And what's more , for the pickleballers, there's also weekly pickleball that 3fit regulars have set up for more fun and exercise! There's also a fun class called zombie apocalypse training which is strength and conditioning with a lot of fun!

Fortunately, there are good and compassionate people who are trained in the restoration of mobility for those of us who are in need of a tune-up. Few of us want to be consigned to the rocking chair, unable to get onto the floor to play with our grandchildren. Speaking of good and compassionate professionals, I would heartily recommend Peak Physical Therapy in Cupertino for several reasons: 1 - From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel like a welcomed member of a family. The first people I met were the receptionists and, truly, they were glad to see me. I received this same welcoming feeling every time I arrived for a session, not just from the receptionists but from everyone. 2 - Of note was that my therapist NEVER treated me as just another body in some production line. Yes, I have had that experience elsewhere. She focused completely on me, quickly assessing my needs and developing an efficient plan of stretching and strength building. She was always polite and engaging, the kind of person that you would treasure as a good friend. 3 - Also telling, the other patients seemed very happy to be there as well. Obviously, their needs were being met and hope for restoration was being fostered. And that is one of the great gifts that Peak has to offer: hope. But, of course, we, as patients have a role to play in our own recovery. 4 - There are a good number of aides to assist the P/Ts. Every aide I worked with was pleasant, courteous, professional, and really helpful if I had questions about an exercise or needed a bit of help getting a strap around my big shoes. 5 - The facility itself is spacious, well-lit, clean, and feels comfortable. Items, such as towels, pillows, the treatment tables, etc. are cleaned after each patient. They have their own washer/dryer. (Not for patient use, unfortunately.) In summary, please avoid trying to self-diagnose or form your own recovery plan. Let the professionals at Peak set you on the best road to recovery in a safe, efficient manner.

Life-Changing Care -- Thank You, Michelle! I have been…read moreseeing Michelle at Peak Physical Therapy for over a year now, and I can honestly say she has completely changed my life. Before coming to her, I had seen several other physical therapists with no improvement, to the point where I truly believed my knees were permanently damaged. I had injured the tendons in both knees, and despite seeing multiple doctors, the pain persisted for so long that they began suspecting autoimmune conditions. I was discouraged, in constant discomfort, and losing hope--until I found Michelle. Reading the amazing reviews about her gave me hope, and I am endlessly grateful to everyone who shared their experience and led me to her. Michelle is by far the most caring, knowledgeable, and supportive physical therapist anyone could ever ask for. She takes the time to truly listen, and then carefully designs a treatment plan tailored to your body's needs. Every exercise she recommended was intentional and effective--nothing generic or rushed. Thanks to Michelle, my knee pain has decreased significantly. She has helped me strengthen the right muscles, rebuild stability, and regain confidence in my movement. Today, I'm not only walking without pain--I can hike and even dance again, things I thought I might never do comfortably. Michelle has an incredibly warm and encouraging presence that makes each session something I actually look forward to. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to help them heal. If you're struggling with chronic pain or past injuries and feel like nothing has worked--please don't give up until you've seen Michelle. She is truly exceptional.
