Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future. Hopefully I'll never need them again in the future, but if I do, they'll be the ones I call first.

Bob (owner) came out within 24 hours to inspect and concluded the mold was growing on the outside of the wall due to excessive humidity in the room. He was very professional, his inspection was thorough and he treated and cleaned the moldy areas. After spending nearly an hour in a cramped crawlspace cleaning mold off the walls, he was finished and refused payment for his time and services.
