He even included estimates for my requests that potentially needed a structural engineer for an exterior door in the room. At no point was I pressured or made to feel dumb for asking these questions. He simply helped me sort out the size and scale of the project with his expertise. I then got to work with Irish to schedule the project. I liked how the payment structure was setup into three 30% payments(due at various stages of the project) and a 10% payment at the end AFTER I'm satisfied with the results. Irish was on-top of the paperwork and ensured the project started quickly. I appreciated that they sent a quick "hey sent over X" instead of just relying on email/docusign/quickbooks to notify me. One thing I didn't want to do was "manage" the project myself -- asking when/if/how things would get done. Elena was great to work with because she took care of everything! Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future.
