This is a bunch of marketing malarkey. They did not start when they said they would. We signed a contract that stated cleaned and sanitized. When I saw the final result, it was not clean. There was still food in the refrigerator, stains on sinks and tub. When I questioned the definition of clean the billing lady who wanted payment said--well it's cleaner. They promised pictures as the job progressed. Pictures were sent after I complained and there is NO evidence of sanitization. DO NOT use this service. read more

It is definitely a 5 plus service!!! It is definitely my honor to have Alejandro and Freddy to fix water damage in my laundry room. After their work, everything is completely dry and they are also responsive and patient. Teaching me how to mitigate the issue, they left the dehumidifiers and fans more than one week to completely dry the affected area from laundry room all the way to living room ceilings. Wow these guys are on it. I had a pipe in my bathroom burst (ughhhh flood everywhere!). I called frantically and they were super responsive and quick to come out to my house. The next day I had five or six mega dryers drying out all the water damage. John was particularly kind, professional and knowledgeable. Bob was very friendly and patient in explaining where the odor came from and how their approach worked. Considering our house was only affected by smoking for one year, they customized their usual cleaning plan to make it more affordable. After we agreed on that plan, they finished the whole cleaning process on the same day. With the cleaning service done, the house smelled just wonderful. If you need help with water damage, do not hesitate to contact PuroClean Northwest. I had a drain outside my house backup with rainwater and the water found its way into my basement. It wasn't very much water, and I was able to dry it up pretty quickly. However, after a few days there was a terrible smell and we figured there was something going on. I contacted 2 companies. One came out and recommended thousands of dollars worth of work to dry our basement out and look for damage. PuroClean listened to my situation and very honestly told me they didn't think we needed professional help. Melissa proactively gave me some instructions on what I might do to solve the issue. After trying a few things, I was still concerned about mold and odor so she offered to send someone out. The scheduler was delightful and sent someone out the next day. I can't remember his name, but he was also wonderful. He took some readings, assessed the situation and then patiently explained what we needed to do next. He reiterated that we didn't need to spend a bunch of money on a professional. So these folks have provided me with so much help and they haven't charged me anything. I want to say thank you to PuroClean staffs Carl and Avon! I had PuroClean NW repair my roof top leak a few years back when Seattle had the biggest winter storm in years. I really liked the quality of their work so I called them back last month for a mold problem in my basement. Carl and Avon were visiting my residence for an initial evaluation. They were very knowledgeable and most importantly, they were so honest about what I could do myself to save cost! I don't have much knowledge about house repair. They could have told me everything must be done by their team and I wouldn't be able to tell otherwise. Instead they told me the mold in my basement was dormant, they cleaned it for me with sprays, and gave me tips on investigating the root cause of the mold. They drove all the way to my house, cleaned the mold, taught me everything, but didn't charge me a single dime! It is rare to find good technicians these days. If I could leave less stars I would. They wrote on walls with sharpie pen, and poked a hole in my ceiling!!! Its been almost 5 months and I've washed the walls daily with bleach for 5 Months and the sharpie writing is still there. Every morning when I see my wall I think about how mad I am at Puroclean. If I could load photos I would. And on top of that Jonny, the tech that was supposed to manage the team at my house was disrespectful and snarky. I wish I would have known I didn't have to work with them just because my insurance told me to call them. If the insurance company hadn't of paid them, I would have taken them to small claims court to fix all the DAMAGES THEY DID TO MY HOUSE. All they were supposed to do was dry the house out. They did that, and wrote all over my walls in permanent marker, poked a hole in my ceiling and treated my like I'm an idiot because I asked questions. When I told Jonny I didn't want to use his plumber he went on to talk disparagingly about my plumber (who was brilliant by the way). The whole thing felt like a con job. read more

Lee and David were at my house in a very short time and got right to work. They were polite and informative about what they were finding and what the process was going to be. I can't recommend PuroClean enough. I hope I will never be in the position to need them again, but if so, they will absolutely get my business. My husband and I inherited a house from his father who smoked inside for at least 30 years. The walls were yellow in the main room that he smoked, and that was after we tried hand washing them. We hired PuroClean Northwest to get rid of the smoke smell in the house so it could be livable. We didn't have a timeline of when anything needed to be done, but they were very flexible and was able to get in and start cleaning within a week or two of being contacted. Bob, as well as the other employees were extremely friendly and easy to contact. They not only gave us an amazing quote that I was actually astonished by, they did fabulous work. It took them a bit longer than expected since it was such a big project, but they refused to take any more money than what they quoted. The walls in the "smoke room" were completely white after they finished, AND there is no more smoke stench which I thought was impossible.
