So I went on Yelp and messaged a bunch of companies. And after hearing back from some, and being ignored by many others, MJB Services was the obvious stand-out for many reasons. 1. Isaac responded to my request immediately. 2. He was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. It was like talking to a buddy, and that's always a huge plus for me. 3. His pricing was the best I found. 4. He came exactly when he said he would, did everything that needed to be done, and sent me pictures when he was done, which was greatly appreciated. Never called Professional Plumbing but was asked to rate them as the plumber I used by Yelp. I apologize to Professional Plumbing as yelp tripped me up. This is the main reason I don't use Yelp.

I called on Monday to confirm we were still good for the afternoon slot but he said they were running late and asked to reschedule to the next day. Next day he texted me about an hour earlier than anticipated to say they were headed over; not a big deal as we were available. He and his crew were professional, quick, listened to concerns and finished the job, cleaning up the area to spotless condition. They did exactly what needed doing and did it well. Soooo, into each garden a little rain must fall, and so last week I had not hot water for a few…read moredays. It is awful having to go to the gym to take a shower! This plumbing issue is covered under my home warranty plan and they called the plumber they contract with. In this case, it was Reliable Plumbing. The lady in their office called me immediately and told me they would not be able to have someone out for a few days because they has water leak emergencies and my situation was not in this category- the water went cold on me at 5 am and thank goodness I was almost done and had already rinsed the shampoo out of my hair. I wrapped a towel around me and immediately went to the garage to see if the tank had leaked- no Thank God. I then wen to the kitchen and bathroom sinks and there was no hot water there either. When I came home my brother got in face time with me and told me how to shut off the gas that was coming in- it appeared like the flame was out but we did. It know why. Reliable plumbing called me two days earlier than anticipated and said they could get someone out to my house in 20 minutes so I was thrilled. Anthony arrived and he was so polite and got on the phone with my brother and explained what was going on. Everything was in working order so all he could think is that a heavy gust of wind came down the air vent and blew out the flame. He got everything working and waited until the unit got up to the proper temperature and shut itself off. He said if it shut off prior to coming to proper temperature, that would have been an indication of another issue. As soon as he left, I had to do a product test and stayed under the hot water in my shower for a long time- it was delightful! I am grateful they were able to get to my job a few days early!

First of all they answered the phone, and after I answered a few questions they verified that leak detection was actually the next step for me. We made an appointment for the same day, Victor and Gilbert showed up ON TIME, and identified the leak being under my sidewalk in the front yard, and they were able to repair it the same day. Where have you guys been all my life???? I have 10 rental addresses, and I have never had better plumbing service, and now that I know they offer both leak detection and plumbing repair, I don't have to worry about who I hire for this when and if it happens at another property.
