Everyone I spoke to was very kind and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I was recommended Biondi by a watch repair store for my very sentimental necklace which was snagged on the faucet while doing my makeup leaning in to the mirror. No repair stores are open on Mondays so I called a watch repair store that a friend trusts hoping they may be able to help. The man I spoke at the watch store to said Biondi Jewelers is the by far the best in town and can do anything, and that he trusts them with all of his, his wife's, and daughter's jewelry. So I brought my necklace in for a repair and two rings, an every day Larimar and a sapphire ring passed down from my grandmother for cleaning. As seen it has a very fine chain and because of that, I was turned away from several repair stores in summit county where I live because they don't have the laser that is capable of repairing finer detailed chains and pieces while protecting the integrity of the piece. They took my travel into consideration and made sure to get my necklace in and out in about 30 minutes so I didn't have to drive back, offered to ship it if I didn't have time to wait, and they did an incredible job! All three were cleaned perfectly and the necklace has absolutely no signs of repair. I went to Biondi Jewelers, to get a ring resized, at Arapahoe and Parker Rd in Aurora, Co today, Saturday September 15th around 12:15 PM. They were recommended to me by my wife who had some jewelry repaired and by a friend of hers who bought jewelry there before. Both raved on how good the store was. Well not a good store for me. I walked in was greeted by a small white dog, a staff member who was helping a customer said welcome to me. I went to the main counter and was seen by two the staff, actually made eye contact, and waited to be helped. A young woman who saw me went behind a wall and into an office and sat behind a desk that I could see her at and never bothered to help me. The young man I originally saw finished what he was doing and when two more customers walked in after me he immediately greeted them and asked how he could help them. I have never been so infuriated by a business staff to be ignored like I was by the staff working at this store. I got more acknowledgment from the dog than I did from the staff working in this store. This is the sh***est customer service I have ever encountered. My wife also needed a ring resized. We will never ever go to this jewelry store again. And, I will never recommend this store to anyone I know or who needs a jeweler for anything. I'd say go to anyone else but never to Biondi Jewelers. After visiting a few different chain stores, and finding nothing that "wowed" me, a friend of mine refereed me to Biondi. I owe this friend a great debt. Initially I was afraid to go to a smaller jeweler, for whatever reason I just assumed they would be way more expensive. Yes there are pieces that made me gag a little when I saw the price tag, but there were also plenty of beautiful, more modestly priced, options as well. Ultimately I ended up designing my own ring. The whole team worked with me over the coarse of a couple of months to create a one of a kind engagement ring that I will love forever. All while staying within my budget. As I get closer to tying the knot, I will definitely be paying Biondi another visit when it comes time to design our wedding bands. PS They have a shop dog. I then went back to get my ring sized and they were able to turn it around within hours since I had a dinner with my future grandmother in law that night! This review is long overdue. Last fall I took a gold bracelet into Dennis to see if they could come up with a different clasp for it. I purchased this bracelet in Egypt 20 years ago and very rarely used it because the clasp system was such a pain in the butt. In November Biondi was the first place I stopped when finally deciding to take the plunge and buy my girlfriend an engagement ring, and it ended up being the last. That's not to say I hadn't done my research. I had spent months looking at prices and styles online all while trying to piece together what the girlfriend liked without giving away the surprise. The prices seemed in line with what I expected, but I didn't find something that completely jumped out at me in the showcases. I was working with Tiffany, and she had very clearly been paying attention to everything I said as when we discussed a custom designed piece she was confident she could help make something special that was still within budget. She put together a list of the things I told her my girlfriend liked and let me know it'd be a week or 2 to get a mockup to me. A couple of weeks later I received my email with mockup and it was 100% the perfect ring. I didn't ask that a thing be changed. Tiffany then assisted me with picking out the perfect stones and the fine folks at Biondi got started making the ring. Roughly a month after the first visit I picked up the ring that will now grace my soon to be wife's hand for the rest of her life. She absolutely adores the ring, and has been back to Biondi to have it cleaned twice and has nothing but great things to say about Tiffany and the rest of the folks at Biondi. I can not say enough about this jewelry store. I have gone to them for years but today proved to me why I am a loyal customer. I took my moms wedding ring to be sized and upon pick up and payment we started talking about our plans for the evening. I told them where my husband and I were going to dinner and the owners swiftly gave me a $20 bill and told me to leave it with my tip to support the restaurant workers who have had it so difficult. I looked at a couple places before settling on Biondi for an engagement ring. I worked with Dennis and Tiffany and they were exceptionally helpful. I was extremely picky and they showed a lot of patience. Once I finally picked out a setting, they were able to accommodate my 10 day deadline! This included sending out specs for a custom setting from one of their dealers. The best part, they were $300 under the quote they gave me and 4 days early. When I came to pick up the ring, Tiffany and Dennis' wife were so happy for me and I could tell they really cared about my experience and wanted to hear all about how I was going to propose and took a pic to add to their book of engagements. Finally, they asked for my girlfriends address so that after I proposed they could send a letter to her explaining my experience in the store and all about the ring selection process, along with the picture of me picking up the ring. I went into Biondi without any prior experience shopping for jewelry looking for an engagement ring. Tiffany, as well as the other staff, provided excellent customer service and took the time to educate me on the intricacies of diamond rings. I really felt like I was not being up-sold and they genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. My ring required customization and Tiffany was great about communicating timing with me as I was on a specific timeline. The ring was finished right on time and they even helped with the appraisal process and resizing after the purchase was made. Explain something to me - Why do they advertise that they buy gold but don't follow through on it? They said they were interested in buying my gold. Dennis had every excuse as to why he couldn't do business every time I came in. Finally he stopped responding to my request to know if he was interested or not. What they really should say is "Hey, we'll jerk you around then ignore you." A total waste of time. Based off of that I wouldn't recommend buying anything either. Comes across as slimy & dishonest. My wife and I took several watches there to have the batteries replaced. We took ~4-5 watches in the first time, and when we got them back one of the watches had been damaged pretty badly on the face. They did not point this out to us, and we didn't notice until we were walking out, and had to come back and point it out to them. After it was pointed out, they did acknowledge they were aware of it and offered to replace it - first, I think this is something THEY should have brought to our attention, not hoped that we wouldn't notice. They couldn't find the exact watch, so offered to give us cash instead. We took the cash - and it may have been a reasonable price for a used watch, it certainly wasn't enough for us to replace the watch they damaged. Stupidly, I had taken a second set of watches to them while this process was on-going in order to have the batteries replaced in them. I made certain to ask them to be careful - and this time I got the watches back with no damage. However, one watch wasn't working, and when I asked why was told there was a problem with the movement, they tried replacing the battery and it didn't fix it. They still charged me for the replacement battery, and again this was something I had to ask about, not something they pointed out to me. I took that watch to Matheu's in HR to see if they could fix whatever was broken with the watch. After they inspected it, they said they couldn't find anything wrong with the watch and said they would like to try a new battery (I had explained to them that the battery in the watch should be new as it was just supposedly replaced at Biondi). I agreed, and sure enough the watch worked fine after Matheu's replaced the battery (and is still clicking away just fine to this day). Recently, the battery in several of the watches we had taken in on our initial trip have again stopped working, less than one full year after having the batteries replaced. In one watch i understand, over multiple watches I'm suspicious - I sincerely doubt that Biondi is using new watch batteries and I'm certain they typically don't have competent people changing out the batteries. I won't ever go here again, which is unfortunate as I live literally 2 mins away. read more

I'm loyal. I have had jewelry repaired here before and it was great. I recently had a ring stretched, a necklace appraised and my diamond ring reset into a custom band. They were AWESOME! Jenn and Tiffany were amazing walking me through the design process and put up with my pickness (they say I wasn't picky!) about it. The ring turned out absolutely beautiful. WOW!! These people are class acts! They went above and beyond when it came to customer service and the repair work. Mind you, it is a small ring/pendant that I had repaired but it meant the world to me because it was my great grandmothers'. They showed me the stones, under microscope, so that I would know that I received my exact ring back. When I went to pick it up, there had been a mix up and it hadn't been worked on yet.
