I didn't feel like laying on the cold ground and at my age it was time to let a garage do the work. I took it to Walts for a oil and filter change $75 for 5qts of fully synthetic oil and filter. When I got home I found over a qt. shy of oil and they never changed the filter. The oil on the dip stick looked like used oil. If you treasure your vehicles and you want them to last I suggest shop around. If you have someone you know family or friend that has some mechanical background. Have them look at the work that was done.

I got rid of the car, got a new one, took a chance on them again... bad move... an inspection sticker became... needing a new axle... and now I need a new alternator, which I will not be letting them service. My how things go from bad to worse when dealing with this 'Big Al's ' place. I see now what they do. Get you in the door, and keep you there until they have soaked every last penny out of you. A fast tire leak. Without an appointment they took me in right away, as it turns out I had a nail in the side wall. They took me into the shop to show me and I had no choice but to replace the tire. He told me it would be done later in the day but they called me just a couple hours later to say it was done. The car was clean and left in perfect condition. The price was on point and a great value for my money. I will no longer go anywhere else ever! No matter how far I have to drive. Price, honesty and professionalism all in one place!
