Mind you, I've only ever used this location for it's Banfield Vet service and general pet item pickups. I've done several online purchase to in store pick up's before and each time it's a seamless, incredibly quick process. The variety in their goods and the amount of selection they have always leaves me impressed given what I've seen some of their other stores look like. Banfield Vet service is a service I stand by as I've utilized it in multiple states. Using a single system to track your pet's healthcare is incredibly convenient when you're always on the move. My only complaint about PetSmart is typically it's prices as they're usually a little more inflated then other alternatives. I do most of my shopping online when I can for that reason. I would also like to point out that I do not use their grooming service which is where most of their complaints stem from apparently.

The associate who answered placed me on hold, which was not an issue. However, the store manager -- who did not identify himself as the manager at first -- abruptly got on the line and spoke to me in a rude and hostile manner, reprimanding me for previously canceling appointments. For context, I have been a loyal PetSmart customer for over twelve years. I had a very sick Yorkie who recently passed away, and there were times I needed to cancel appointments because of his condition. To be spoken to in such an unprofessional and insensitive way, especially after years of patronage, was extremely upsetting. I will be contacting corporate regarding this incident, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

I came here to wash my Husky. The fact that they have a self service dog wash is fantastic. Not…read moremany places have them any more. The price was around $20 and that included the wash area for 30 minutes, unlimited soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, a heavy duty blow dryer, and, even an apron to keep me mostly dry. The wash area is raised up higher than a bathtub, which saves my back from having to bend over for so long. Before the wash, I bought some peanut butter treats, that were on sale, to give my dog a reason to chill out a bit. The blow dryer worked fantastic, plenty of air volume and pressure without any heat. If you've ever tried to dry a husky, who has a heavy coat and undercoat, you'll appreciate the blow dryer. Friendly and helpful staff. I'm pretty sure that I went over the 30 minute time period and when I asked if I needed to pay more, they didn't charge me a penny. Even the other customers were fantastic! Most everybody there is a pet lover and my boy Giorgio got lots of attention and pets from random people in the store. They have plenty of items for other pets as well. Get your cat, bird, fish, etc needs taken care all under one roof. The icing on the cake? Plenty of free parking in the lot out front! I really hope that other people use this store for their pet needs and for the dog wash. They were really great. (I'm sorry that I didn't take before and after photos of my experience and my very handsome dog )

She informed me that there would be a wait because 2 customers just came and I could use the small bathing station if I didn't want to wait. My dog is 35 pounds so that wasn't going to work. While I waited, I asked the groomer if I could get nails clipped. She informed me that it was $14 to clip and $18 if I also wanted them filed. Then she said she could put me in for tomorrow- no thanks since it was a long drive. So, I walked around the store and when I went back, there was another groomer who could clip the nails right away. Perfect! By the time the nails were done, one of the dogs left the bathing area. Another worker came to clean and disinfect the area. Then it was my turn. The water hose had good power and I could control the temperature. I had my own shampoo but there were 3 different ones available. Once I was done e washing her, I used the two towels they provided to dry her off a bit. When I was ready to use the blow dryer hose, there was no power. I asked another worker (there are so many workers at this location) and he immediately went to activate it for me. The experience was nice. The space was clean. The workers were all very helpful. I just wish it wasn't located so far from me. Large parking lot.
